I've had my account hacked twice since I been online with them. I don't know how they are using my account to talk to my prospective dates. I'm frustrated with the whole thing. Everytime I log on email has already been read and guys reply me like I had already talked to them and I haven't. I changed my password twice and I changed my email as well. They can still get into my account. How is that done? I was also locked out of my account at first. But there is a way around that. I guess the hacker knows that too. When I reset they go behind me and reset too. It's crazy! Granted the first time I got hacked I was tricked into giving vital info and I didn't even know it until later. Blackpeoplemeet needs a better system to meet the needs of it's customers. I was told that the hacker is someone overseas like Africa. It makes me so mad that my money is being wasted this way when someone else is benefitting from it.

I want to say this, black women will always struggle and have no whatsoever favor from God, because their heart is cold, cunning, and a deceptive being. I met 2 black women on black people meet.com and within 2 months I was scammed 190 dollars in total. Why because I truly felt these women believed in what they wrote about themselves in their profile. God fearing women, and what hurts is I'm terminally. October 17, 2010. I subscribed to black people meet.com for 30 days. After the seventh day, I was no longer able to chat with other members, check to see who was sending me messages, search for members that I was interested in, unless I upgraded my subscription. Well I would at first like to see how far I would go within the 30 days but I didn't get that opportunity. If Black people that are behind this website, you should say what you mean, and mean what you say. I am very disappointed, No, I do not want a refund, I only want what I paid for.

I have been a member w/ them since December 2008 they sent me a e-mail saying the system was down for a couple of days but i would recieve the days down added on to my time left on the site witch was 3 weeks. When i tried to login it did not recognize my e-mail & still does not. I have sent several e-mails & yet to recieve a responce, also there is no number to contact them.
