Balsam Hill review: Warranty replacement

I had purchased a 11/6/22 for a Frosted BH Balsam Fir Tree 7.5 ft, paid 1,200.34 with tax. I got to use the tree 1 Christmas and this year the tree does not work. I spoke to Customer Service12/3/23 and they sent me a new tree which took 8 days to receive, but I only received part of the tree. I called customer service again and they somehow cancelled part of my order? So the customer service guy stated they would resend another tree and I stated will I have to wait another 8 days to receive it? And he stated yes! I said that is unacceptable and he said on warranty ones they can not ship express to which he was very rude and kept talking over me so I stated I wanted to talk with a supervisor. He transferred me to a gentlemen by the name of Sean, which was very nice and helpful so I thought and told me he was going to get my tree shipped 2-day express and send me a return label to send the half tree back. Well I called again Tuesday because I did not receive my return label and a nice lady sent it to me. I decided to check on tracking today 12/14/23 because I had not received a tracking number. Well of course customer service tells me the tree did not ship yet. So I spoke to a supervisor again and he stated I may receive it by Monday. I told him that is not 2-day ship and he stated he was sorry there was nothing he could do. I work in shipping and receiving and know exactly how things work and this is the worst customer service I have ever dealt with. Most of all the stupidity that comes from a company that has on their website that they are dedicated to providing outstanding customer service, needs to have someone actually supervising the customer service because there are ALOT OF BAD REVIEWS REGARDING IT. I WILL NEVER EVER ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY AGAIN. I had a friend who was just going to purchase a tree through you and i just saved her from making a mistake.
