Big Fish Games I want my account back

My account got disabled last monday. This due to a refund mistake
Made a purchase of 380 euro's and facebook redunded it..
I asked customer service for help, but I didnt got any help
So I decided to buy coins worth 380 euro again so they got it back.
I emaild again, over and over.. No answers, my tickets in app itself, gets deleted. There is no help from this helpdesk
I spended a ton of real money, and this is how they treath you,..
A helpdesk should provide you help if needed, specially when they got 1000's of euros from you.
They name their customers vip.. But I ask myself what that means in their eyes, cuz they just ignore you
So my account is still disabled. I dont get any response or help. Thats just great isnt it?
I want my account back.
Without help I gave them the 380 euros back, they removed the coins from my account, so its even now. But yet I still dont have acces to my account
And without a response of bf customer service... I cant do anything.
I hope to get a solution from big fish otherwise im gonna ask for help monday and if I need to some legal steps. Cuz this is just insane that a helpdesk isnt able to help you. Or isnt, they just delete ur message's... Insane!.. Absolutely insane!.. All I did was give them money over the years.. So much for being a customer right? I feel sick about this.. Ugh

Big Fish Games Game/app downloads

I cant download your app or the game I just purchased! You have ignored my email, so I will be taking this up with my credit card company now and there will be a dispute as to the current charges (membership and game cost)

You will not be getting paid.

This is not the way to take cars of customers! Ive been buying and using your games for almost 12 years and suddenly I cant download them. I believe youve gone bad over the years and now just want to rip off people who trusted you

Big Fish Games Midnight castle possible hack

On November 1st I received a notice to download additional content, which I did. The game then went to a prior event that had ended. Then, one of the characters in the game asked for all of my coins. I am afraid the game was hacked. I have tried contacting your support on the same day, but have yet to receive a response. Can someone please help me.

Big Fish Games You are blocking all my games ,you have no wright to this .

I paid for the Games and you wont me to pay for it a gain ,can get true to a phone with big Fish .To's are my Games and I never had a Kea for any of my games .some of them are old. Fix it .

Big Fish Games Magic Castle Game/Technical Support

Technical support is a joke. Instead of helping me with the problem on Magic Castle to reset my game friends, Michael B. has the advice to just purchase a new computer. I explained that computer is new and not the problem. I have an excellent IT team I pay alot of money to help and check my computer. Somebody needs to look into your Tech Dept or I will be leaving your game site.

Desired outcome: I would appreciate a timely response and how to fix this problem.

I just called both phone numbers. Are you kidding me? Your [protected] answered as a robotic call for a survey on medical alert services and your [protected] I tried to get to the corporate secretary on your pick this number on your dial pad had an answering recording saying the phones will not be available till April 7th. The date today is October 18th. Why is there no way to get in touch with a real person to talk to?

Big Fish Games vip weekly bonus program-did not receive my weekly bonus this week

HI, for starters, YES I'M AWARE I'M PART OF THE VIP WEEKLY BONUS PROGRAM...hence the reason for my emails...i've sent in numerous emails/tickets so far over the past couple days and i'm done...i have not received my vip weekly bonus yet..if i did, it definitely wasnt the correct amount as i either get 150m if i did not make a purchase or a percentage of what i bought..last week i spent over $2000 and have not received my vip weekly bonus. ..if i'm not going to receive the correct bonus amount please advise as to why, and go ahead and please lock my acct so that i can no longer login and play, as its not worth the amount of money that i spend here. I have been very patient and understanding up til this point. Last month i spent upwards of 9k alone with nothing in return. BF takes back quicker than they give. It's unfair..i understand bfc is in the business of making $$$ . ..

Big Fish Games MahJong Towers II

Hello,

My wife and I have been playing MahJong Towers II for many years, probably from (say) Windows XP, 7 and 10.

We've just bought a new Windows 10 laptop, (GeoBook 2E 12.5-inch Laptop Windows 10 Intel Celeron 4GB RAM AC Wi-Fi 64GB eMMC) into which I installed Mah Jong Towers II, After several hours trying to find why it didn't work, despite working correctly in two previous Windows 10 machines, I bought a copy from yourselves, it's in German but we know what all the buttons do.

Sadly this new copy fails if we try to use the options button (in order to switch-off the annoying game sounds) the whole programme just fails to respond to any click thereafter, I have to use Task Master to close the application in order to continue using the computer.

I've followed your guide lines to try to find any fault, in particular have discovered that the graphics card is up-to-date.

I wonder if you could suggest a setting somewhere else in the operating system that I should check ?

Big Fish Games Big fish Casino

I started my account and pay frequently to pay which is no bother. I enjoyed the game and was happy to pay to play, However when I emailed big fish casino to find out about a VIP Monday programme I heard about through the club chat, my account was blocked.. no reason for it, I didn't violate any rules just simply messaged to ask about it. And when I will be eligible for it.

Big Fish Games cant play a game i bought longer then 90 minutes

Since you changed your site i bought a game but it will not let me play it past the trial time. My credit card was charged for the game I contacted big fish and still cannot get it to work. Due to being fustrated for 3 weeks i said that if they counldnt fix it i want my money back. I just found out through that they cancel my subscription said my credit didnt work. It worked when i bought the game so what is going on. I really like your site and would like to play again Is there any way this can be fixed.I never had a problem like this until you changed the site . Been a cutomer for over 10 years THANK YOU

I'm having the same issue. They refunded my game credits for the one game. But then it just happened with a second game. Refunding my credit isn't solving the problem since I can't buy any games to play if the same issue occurs. I too have been a customer for over ten years and no problems with the old site. I'm waiting for a response as I just contacted them again.

Big Fish Games Game Coupons Not Work

I purchased a game from this company to play on my pc, installed it and it did not work, contacted Big Fish and at first they replied, sent me 2 Games Coupons to chose another game, I found a game I like look of and tried to buy another game using the games coupon, neither worked!

I have contacted Big Fish about this and had no response or reply, so I am stuck with a game I bought that not able to play

Big Fish Games license terms

Every time I go into Big Fish games a "license term" shows up. There is nowhere to say accept and the only way out is to leave the page To sign in to my games they ask for my password, well of course I forgot it. They sent a code(about 20 now) and they won't accept the new code. I really would like to get back to my games. This started happening about two weeks ago, The last week of August.

Big Fish Games PC games

This complaint is about an ongoing problem with Big Fish games with multiple issues in the past few months especially.

This company is an online game company that sells PC games. The problems are multiple. They sell games that don't work and refuse to refund your money or do anything to make it right. I have bought multiple games from them and the games become unsupported but instead of pulling the games that are defective they just keep them in their inventory and keep selling them. They know that certain games have become outdated and still refuse to pull them from their inventory are make things right with their customers. I would never recommend using this company to buy PC games.

Desired outcome: Please refund me for the games I bought that never worked to begin with as well as the ones they know are outdated and no longer work on a PC.

Big Fish Games Jackpot magic slots

I am so fed up of buying coins everyday for weeks and losing it all in minutes! It’s absolutely ridiculous that I was in a room with another player a few days ago and he’d won 6 jackpots in one day when I can’t even remember the last time I won one! And guess what he’s legend bracket player whic just goes to show we don’t all have the same chance of winning! It’s always legend players who win jackpots, elite jackpots and tournaments because they’re the only ones who can bet high enough! We have spent 5 years flitting between the 2 emerald brackets which I find crazy! We have people leaving left right and centre because there aren’t any bonuses to collect because none of us can win! Every single bit of fun has been sucked out of this game! I also have a friend who is the leader on another team who tells his team to write in every single day even when they haven’t bought and they get help, just another way in which we aren’t all treated the same!

Desired outcome: I would like some help or some comebacks on my purchases!

Big Fish Games I got hacked and they took my huge dragon

Hello. My daughter received her big dragon yesterday and immediately upon accessing her dragon in the game, another gamer with the user name “Xay_alex” went in and hacked her account and took her big dragon. Apparently, this is happening to lots of kids and we want a new code. There needs to be better protection in these websites as my daughter did not trade the dragon or anything. One of her friends saw this happen. She is 10 years old and this person should be ashamed of themselves.

Big Fish Games Purchased game access

I recently upgraded my big fish game manager. It shows all of the 300 plus games I have purchased, but tells me I need to buy them or activate them. Some, like incredible dracula 5 game of gods, keeps asking for an activation key to play which of course I do not have as I bought it from bigfish! Every game I have purchased requires I reactivate it after 60 - 90 minutes of game play as though I never purchased it in the first place. I have tried reloading game manager, activating games... Everything I can think of including contacting support which gave me a ridiculous response telling me to do exactly what I had already done to fix the problem! It's quite clear that whomever responded to me never rad my email! I cancelled my membership and got a simply email saying sorry you quit... But no real concern about all the money I have waisted on 300 plus games that I cannot play anymore. This company has gone way downhill since I started with the. I am embarrassed for their failure in customer service at this point and seriously doubt I will ever get a resolution. I'm back to paying for discs as this cyber crap is for the birds an leaves you with no control as you have with discs in hand. Very dissapointed

Big Fish Games Purchase

I am a member of Big Fish Games. This AM I was just looking at a game, the next thing I know, I'm getting a text on my phone that my card was charged $29.85 for this game. I did not click on buy. Besides that, I'm a member, members price is much, much lower, besides that, I already own this game, why would I buy it again? Today is Jan. 28,2022. I have purchased about 30-40 games from Big Fish on my old computer using my old email address. My old computer and email got corrupted. I bought a new computer and my internet carrier took the old email address down and gave me a new one. They told me to never use that old email again or it will infect my new computer. I've tried to explain all this to Big Fish games, but they will not give me credit for all those games I bought. They are trying to make me buy them again.

Big Fish Games Jackpot Magic Slots Casino at Big fish games

My main account RandeeSS has been leader of club I created for years, I had Second account SpiritWolfSS but that device was old and went out, I had her as a Co Leader, well then I got a new 2nd device took her place as Co leader SpicyPizzaSS, so with SpicyPizzaSS device I went into one of my old Tickets that SpiritWolfSS made when they locked her out of the account that time, asked them to merge SpiritWolfSS and SpicyPizzaSS that I would like to go forward with Spicy tho next thing I know I log on with my main Account and I am SpicyPizzaSS not my Leader now I have two Devices that are SpicyPizzaSS and can't get to my main VIP I might add, I can I'm still the Leader there but she has Zero dollars and they wont fix it, maybe because I called them idiots lol but I'm pissed it's been days now my club can't do nothing with club stuff but me, and now I hear that 3 other club members got new phone, but because they didn't write down their friend nor made a purchase they not letting them back in, but i can only play one 2nd account I want my main account back to my main phone I never not once mentioned my RandzeeSS account or my friend code and or they robbed me

Desired outcome: They put my main account back just the way it was with my VIP status and competition for the aggravation, my losses on the envoys I was working on and not be able to be there to run my club

Big Fish Games Blocked account just for asking for a boost after spending money to buy chips

My account has been blocked since 16th September ever since I asked for a boost. No warning. Just blocked. I spent lots of money those couple of days without complaining and bang. BLOCKED. Just like that. Is that how you treat your VIP'S. Great customer service. I've sent numerous emails and no reply. Just one reply saying sorry once I'm blocked they can't unblock me. Well you better figure out a way to unblock me because I did not waste my money for nothing. I have built that account up to 12 billion chips. Not only have I lost the money I spent to build it but also the 12 billion chips because I can't play. Do you think it's fair BIG FISH? Asking for a boost is a habit of mine everytime I buy. Regardless of how much chips I have. As you know, the chips don't last long in your games. I bought to make myself a tier 10. I've reached it and you blocked me. Great. All that for nothing. What a waste of money.

Big Fish Games Absolutely ridiculous!

I am absolutely appalled at your site! I have been a loyal player for years and years! I'm level 640 and a tier 10 vip! I am spending at least £30-£40 a day with absolutely no returns! No wins, no chests, no booster bunny, no it's your lucky day a second chance to play, no jackpots in or out of RR, in fact I can't remember the last time I hit a jackpot! Whilst I understand you can't change the odds, there has to be some rewards for buying?! We have members not just leaving the team but deleting the whole app because none of us can win, how are we supposed to progress as a team this way?!?! The photo is my bank statement and the other is the return I got for spending £40!
