I placed an order on the 8th of March and am still awaiting delivery.
I also receive no response on my queries or e-mails.
This is the worse customer service in the world.
Don't order anything from them.

I ordered for buy 3 get 2free keto extreme fat burner in May 2022 and to date I have not received order even after numerous emails sent to biotrm customer support. The face on advert was Tim Noakes so I trusted this site and ordered. Through emails I asked for my refund of 3511 Rands but biotrim said about 5 times via email that they will resend order to no avail.is there any one that can resolve this problem.
