Avas Flowers review: Multiple deception practices

I ordered a large tall expensive flower arrangement called : She's got Style, She's got Grace" for my sisters 60th birthday with 3 regular balloons and 1 mylar balloon 5 days before my sister's birthday Jan 8 2024 and chose the more expensive version of the image and added that to please deliver before 4pm. I got to the end of the process only to see after I hit submit thst they added a $25 service fee and another fee and jacked the price way more than I expected. My sister received her flowers at 7pm and sent me a picture of it. I could not believe how different what I purchased apposed to this miniature 5 flowers and a ton of baby's breath 3" vase with no balloons Bouquet she received. I proceeded to research the local store I thought I bought it from and wound up on this deceptive web page that lead me down a circle jerk. I eventually thought i called the florist who was very nice but said he'd have to find my order the next day and resend my sister the correct order. He asked if I could send a picture of what she got and what she was supposed to get. He infatically agreed that was a mistake. He texted me the next day that he had to order my type of flowers and should be able to still deliver them. At the end of the day he called me an said he couldn't find my order and doesn't believe he was the correct florist. Say What?!?! Now I'm scrambling to find out who the florist really is. Realize Avas flowers is a shell company and after hours got a person who said she couldn't tell me who they hired to send the flowers and would contact them. She got back on the phone and told me it went to voice mail. She said she told them I was missing the balloons and I told her the boquet I bought was far superior to what my sister received. I demanded a refund and she offered me only $25! I blew my lid and she then upped to half at $50 & I took my losses and accepted it because this wasn't ending well. Don't EVER EVER EVER ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!
