Change return ticket date.
I wish to change my return ticket from Penang to Kuantan on 9th to 11th February 8.30am. I call your hotline 011 [protected] yesterday and today but no one answer.
I managed to call your company at Penang, number 011 [protected] today and asked for refund because l have bought another return ticket online at 11th February. I try to call your hotline today 011 [protected] but also no one answer. As a result l have no choice but to buy the ticket. Your team has forwarded my request to the management today.
Desired outcome: Get a refund. I have attached the ticket yesterday.

My bus trip is from ipoh to shah alam at 11.45. Now (5pm) driver ask us to wait at tbs fr the next bus to shah alam bcs he have to go to jb? Whoever did the schedule... plan the route well to make it more convenient for passenger. We are paying fr your service so dont treat us like this. As I see the review alot of people complain on the same prob. That shows that billion star express is not professional at all. Dont blame the driver fr doing so... Its their job to follow management orders

Rude driver, late schedule, worst experience
My first time travel with this bus was 29th Jan 2022, booked 9.30am and the bus late for almost 2 hours and suddenly change and combine us with other bus where travel same location, seat that I booked not available and I have to sit wherever empty. The funniest thing is that the bus stop somewhere and wait for so long to depart, and conclusion. Booked 9.30am bus and arrive Sungai Nibong (Penang) at around 9.00pm. Stated 5 hours trip and I understand CNY will took more than 5 hour but it took almost 12 hours because of the lateness and stops. Well done Billion Star
Second time was 2nd Feb 2022. Very dissappointed to this lousy company with [censored]ty bus driver. Already booked the ticket one month ago, no choice have to take it. This time the bus arrive on time. AND! during the first stop at petro station the driver shout at us saying that who wants to go toilet go now. Okay, and the toilet was packed and even the store at petro station only allow 5 customer to get in. We wait for the toilet and store to buy some water. The driver open the store door and ask who else haven't get on the bus, and he tell us 'I bagi 1 minute lagi, kalau lambat I pergi terus tinggal u kat sini' in VERY RUDE WAY infront of everyone in the store. Stupid [censored].
Your bus late for [censored]ing long and switch us to whichever bus u want. During rest station can't wait for your customer to settle everything before depart. At least inform us how long u would stop. Very worst experience and unprofessional service provided.

Please improve your services, if you can't make it on time please notify earlier or schedule to other bus service providers which can meet the time!

Worst bus experience
We booked bus frm TBS to JB on 10/12/2021. (2:00 pm bus). Bus seats n the entire bus are so dirty. Can see well that the driver never clean d bus for some time. We didn't feel a safe journey in this bus because the driver drive too fast without considering passagers safety. In ticket it stated non stop bus frm TBS to JB. Meanwhile, this bus stop in few terminals to drop n pick up passengers. N it took our journey for too long to reach our destination. Wonder how this bus having BILLION STAR EXPRESS name, but wat we experienced today can't even rate for 1 star.

Lateness of departure
My bus schedule was 8:14 am from Larkin to seremban. I was waiting from 8am but the bus arrived at 10am. While waiting, there are few buses scheduled at 8:45am, 9am, 9:45am that heading to seremban has been departed. I was waiting there without knowing the reason of delay, what time will the bus reach and how long should I wait? Meanwhile I regretted of buying the ticket. I felt so frustrated and helpless.
Pls do improve ur service. If u can't depart on time, then notify the passenger about the delay. Pls do respect the passenger as well.

I book ur service from terminal shah alam to penang. af
Nibong. the bus departure time was 1230pm. Bus no KEQ8111.. From terminal Shah alam it reach tbs at 1330hrs. the driver give us a break for half n hr. n said will move at 1400hrs.instead they gather more people and make us wait untill 1520hrs. totaly frustrated and confuse why we need nearly 2hrs plus just to leave kl. and what system is this. there is. no explaination given until I ask. they say they are waiting for another bus. and y that I aslo. dont. knw. kindly look into this matter. hope for a prompt reply and good thaught given to a unfairfull treat for us a passenger. thank you.

26/11/2021 bas ke kuantan dari shah alam jam 3 petang. BAs sepatutnya direct ke Kuantan tapi kena turun tukar bas dekat TBS dan dekat situ bas tunggu penumpang lain dari bas lain yang nak transit ke bas tu. Ini pengurusan yang sangat2 teruk.
Lagi satu bas tu masuk ke bandar temerloh untuk ambil orang di sana dulu baru gerak ke kuantan sedangkan erjalanan sepatutnya direct ke kuantan.
So, total perjalanan bas dari shah alam ke kuantan lebih dari 5 jam, sangat2 teruk. Nak jimatkan kos sebab tak ramai naik bas bukan macam ni caranya. kalau takde orang beli tiket tu n orang taknak naik jangan teruskan bisness yang menyusahkan orang macam ni.
