Hello, I am appalled at the way I was treated today! I went in to exchange two body sprays both priced at $14.00 and a hand sanitizer priced at $1.75. I was told that I could exchange them for any products equivalent up to that amount. I collected all my items and went to the register. After talking to 3 separate employees with each having vicious attitudes towards me, I was told there was no way they could give me an even exchange. That made no sense for I was retiring $29.75 worth of product so I should be receiving that product worth back! I was there for over 20 minutes trying to understand why this was so with your rude employees only telling me no. I left the store being mistreated and with nothing I was satisfied with. No customer should be treated that way. What ever happened to the customer is always right?

Two closing associates around 8:50 pm on 12/28/2017 were very vigilant at the gate which was half way down in preparation for closing. One associate whose name was something like Jayla literally stood in front of my wife to block her so she could not enter. She stated that "you cannot come in". The other associate's name was something like Daysha. She was just as strong in body language and very sarcastic. We called the supervisor Thea who spoke with the associates on the spot. However, the associate Jayla denied her actions. She clearly lied on top of exhibiting inappropriate behavior. This needs to be addressed.

I had just visited my local bath and body works at lincolnwood town center in illinois and recieved the worst treatment. I was standing in line for about 5 minutes when an associate let me know it was just one line I asked why she did not let me know earlier. So i stepped over to the other line but instead of telling the costumers behind me the same thing they just proceeded to check them out, when I asked for the manager to let her associates know that is unfair she replied with an attitude that " Well I just got here and theres nothing I can do "

I ordered some Christmas gifts online through Bath & Body Works and they opened their box I noticed that they were missing one of the four items I had ordered for them and I was charged for it. Now it's a holiday and phone lines are closed but I will be calling after the holiday hoping I will be able to go to the store and pick up the item or get my money back.

I placed an order last week for some items that were to be Christmas gifts from bath and body works. I received the order today and one of the items is missing from it. I'm not happy I would like to either get the item or get my money back. The item missing is a purple mesh shower sponge item # [protected] . The purple mesh shower sponge is clearly listed on the shipping slip that was inside the box but there was no shower sponge in the box. I would appreciate a response as soon as possible. Thank you

This is my fifth attempt at getting my money returned to my account which is causing a ripple effect on my bank account. let me explain the situation, On black friday I made an order- your site crashed. The next day i noticed there were three charges not one. (not happy) called your 1 800 number.The person i talked to said bring it back to the store they'll give you your money back. I did this waited 1 and half hours to find out, because i used paypal they couldn't take the 2 unwanted packages back. now I'm mad, and tired but o.k. it's company policy. So i go home call the 800 number I'm told they'll send out an e-mail with free shipping that will take 5 days. 5 days later still no e-mail I call again still no e-mail, I tried again and again. To say the least I'm dissappointed and frustrated. I don't understand what the problem is when you want your money you get it. All I want is to return unwanted items and get my account back in order. Due to this situation I can't even buy presents for anyone. please help me rectify this unfortunate situation. I've been very patient. Also, the candle holders were damaged. I place a order of 6 items on the 10th and order or what I thought was a order was clearly and empty box that arrived on 12/21/17. These items was Christmas gifts and Christmas is in a few days CS is closed but will call in the morning. I'm hoping I can go into a local store to retrieve my items that I purchase and didn't receive.. A big empty box with nothing but paper in it. Tonight was my worst experience shopping at bath and body works. I am a regular customer since 8 years and im so disappointed.
I understand that it is a holiday season and being in the retail I understand that it gets frustrating but being mean and frustrated to a customer with an etitude is not acceptable.
I went to return a few things on December 19 2017 and the store manager assumingly a teen age girl despite of me having my recipts and the products all new un opened and un damaged refused to return.
Upon asking her name she didn't give any and asked us to leave the store. It was between 9:10pm to 9:45pm. At Newark, newpark mall outlet.
Please train ur employees especially the managers to get it together and be atleast polite.

shimmering snowman night light
HI, I received my order today which was a night light snowman and a candle. I was so excited. I opened the box and the snowman itself was in a plastic bag and the night light loose in the box. I thought I had to put it together. So I called the bath and body works in Lady lake. They said to bring it in and look at it.in the mean time I told my husband it was broke. I drove there and they said the same thing. So who ever put my box together knew it was broken because the snowman was in a separate bag. At this time I am really mad. They didn't have my snowman so I picked something else that I didn't really want. This is the second time something happened to my box the first time they delivered it to someone else. They did replace it. I really wanted that snowman. I spend a lot of money at bath and body works after this I don't think I will spend my money there anymore. I know your saying oh she is just one customer. Well they add up. 1 leads to thousands. I hope something will be done about this. I left the broken snowman with the young lady. She was so sorry.

Everybody knows that Bath & Body Works products are overpriced and are ok to buy only if you want to surprise someone. Buying from them for using daily may ruin your budget.
But there is one more thing you have to know: if you need to return something, they will give you a hard time. they will make it impossible to do. A customer is always wrong here. So you have to be sure of a product you are going to buy because there will be no opportunity to return it.

I am really upset because I placed an order November 24th they charged me the 1st time on November 30 then they charged me one more time december 12th. Today is the 15 of December and I still have not received my order. I just called and they tell me they lost my order. Without even notified me by email or mail, so if I would have not call they would have never contact me first in my opinion this is very unprofessional. Second the lady that was with me on the phone was very unrespectul did not even apologize or did anything for me just said. She would place the order again BUT did not had one item in stock. Which is not my fault one more time. Then when I asked to speak to the manager she never let me spoke to the manager. I received a coupon in the mail for a free full size item of up to 13.50, went to receive said item from store, item I picked was about 50 cents to 1 dollar difference in price. The sales associate I spoke with was beyond rude. Wouldn't even take 5 dollars in exchange for the difference. I had my heart set on a specific item so the fact that no one would help me with And on top of that was EXTREMELY rude, I am beyond my self!

I don't think she was complaining about not getting her way. It looks like she was upset over the attitude and the way the employee handled the situation. My mother and I was shopping in bath and body outlet grove city Pa. We spent about an hour picking out what we wanted we were buying buy 3 get 3 free. We had a lady helping us find the products we wanted she was very nice and helpful. My mom had her six items and then I got my six items to match hers as we were shopping for gifts and making sets. We got to register after waiting in line 10 minutes to find out 2 of the products were not included in the buy 3 get 3 deal. We wasted a full hour mixing and matching with an employee helping us and not once were we told there were products not included in the deal. There were no signs posted around the products saying not included. Needless to say we were disappointed and left the store with nothing.
disrespectful manager
The manager Destiny was slightly rude while one of her employees was assisting me with picking out candles. One of the employees was walking with me and picking out fragrances when Destiny called her away and put her on a different task in the middle of our conversation. It made my shopping a little difficult because I really wanted the personal help throughout the chaos of candle day.
The employee may have been needed elsewhere or may have been in the wrong department. Did you try asking for someone else or if said employee could finish up with you first?

I recently stopped in your store for this product and in the store they didn't know why they discontinued it my main concern is this was a very popular item and I was one of your costumers who stopped in to pick up the fragrance it's the only fragrance my wife loves and able to wear because of allergies but unfortunately I won't be going back because no one would give me a straight answer in the store or at customer service I am very disappointed with your decision that no one is telling me why you ended especially when it was one of your sellers and a lot of other people asked the same thing about this product

Why don't you have your customers bring back the empty candle jars as many as you think and give them a new candle. First of all that must be your biggest expensive the jar. That's what Mac does bring back 10 empty lipstick cases and get a free lipstick. Please let me know of what you think about this idea. I think it's also good for the environment

I went to the Bath&Body Works in Middletown, NY, at The Crystal Run Galleria Mall. They were pretty busy with their candle sale. I got on line to pay for my purchases. There were two registers and one line. I next in line to pay when one of the floor sales gals gets the brilliant idea to split the line in two, placing me in the line with a lady who had 40 candles and was asking the person with her to get more products. I lost my turn to be next by two other customers who were now on the faster line. I got frustrated, dumped my items on the counter, told them I was sorry but this was taking too long, and left. I won't be returning to that particular store.
