Aster Medical Centre review: They don't have medicine after getting the fee they told me.

My name is Harsimranjit singh. I am belong to india here I am going to describe you the matter what happened with me. When I went in the aster clinic. I hope you will take this seriously and send me your reply as soon as you can. Exact on 23 rd jan 2020. I went in aster clinic. Which is situated near ALKHEEL Mall and there I met with (DR Priyangika S jayasinghe) before met to her. I take my treatment from Outpatient department as per the process of aster clinic. she checked my blood pressure and my fever. Which was come in normal condition. After That she send to me in Room No-3. Where (Dr Priyangika) was checked me. Then I start to tell her my symptoms. What I was feeling at that time. She started to write my problems instead of symptoms because she asked me. What is your problem and I am surprised why she is asking me problem because I do not have any knowledge medical feild. It supposed to be tell me. After the recognizing of my symptoms such as I have fever or not, because, I am just only able to tell the symptoms, because I m not a doctor. Then I just came outside from her Room as per the instruction of her I went in Room no 19 for blood test CBC and CPR. Then, I asked from them. I need Typhoid vaccination also because when I was living in india at that time. I had typhoid fever and when I was taking the treatment in india Dr were told me. I m giving you first vaccination and you should complete this course. Then you will get the proper relief otherwise not. He explained me whole process about how to cure the typhoid patient. He was told me. You have to take this vaccination again in future two time more as per the rule medical feild and After annually you can take second vaccination and last one in third year, So I took my first vaccination in 1ST JAN 2019 as per the doctor instructions I should take second vaccination in (1stJAN 2020) due to I got job in U.A. E.  I came here my company gave me my insurance card and they told me. You go to the aster clinic and inform them whole this thing. They will give you the treatment. when I went there in aster clinic. I follow the whole instructions of Doctor what she told me and at the last as compare the treatment. she told me sorry we do not have medicine and I am sorry you go to the government Hospital really I got the too worst experience from that place. When came outside. Then I felt totally hopeless because during this stupid process. They waste my money. Which was very precious for me, because I am belong to the poor family and in U.A. E. No one is here who can help me. So suddenly someone told me you should call the helpline number. They will help you. Then I called on the helpline number of aster clinic and Miss sonjiya picked my call actually I did not get the correct spelling of her name but she is working in CRM department as caller executive because she told me about her position level and her name. I described to her my whole matter. she showed me her sympathy and she told me don't worry, I use my all rights and I will help you please don't feel hopeless with yourself. I really want to appreciate to her for this kind of behaviour. After some time she call me back again and said to me. I have informed to my backup team already. They will check the stock in all over aster pharmacies and when they will be getting vaccination from any store They will call you. I am just sending you this email what kind of services, I got from them. It was really too negative and in my whole life I will never ever prefer to anyone go to aster clinic for taking the treatment wasting their money and time. I hope you will understand my situation and give me results as soon as.
