I ordered from Bloomex Australia. I paid extra money for fast delivery. I needed these flowers exactly on the next day at 5! They were delivered two days after. I don’t need them anymore. I will not pay for them! This company told that these flowers cannot be sold to anyone else but I don’t care.

This is a horrible horrible HORRIBLE company to deal with. I am LIVID! I ordered on Saturday the 9th of April a beautiful bouquet arrangement that was supposed to be delivered to my house on the 13th of April, FOUR DAYS LATER. I did regular delivery which is supposed to come in from 12-5pm. It is now 6:12pm and there is no sign of a delivery man. I have had someone at home ALL day, just to make sure I wouldn't miss it, and I've been home since 4pm. Their customer service SUCKS; there's nowhere to complain, you have to leave a stupid message. DO NOT EVER USE THIS COMPANY! I expect a FULL refund if I do not get my flowers for my event. They are going to hear from me, and I'll go as public as I can with this.

ordered flowers from another site, and instead of being delivered the flowers that I ordered, I was instead was given 20 Tulip Bouquet; not what I ordered at all. I ordered Mom's Delight from Proflowers, which included 10 pink roses and 10 blue irises, but instead I was given 20 tulips which I could have bought for a dollar a piece at another store, or picked from my garden outside. I paid a total of $84 dollars for the flowers to be delivered to my mothers house, including the vase, and shipping was $15! And they /still/ screwed up my order. I've contacted them via email and still haven't heard any replies, and I'm going to contact them tomorrow on the phone line and see what on Earth happened with my order. I've also read many reviews from that site, many have gone unresolved and they have poor customer service. I know its not Proflowers who screwed up my order, its that Bloomex, which is the company that delivered the flowers and prepared them I assume (or hired the florist that does) I'm only 15, and its not easy for me to earn money, especially since I live in such a small town, which is one of the reasons why I'm so upset. Those cost me half the money I've been saving up for months now, and they didn't even get the order right! What should I do? What can I do?

Go through your financial institution and tell them you want a charge back.
bloomex are crooks and don't care about their customers
They have a F rating with the better business bureau and have over 250 complaints in 3 years. CBC marketplace and Toronto star both have exposed how bad bloomex really is. As you can see I was scammed by these crooks too

I ordered from Bloomex Australia and requested for delivery on Friday 14.12.12. Today is Saturday and they still have not arrived. I contacted them via phone to discover to my shock they were located in Canada. They took my details and assured me someone from Australia would contact me in an hour or so. This did not happen. Several phone calls later and no success. I have been on their live chat via the website. They inform me that i was emailed yesterday advising they could not deliver and that i was refunded. Funny though how my bank account has been charged for the flowers yesterday but no refund is recorded. I will give them to Monday and will take the matter further if i need to. So- upshot of all this is DON'T ORDER. I BELIEVE THEY ARE SCAM ARTISTS. CHECK REVIEWS WORLDWIDE- ALL POOR, ALL TALK OF DODGY SERVICE, REFUNDS NOT GIVEN, ETC. BE WARNED!

Wish I had seen this site before I used Bloomex. Here is my experience:
18 December 2012: I ordered a gift basket to be delivered to friends in Vancouver on 20 December – and Bloomex took the money from my credit card immediately.
21 December: I spoke with the friends and discovered the basket had not arrived and they were going out of town. I emailed Bloomex to tell them to cancel the order since they had not honoured their contractual obligation. Coincidentally (?), they emailed me about half an hour later to say the basket would be delivered before Christmas – no acknowledgement of my cancellation. I emailed again, confirming the cancellation.
24 December, Bloomex emailed to say the basket had been delivered. My friends are, of course, not there to receive it.
What a shower – will not be using them again. Since I am in the US, the prospect of suing is too much trouble – clearly something on which Bloomex relies.

I ordered flowers on Sunday and paid for next day delivery. They were not delivered on Monday, so I called Tuesday. Before calling I had emailed twice and had no response. The operator apologised for no delivery, but told me they were on board with the driver ready for delivery. They had not arrived by 530pm Tuesday and delivery time was stated as between 12 - 5pm. I tried calling again, but got voicemail. I emailed asking for the refunds process as I was not happy with the service. At 630 pm my friend called to tell me that the flowers had just arrived. There was no knock on the door, my friend just happened to hear someone walk up her front stairs. The flowers were just left at the door with no warning. I have not had any contact from the company at all about my order or concerns. I will not use this website again and will tell others of this bad experience.

I had a similar issue a couple of weeks ago, my flowers were supposed to arrive on Friday and it looked like they were sent on time (I got a tracking number Thursday night) but they did not get there for some reason. I started worrying too late when the courier office closed for the weekend and I decided to call the florist company itself to see if anything could be done. The phone assistant was very nice and sympathetic; she assured me they would take care. I felt nervous as the courier was closed for 2 days then and I could hardly imagine the flowers would still look their best on Monday. However they resent new flowers and added a few extra stems so that the arrangement looked even bigger. My niece received new flowers on Tuesday but I think it is not a big problem. Getting heaps of boxes from different people on your birthday does not make you quite happy and a little delayed gift may turn to be a special one.

Well, I have ordered their online special, which seemed a good deal for me, then I got an e-mail, stating, it can't be delivered on the weekend. I did not look at the description attentively, so it was kind of dissapointment. But they suggested to send mixed bouquet of summer flowers, which I had to accept as I did not have time to arrange anything esle. To my surprise, the bouquet was quite beautiful, large and bright, looked much better then plain roses which I've ordered originally. So I've learned two things: 1) Always check the description 2) Check with operator if it's available.
I am more then satisfied with my experience.

Worst service ever! DO NOT BUY from them. Delayed delivery and refuse for cancel order or refund. They said if you don't want the flowers, ask the recipient to reject the flowers. (The flowers were a condolence). when item delivered the vase was broken. They refuse to resend the flowers or refund. They asked the recipient to return the broken vase and they will send another vase. The people who answers the calls on the 1800 number are all very rude. One of them even hung up on me because they refuse to listen to my complaint. They never return calls and till now (5 months now) nothing had been done...no calls no refund on the broken vase. This is a rip off company and should have read other reviews before buying from them. Don't buy from them unless you and the recipient of the flowers want to be traumatised.

Do not order from Bloomex! My partner ordered $89.95 worth of flowers on 13.02.14 to arrive on 14.02.14 he even paid extra so they were sure to arrive. I waited all day and nothing arrived. I then contacted then on his behalf for about 5 days now and keep being put through to a voicemail service. Only I have not received a call back after leaving a voicemail everyday at least twice a day. This is appalling. I am now taking my complaint to the ombudsman.

Woeful service! Ordered flowers on a Thursday to be delivered on the Monday. After many phone calls they were delivered on Tuesday. I was promised a credit on my "Bloomex" account of $45 as an apology so thought I'd give them another try. Tried to order flowers on Wednesday but was unable to access my credit. I left messages on their answering machine to call me back and also emailed them but did not receive any response. Wasted my time going on the online chat as whoever was on the other end was less than helpful and basically said got no idea, maybe a computer issue try ringing the number. Finally got someone to help me the next day, placed my order, paid for same day delivery and thought it was all ok. Got to work the next day to find that the status of my order was altered to next day delivery. Another phone call resulted in a $5 refund for the change of date. By the Friday night, the flowers still had not arrived. Many phone calls later ( I'm sure they do NOT listen to messages) they told me the flowers had been delivered. NO THEY HADN'T! Someone promised a supervisor would ring Saturday only to be hold on Saturday when I called them that supervisors don't work Saturdays. On Monday ( still no flowers) I was told a replacement bunch would be sent to arrive that day and that they would upgrade the order. Two hours later I find the original bunch had just been delivered on the Monday and most of the flowers were dead. The replacement bunch did not arrive until three days after they should have, and looked very dry ( an there was no upgrade) I have lost count of the number of calls and emails I have made and have still not received a refund. Seems the courier they use passes the flowers on to other couriers hence the delays ( I found that through my investigations not through any assistance from Bloomex). Please do not use them ever! They are inefficient, unhelpful, difficult to get on to and their flowers do not resemble the pictures.

I ordered flowers for my Mom for Mother's Day and Bloomex delivered wilted flowers in a broken vase. They refused to issue even a partial refund or re-deliver fresh flowers in a non-broken glass vase. Terrible customer service. I will never use this company again. I will contact the local florist directly to order and suggest everyone else do the same. Once Bloomex has your money, they do not care about quality of the product or customer satisfaction.

Ordered flowers for next day delivery - they still haven't arrived, trying to phone and get a reason but unable to make contact with anyone. I guess they may arrive tomorrow, one day late for my sister-in-laws birthday, I have ordered from Bloomex previously and have had no problems, but on-line for two nights trying to order should not have bothered. My money went out immediately, got email replies to say the flowers were ordered etc. Frustrating. Thinking now the company has lost its personal touch, too big to be any f... use.

As I live in the UK, I thought I would order some flowers through Bloomex for my daughter-in-law's special birthday - she lives in Melbourne. I thought the flowers were reasonably priced but thought the delivery charge was a bit excessive - this was for next day delivery even though I ordered the flowers 3 days in advance (there was no alternative delivery charge). I received a confirmatory email stating the delivery date of 12 March but they didn't arrive until 17 March. The delivery note on the flowers did state 12 March strangely enough! My son rang the call centre and received appalling service. He was told some flowers would be send out by way of an apology, but nothing materialised. I complained by email and didn't even have the courtesy of a reply. I will never ever use this company again and just wish I had read reviews before using them. This has totally put me off doing anything similar in the future.

Ordered flowers from uk for Melbourne. Delivery not made on agreed day which was yesterday. Tracking shows in transit from Sydney !
Wasted hours on live chat with no response. Spent just under $100 and now feel I have been scammed.
I order frequently online and this is the worst ever service. I am usually very aware of dodgy websites etc but for some reason I did not check reviews before ordering . Never again !
I will definitely report this company.

The customer service is the worst part. They have some employees who just do not care and are happy to mess customers around! Had I dealt only with Robbie or Miles, I think my experience would have been much better!
The first operator who took my order was rude, made lots of mistakes, was slow and highly unprofessional. When I called back to correct the details (which had been spelt out several times each in a painstaking process) she was again rude and hung up on me before I could ask her to email me a confirmation of the details.
That is when I went online to read some reviews and started kicking myself! I called back again to confirm my details and check their policies, thank God I got a different operator who was understanding and professional.
Unfortunately only half of the flowers were delivered and they were very poor quality. My complaint was handled by the same operator who took my order. She did not even explain the complaints process to me which made me very concerned about even getting a replacement or refund. I emailed photos at her request and called back, only to be told that she could not do anything and I would get a call within a few hours from management. Four hours later I called for an update before I went to work and was told that I would have to wait until Monday when they could confirm details with the florist.
Monday morning I called and got the same RUDE operator who was typing away and kept telling to hold on - sorry but no I won't sit listening to you tell me to repeatedly hold on while you type away at something. Finish what you are doing before you take a call! Hung up and got a fabulous operator who was very straightforward about what he could do and was honest in admitting that the company does sometimes make mistakes - whether it is the driver, operators or call staff. He emailed through to management to rectify the problem and it was. The same morning a much better bunch with the right number of flowers was delivered. It is not the most beautiful and I would have preferred all roses as pictured, however it was a design by the florist and it looks quite nice and fresh.

I think if I had not had the rude operator, I would have had a much better experience with Bloomex. I would have been quite happy actually, but I can't help but wonder how many people do not get a replacement or refund because they are too polite to hang up on rude operators or keep calling until they get an answer. The only reason I feel good about Bloomex this morning is because a new employee was so fantastic and genuine. I found both Miles and Robbie fantastic!

What a nightmare - ordered a gift basket for a sick friend, website misleading makes it appear that this companyhas an office in Edmonton...it doesn't. I was promised the basket would be delivered that day as I had ordered early in the morning - nothing that day, or the next or the next. When I called THEM they claimed it was a problem with delivery company and it was in transit - finally after FIVE days I order another basket (Applegates in Edmonton - fabulous company) Asked bloomes to cancel order and they said they couldn't - it was 'in transit' and would be delivered that day, big surprise it didn't arrive. TODAY they send me an update to say the basket was delivered - thanks for my business! Unbelievable, as of course the basket never did arrive3 at my sick friends room...I'm in the process of contacting the better business bureau to try and get my money back...NEVER NEVER NEVER DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY...which seems to be made up of telephone operators and computer generated customer service emails.

I ordered flowers for a friend who had broken her leg. After 5 days of trying to find out why the flowers were not delivered, a crushed box of dead flowers was dumped at her door and left without even ringing the bell. She called when they arrived so I went over to have a look. The flowers in the box did not is any way resemble my original order, I guess they thought I'd never know. They ahd substituted three pathetic stems of cheap damaged flowers and 2 pieces of salal. They had been tossed into the box without any wrapping to protect then and the stems had been jammed into a piece of dry oasis. It was a total rip off...very embarrassing for me and disappointing for my friend. Their customer service people were rude and not the least bit interested in doing anything to rectify the situation. I asked for a full refund and they told me I had to send back the dead flowers by courier at my own expense to prove there was a problem. What a bunch of loosers.

I placed an order online with Bloomex for a flower delivery for my mother for Mother's Day. I knew she'd be thrilled and surprised and waited impatiently all day for the excited phone call from her. Much to my dismay, she never received the flowers at all. I tried to call Bloomex to see what had happened. The 1-800 customer service number has no customer service. The message recording suggests going to their website and emailing them or leaving a phone message and "someone will return your call within 24 hours". I left a message and also sent an email. No one ever returned my phone call. I did get a reply email the next day however with confirmation that my flowers WERE delivered (a day late mind you). 3 days after they were supposed to be delivered, my mother still hadn't received anything. Again, I sent an email. I received a reply (very hasty reply - no apology or "thanks for contacting us" just a quick note that read "see attached" and they had attached a ripped out page from a delivery person's log showing my mom's address and a barely-readable "left on doorstep" scrawled beside her address. There was nothing else on the paper. No company name, no delivery person's name. Not even a delivery date! How is this proof of delivery? I emailed again telling them that I wanted a refund as the delivery was never received. They told me they can only offer refunds if I returned the product and that it's "up to the delivery person's discretion" as to what to do with a delivery if the recipient isn't home. I emailed (yet, again) explaining that for one thing, the recipient WOULD have been home had the delivery been made on the correct date. But that not only had the delivery been made a day late, what type of delivery person would leave flowers on a door step to a huge apartment complex like the one my mom lives in? So either they were delivered and someone took them (which I blame Bloomex for for leaving them in an unsafe manner) or they weren't delivered at all. I advised Bloomex that if I didn't receive a refund I would contact the BBB. Of course they don't seem to care. Do not order from this company! It's not even the money. It's the principle. They have no regard for their customers. No customer service whatsoever. This company is a complete scam. I'm spreading the word wherever possible.

Yvonne, it is very unfortunate that your disdain for your recent employer has resulted in you posting malicious, defamatory statements, to which you will be held accountable. We found it necessary to clarify some of your nonfactual remarks, so that your posts included with ours will reflect the correct information regarding Bloomex.

1- PAY STRUCTURE AND BREAKS- Yes, you are not paid for breaks, or your lunch. HOWEVER, you signed a contract BEFORE commencing your employment, which stipulated ALL these conditions of employment. YOU agreed, no one forced your to sign the contract, you had the opportunity to decline the position once your read the terms, but you DID NOT.
A) Breaks you did not take -the system records when you log on, make available, make busy and log off. You tried to claim break times on your pay, and you were caught. Consequently, you were not paid for it.
B) Your incorrect email deduction- you are given a print out of the incorrect email you have been deducted for at each pay. You can verify for yourself that the emails are incorrect. You make it seem as though Bloomex just randomly picks a figure to deduct off your pay, which is incorrect- you get the list of incorrect emails for your own verification.
C) As for SLAVERY -$10 per hour plus bonuses is a respectable pay considering you are working from home and not subjected to typical expenses such as gas, wear and tear on your vehicle, proper office attire, etc not to mention the convenience of not sitting in rush hour traffic, time traveling to and from work, office politics, etc.

Perhaps the most ridiculous part of your posts is you claiming breaks are unpaid, you don't get paid to take a pee, you get deducted for incorrect emails (which is done to ensure quality and accurate work ethics), etc, which you knew about before and during your employment.

2- THE INFAMOUS COMPUTER GLITCH- Angela sent the email to all operators, she stated there was a glitch, as it was easier to say glitch to operators, then to attempt to explain a system that they do not know, understand or even have access to. The "glitch" in which Angela referred to is not a "glitch", it's an adjustment of taxes from province to province. Depending on the province which places the order, it default's the tax increment to Alberta, and the tax amount is adjusted after the credit card information is entered, as it processes the correct province of origin's tax amount. So your defamatory statement of Bloomex "ripping off all orders" is false, you made this statement without even knowing the system. Of course, we felt it unnecessary to explain this to operators, as they do not have access to the administration system.

3- PRIVACY POLICY AT BLOOMEX- We want to make this perfectly clear: WE AT BLOOMEX HAVE NEVER SOLD, LEASED, LOANED, GIVEN AWAY IN ANY FORM OR FASHION CREDIT CARD INFORMATION. Our system doesn't store credit card information, and Ms. Yvonne Belanger would NOT know this as she has never had access to the Administrative system. If, Ms. Belanger retained any personal customer information for her own gain or profit, she is violation of the contractual agreement she signed, and the Privacy Act.

4- PERSONALLY ATTACKING OTHER EMPLOYEES- Your malicious, rude comments personally attacking other employees is completely uncalled for. Your immense hatred towards Megan and Angela is unwarranted and unfounded. Your comments are disrespectful, considering no one at Bloomex has ever personally attacked you or your character, you should consider exercising the same discipline.

5- YOUR BEHAVIOR- Yvonne Belanger, you have malevolently and continuously harassed employees at Bloomex. You have repeatedly called our 1-800 number to tell operators they are ripping people off, and that they in turn will be ripped off. You, Yvonne have illegally placed orders with "fake" credit card information. You have retained Bloomex client emails, and sent them deceptive spiteful emails. You post fictitious "emails" from alleged employees and Dimitri, to which you cannot substantiate. You have obsessively posted your dishonest remarks repeatedly. You created this drama over purportedly being underpaid for 3 hours, to which was graciously pointed out to you as breaks, has spiraled into chaotic fabricated allegations and deceitful accusations. The most disturbing behavior is you have uttered death threats to both Angela and Dimitri, you have continuously called at harassed the office, all of your actions have resulted in the police being contacted.
The police have advised you that we have had no other choice but to get a restraining order against you because of your unlawful and reckless behavior.

6- CLAIMS REGARDING YOUR PAY- In regards to your claim for your pay, you are not owed any compensation, as you did not fulfill your contractual obligations which you agreed to abide by.

We do wish you the best in future endeavors, however you will find it difficult to find employment if you continue to illicitly breach company privacy policies and contractual obligations.
