I would like to raise my concern as i was able to encounter the baddest teller i met in my entire life. It was after lunch time, on my way to work, decided to deposit my money to my bdo account. It was a lot for me, 90K. So i went to the orchard branch in Mambaling Cebu City. I first went to get my number and booked my transaction to the automatic teller. It was kinda difficult for me because my bag is very heavy and my hand are full of stuffs but still manage to encode my account number and my deposit amount.
I also went to get a manual slip. When it was my turn, i handed my cash to the teller. It was a busy day. When the teller counted my money i suddenly heard her curse. She said "ATAY", then she talked to me and told me sayop man imong money mam. (You errorneously encoded your money mam) . Then i heard her saging PISTI (PEST) then continue to curse "ATAY". she was so angry at me and called her manager for ES, . Then she kept on lecturing me of my mistake and i was so humilated because she kept on saying ATAY AND PISTI. I tried asking for my money back and will just leave but she said NO because she already entered this on the system. I felt so bad after. I cant imagine an bank employee would consider their clients pisti and atay for having a mistake. I really wished to talked to someone after that in the bank but i was in a hurry for work. Can somebody connect me to the branch so that they can contact me via email or call me. I am very offended and i had a hard time recovering from that insult and disrespect from a person. Please assist me.
