I am 80 years old and forgetful (a lot), Been a customer of Bell for over 50 yrs.

over 2 weeks ago I tried to sign onto my email which usually was one push of the button as my user name was visible and password was just dots.

a message came up that it was wrong password... have had this issue a few times and was able to remember how to retrieve or make new password.

was unable to get on site.

Not tech smart at all

went to bell assist and got a operator that talked to me & had me try a couple of things but still couldn't get on. after a few tries she said she was sending me to another group which wasn't available (or busy)

she asked me if they had the correct phone number ending in 7234 which I said was correct

she then told me that due to my mail site being locked, she had to give my issue to a group that deals with investigating why it was locked out.

she said I would be contacted by phone within 24 to 48 hours

I never received a call!

This past Monday or Tuesday, I contacted them again and ended up with the same type of discussion with a operator that couldn't help me...

She ended up telling me the same thing! That I would hear from the upper tiered group within 34 to 48 hours

today is saturday and still no phone call

I'm sure they could take over my computer as they're chatting and just give me a new password without all this crap

disappointed to the end degree...paying Bell almost $200. monthly and they don't respond or really try to assist

Desired outcome: haven't been able to read anything for over 2 weeks .. missing a lot of my information
