Billion Stars express scheduled at 15:30 not yet arrive, my ticket is Billion Stars express scheduled at 16:00, also delayed. Another bus company scheduled at 16:30 arrived at 16:20 to pick up their passengers already. Now 16:36, the other bus already left the terminal.
Billion Stars express ticket is around RM 3.60, which translate to nearly 10% more expensive than other bus company ticket for the same departure and arrival terminal. This is totally unacceptable.

On Wednesday, September 25, my colleague and I travelled using Billion Star Express to Singapore from Kuala Lumpur TBS. Everything was fine until we disembarked at the Immigration Centre on the Johor Bahru side. We didn't take long to pass the immigration counters but to our shock, the bus left us after the immigration. We bought the ticket and supposed to travel all the way to Marina Way, Singapore as the final destination.
I recalled everyone disembarked except for four Vietnamese gals. I suspect the bus drivers are involved in some kind of human trafficking syndicate. We suspect they left the rest of the passengers and took these gals to get their passport stamped and returned back to Malaysia without the obligation of getting us to our final destination.
We waited for almost one hour and decided to ask other bus drivers which are competitors to Billion. They silently told us that it happened alot with Billion Star that passengers are stranded like us before. They volunteed to take us to cross the border to the Woodlands side but they would not take off for another one hour later. So we decided to take the border crossing buses offered by Singapore for RM1.50. We were fortunate that we took all of our luggages with us. Moreover and strangely also that the Billion drivers never gave us instructions when we disembarked which further gave us the suspicion that something funny is about to happen.
This will be last time I am traveling on Billion Star Express.

Dear billion express bus management, im writing this to express my deepest regret for using your bus service. I have book my bus that is supposed to depart at 1400hrs from TBS, but unfortunately the bus came at 1500hrs, 1 freaking hour delay. Then the bus is suppose to make way to Penang, but again unfortunately your guys make another stop at one utama, which is NOT included in the route plan. To the company management team, please improve your service quality. i hope this message get through to your top management. What a shame !

i am writing this to lodge a complain of such matter stated above.
i booked tickets for the departure time at 6.15am but it were combined with passenger that bought for departure at 7.15am.
the 1 hour difference will make me LATE for my appointed meeting time.
i can accept if the late arrival is because of the journey but this is simply because of inefficient of the operator.

I booked a ticket from Penang Sentral to Kl Sentral. The bus departed from Penang Sentral at 12.30 pm on 16/09/2019 and stop at Sungai Nibong Bus Station to pickup other passengers. I have to wait about 1 hour because the bus operator wanted to fill the empty seat. Time is money. Please manage the time so that we do not need to waste our precious time..

The bus(WVP 6622) driver was driving the bus slowly causing my journey to be 10 hours from 8 hours on 14 September, bus at 8.30 a.m. Not sure whether the bus was having problem or something. But if the bus was having problem it shouldn't have been on the road right? Exceeding 2 hours is just too much for me! If the bus was really having some problems, FIX FIRST BEFORE USING IT! IT IS DANGEROUS FOR THE CUSTOMERS ON BOARD AS IT IS A JOURNEY WHICH EXCEEDS 4 HOURS!

bus never come
Booked a coach from Singapore to KL for 9 Aug 12.30am. When we arrived at Golden Mile on 8 Aug at 11.45pm, we saw the queue at the counter was very long and the crowd was terrible. Apparently, the buses were all delayed. We heard the bus that was supposed to depart at 10pm had not arrived yet. After a long wait, we got our bus number and we were told that the bus would arrive around 3am. To make things worse, one of the staff at the counter was very rude.
At around 2.45am, we were then asked to take a shuttle bus to checkpoint and board our original assigned bus there. We were told the shuttle bus driver would brief us the details when we arrived. However, when we arrived at Malaysia custom around 7.15am, the driver told us that his task was only to send us to the custom and we need to change bus. He told us he did not know anything else other than that. After custom clearance at around 7.30am, we searched the entire bus bay twice, and still could not find our bus.
There was one Billion Stars Express coach waiting there but was not our bus. The driver told me that someone would come over and tell us what to do soon and the bus left.
We waited for few hours at the spot the bus parked (photo attached) but no one approached us, nor our bus came. Left with no choice, we decided to go for a private chartered car at 11am. And, finally we arrived in KL at 7.30pm! We spent additional RM650 to charter a private car and wasted the whole day waiting for the bus which NEVER come. Our plan was spoilt, and our mood was ruined! We were supposed to arrive at KL in the early morning, ended up we arrived in the evening, which was 12 hours later!

Aug 12th, bus from Penang to KL Sentral, 4.30pm, bus plate W6603G. The Indian lady at counter 28 from Billion Star Express, Penang Sungai Nibong bus station is very rude. When we ask why our ticket seat number is different from the one that we bought online through easybook.com, she insisted that it is system fault and shouted at us like we owed her money! Hello, change of seating number due to system is not customer fault! I booked online for single seater, but they just simply change to double seat. Billion Stars, please educate your staff on customer service and do something on your system! [censored] service ever! Simply change your seat number.

Booked 2 tickets for a 27 seater from KL(one utama) to Singapore at 9.30pm. Get on the bus and it was a 48 seater which means it's not the plush seats we paid the price for. Stopped by Times Square at 10.30PM to pick up other passengers and heard them calling out 8PM, 8.30PM and 9.30PM passengers. Departed KL and made a stop at Ayer Keroh rest stop at 12.15AM. Waited nearly 2 hours there because the driver disappeared. Passengers went to look for him and found him in the surau sleeping. Asked him why or what happened, the driver responded he is not feeling well and took medication. Therefore, he needed to rest. As I understand your driver is unwell, as a company you have to know the service you are providing to your customers who paid a lot of money just to safely reach their destination. The passengers were very nice to your driver and told him to go slow and bought him a hot drink. However, people like these should not be taken advantage of by companies like yours. Some people like me left at that odd hour to avoid jam and sacrifice our sleep just so we can be in time for work the same morning. I did not feel safe as the driver was medicated and seemed groggy when I told him I will not be following the bus anymore. Grateful that my family members are in Melaka and offered to pick me up at 3AM and send me up to Johor later that day. These types of situation definitely put people's safety at stake here and I think everyone would be better off if you just close down the company. This was the most absurd and worst bus experience I ever had with any bus company.

I have booked a ticket for 2 going back to SG from KL, time- 1545 hrs, bus came at 6pm! And we need to fight for our own seat because some passengers who also bought ticket suppose to depart at 1:30pm is still there waiting for their bus as well! What a terrible bus company! When we reached near JB CIQ, never say that we need to change bus, its the malay guy ( boyfriend of a filipino passenger) became the spokesperson and informed everyone that we need to change bus! They didnt even tell us personally. The driver was in SILENT MODE the entire journey. I think they dont have license to enter SG(not very sure) We have found out from other passnesgers that they do not have enough bus to cater all their online bookings. The bus that we went in is not even named as BILLION star, its just some other rental bus in malaysia. The experience is very traumatic. I felt pity to those kids and infants who suffered the same fate as ours. They dont deserve that kind of treatment so pleAse do something about it.

counter selling fake ticket
I brought a fake ticket from counter 5, sungai nibong. The counter refuse to pay back me my money. Please look into it this issue. I have consult other counter saying this is a fake ticket. Never go counter 5, sungai nibong. I have the evidence attached. The bus driver say this seat is already sold to another person. This ticket is sold two time. We fire a police report to counter 5, they say going to pay, but until now they will keep ignore our call. I everyone can be alert for this counter.

I booked my bus ticket from ipoh to kl sentral on 9 june 2019 9:30am. The bus delayed from 9:30 to 10:45! It's ok! Then the bus only stopped at tbs instead of kl sentral and didn't inform me that the bus won't stop at kl sentral. I am not from semenanjung malaysia so I don't even know the surrounding. After 30 minutes departing from tbs I thought I will reach kl sentral but when I check the map I am going to johor. And it was a direct route! I had a very bad 12 hours sitting in a bus which I can arrive in 2-3 hours at my destination!
