A representative came to our home to see exactly what we wanted. He measured everything and sat down with us and layed everything out, he even showed us a picture of the finished product on the website. We agreed to pay more for the larger doors.

The installer arrived at 8AM, to start on the project. He had to pull the bathtub and replace with a walk in shower. He worked until 6PM on Thursday and returned Friday morning at 8AM, he worked Friday until 1230AM. That was very unprofessional, as we had a child home from college and a parent with dementia trying to sleep. He told us before he left that he did not think the new design that was used would work out. The owner had changed the design from doors to a partial glass wall. To turn on the water, you had to get wet, the water stream did not hit the shower floor until past the glass petition. As a result, the bathroom floor, closet floor and sheetrock were soaked after a shower. Not to mention, there was a crack in the shower floor, the glass petition was not secure and would move with little effort. I was very unhappy that the design was changed. I called and complained, they sent out the manager. He arrived at my home on 06/26/24, upon arrival he began talking to me like I was a child with no idea what was going on. He went on to tell me that I was more than welcome to buy doors and pay someone to put them up, he said that they could not get doors that big. I told him the measurements, he acted like I was lying and had to measure for himself. Thats when he got on Amazon and ordered some doors, I told him what we were thinking about and he told me that would be ugly and he picked the doors. He was very disrespectful and very rude to me.

The installer arrived at 830AM to replace the shower floor and install the doors. We were told that it would be a 1 day install, it resulted in a 2 day install, which was just fine. It looked so much better, until we got a closer look, the drill holes from the glass petition were just filled in with dirty caulk and looks really bad, the glass doors were set in crooked, the water now stands in the shower floor and water still gets on the floor outside the shower.

I am not happy with this at all and do not think that I should have to pay $12,358.50 for something that is not what I wanted.

Claimed loss: The whole thing is going to have to be redone, the walls are 1 piece and that the only way to fix the drilled holes. The floor will probably have to be replaced, so it will drain properly.

Desired outcome: I do not feel that I should be responsible for paying for something that is not what I was told that I was getting. I have several neighbors that want to see it, they would want the same setup, but I will not let anyone see it.
