Bloomex buyer beware

Buyer beware ***************
Before ordering with bloomex. Ca check out web sites that offer you both complaints and compliments... A shorter read on the compliments...
Read the policies... They send you dead flowers you pay $9.99 to return the dead flowers.. They guarantee to rip you off and you will most likely not get what you order..
Still waiting since nov 18th to get paid for a week's wages that dimtri refuses to pay me for telling the customers the truth...
So i have to go to court to get it... Gives me lots of time to keep telling the truth about how they rip you off.
Be sure to ask for a total before giving your credit card...
If you don't you will get ripped off... They call it a glitch but don't tell the customer they are being charged more after credit card goes threw... They are scam artists and very good.. Operators taking your calls can do absolutely nothing to help you... Beware of bloomex. Ca

Keep posting comments on the internet, Dimitri doesnt like negative publicity. I worked for Bloomex and still havent been paid for my last weeks wages. Not only does he deduct the employee's hours because he feels like it, he charges them for email mistakes even if its the customer who gives the wrong address the operator is deducted $5.
The owner of this company deliberatly has customer service disconnect you, this way you get frustrated and they get your money, much like the glitch in the system that charges you more after you give your credit card info ..

Ordered two bouquets of flowers for mothers day on the Thursday. Friday I received the confirmation in my email that by cc was charged and the order confirmed. On Mothers day happened to check email in morning to discover that another email was sent canceling the order. Although the website claims to have a live operator 24/7 i was told by an automated machine to call Monday morning if there was a problem with an order. Monday i called to speak with a woman named Romanda who rudely told me that they were too busy to fill the order, she told me there would be an investigation and they would call me back later. When i asked about a time frame she forcefully said they would call when they could and hung up. This prompted me to google Bloomex and that is when i found that have had 356 complaints brought to the BBB in the last 3 years and refuses to work with them to resolve any disputes. This is the first time i have ever written a complaint or comment on the internet but i thought i'd warn others before they have a special occasion spoiled or are left as shaken up as i was over there harsh and aggressive customer service.

Yvonne is right.

Beware of Bloomex. They are a terrible company to deal with and they have horrible customer service. I had them do 5 deliveries for me and 3 of which were a bait and switch. It's like playing a game of flower lottery with these guys, you choose what you want to have delivered but there's no way to tell what they will actually deliver.

They'll deliver anything out of random. I am not talking about fancy, complicated orders here. I purchased some plain, regular red roses for delivery to my girlfriend, they delivered a bunch of random flowers. This happened twice. They said they were out of stock. Please. Don't lie to me. Which flower shop would be out of 6 regular red roses on a Thursday not near any romantic holidays.

I contacted their customer service to complain. One of their customer service rep told me they'd refund me after making so many mistakes. All I had to do was to email them. I did. I got a response saying nothing will be done, "case closed". I wrote back an email saying I've been a loyal repeat customer, I've purchased flowers and gift baskets from them and they've been screwing up too many times. I received no response afterwards.

If you really care about the person you want to send flowers to, please, do not deal with Bloomex. They advertise lower prices because they won't deliver what you order. I am furious and I will be going everywhere on the internet to write about this horrible experience with a horrible company.

Bloomex. Ca flowers - exceptional gift basket sent!

Bloomex has once again gone above and beyond in their customer service. We ordered gift baskets from bloomex. Ca for our employees. We have 50 employees, and wanted the baskets to be delivered for our christmas party on dec. 5th. Bloomex. Ca managed to give us a great discount for the quantity of baskets we were getting, and delivered them all on time for the party! The baskets contained great quality gourmet foods. Alot of employees commented on the baskets, and were very pleased with the contents.

Thanks again bloomex for coming through for our company! This is why we continue to use you, year after year, keep it up!

I ordered flowers from www.bloomex.ca about a week ago, everything was smooth and easy. I searched online for flower delivery to Calgary, and came across Bloomex Canada. I thought I'd search for coupons and came across canadianfreestuff.com and found a Bloomex.ca flowers coupon code for a15% off discount on Bloomex.ca. I used the code "deal" in the coupon code field before checkout and saved $9 off my order. Sweet! The flowers arrived on time, and my friend told me the flowers were awesome. I recommend them indeed! I have ordered flowers from Canadaflower.ca for a very special occasion. I was truly counting on this package to arrive as promised on Aug 8th specially after i contact Customer service department more 2 times to ensure that the order will be deliver on Aug 8th and i was told that everything will arrive on time no problems, but nothing was received. Costumer service was contacted 3 times on Aug 8th with regards to the delivery status and the only agent that was there that time he's name was Greg ; first time they said the package was leaving on the 2pm run and should arrive to its destination by 5pm, second time one of your agents was supposed to contact the delivery people and we were made a promise of a response of the status by email "shortly" (to my email and the second email in my file) but nothing was received by email at all and the third time costumer service was called, no straightforward answer was never given as to why still passed 6pm my order still didn't get to its destination! NEVER DEAL WITH THE IN THE FUTURE

Really great customer care- I looked online for a florist for flowers for the funeral and came across www.bloomex.ca in Winnipeg. My grandfather passed away 2 days prior. I ordered 3 large arrangements to be delivered the next day for the funeral from Bloomex. The arrangements arrived on time with plenty of time before the service. All the arrangements were in pristine condition, the flowers fresh and open. I was very pleased at the outcome of my purchase, being a very difficult time for me and the family, ordering from Bloomex was easy and flawless. I would recommend them to others.

I ordered some flowers for Mother’s day 3 days in advance;
Bloomex charged my account on the date of the order. As of 9:45 PM on Mother’s
day, the flowers were not delivered. I tried getting in touch with Bloomex via
Chat, I was told there was nothing they could do and since Mother’s day is a
very busy day, and that I should be patient, I was send a link to leave a message, when I
clicked on the link, I was told that my address has been blacklisted and
therefore I was unable to leave
a message not get back in touch with Chat. My mother is in Ill health and this
might be her last Mother’s day, how could a company be so cruel and heartless.
What would it have cost Bloomex to put more drivers on the road? I hope
everyone learns from me and do not purchase from Bloomex. Bloomex should be out
of business.

Bloomex order and price incorrect

I have two complaints on this company

I ordered three different bouquets for Thanksgiving - they were meant for the table for three different families - apparently this florist ran out of the orange flowers they were advertising and didn't notify me - they sent pink flowers instead of the orange I had ordered - pink did not work on any of the tables - the customer should have been notified and allowed to agree to the change or not.

The second complaint is that I understand there's a "glitch" in their system that changes the price after the order is done - they ask for the credit card info Before the order is completed and the price increases after the order is done - I want a refund on the money difference and on the three bouquets, and I don't expect to order from them again.

Bloomex gift baskets- all we can say is wow! I ordered 5 gift baskets from Bloomex.ca, to be delivered across Canada to research analysts who helped compile study material for me. When I phoned to place the order, the agent said that I may be interested in becoming a corporate user, as I would get 12.5% off all my purchases with Bloomex.ca. The ordering process was so easy, I emailed the corporate sales manager the address details and he assured me the baskets would all be delivered the next day. Sure enough, all the baskets were delivered on time, and ALL sent me emails regarding the selection in the basket as being exquisite. After Bloomex.ca's performance, I am of the position that I will use them solely for my flower and gift basket suppliers.

Order flowers online from bloomex. The site was easy to navigate, I placed my order online for delivery that day. I received and email
later on during the day from bloomex stating they attempted delivery, but there was no such recipient at that address. I called and had to leave a message for customer service, within 10 minutes a customer service rep called me back, she told me they tried to deliver the flowers at 3pm, and no one by that name resided there. I aksed her to confirm the address, and I had made a mistake entering in the address. I told the rep that the flowers absolutely needed to be delivered that day as it was for a birthday present. She corrected the address, and said she would notify their warehouse to have the flowers re-delivered. At 6pm, I got a call from my sister- they flowers had arrived and she said they were absolutely beautiful! Later that night when I was checking my emails, I received another email from Bloomex stating the flowers had been delivered, and thanked me for my business.

I was very impressed with the level of customer service, despite everything, they corrected a problem and sent out the flowers right away so that I wouldn’t miss an important day. Great service! I would easily recommend this company to anyone.

Bloomex. Ca - thank you for the lovely flowers to my aunt!

I ordered flowers from bloomex in kitchener, ontario to be delivered to my aunt. She had just undergone surgery and was slowly recovering, and couldn't leave the house. I wanted to send her a cheer me up gift of colourful flowers. I decided to go through bloomex. Ca, and I am glad I did! The agent on the phone was patience and took the time to get my entire message on the card. I received an email with the details of what I ordered and noticed that the girl spelled my aunt's name wrong (Chelsey with a "y" and not an "a" at the end). I called the customer service line, and they changed the spelling right away and sent me another email with the corrected version. I liked the updates via email. My aunt told me the flowers were absolutely stunning, and that they made her week... She looks at them and smiles now. Thank you so much bloomex for making my aunt smile during a difficult time!

Yesterday I ordered the new Give Hope basket on bloomex.ca's website. The basket was specially designed for the Canadian Cancer Society, where Bloomex.ca Canada is donating 20% of the sales to cancer research. I ordered the basket for my assistant, because I wanted to see the size and quality of it (plus it was a great way to remind her that she is very important to me). The basket is really big for the price, so I will be purchasing this basket for my corporate clients as a holiday cheer gift. Considering the cancer society benefits a great deal from it, I am very satisfied!

Exceptional service! After placing an order with Bloomex for delivery to my daughter in Red Deer, AB, I was informed that my daughter's work address had changed, and I was sending her the flowers to the old address. I contacted Bloomex, where the service rep was very pleasant and corrected the delivery address for me right away. The flowers arrived on time the next day as requested, my daughter put them on her desk at work because she "wanted to share their beauty with everyone". Great service and wonderful flowers.

The lady who received the flowers I ordered from Bloomex was very pleased with them. This a very simple process that I would recommend to anyone. As it was last minutes and I was able to do it after hours. It was convenient and easy.

I also ordered flowers for a very special person from just outside St. Louis, MO who deserved some form of gratitude for what she did for me, so I ordered an arrangement from Calgary AB and Bloomex delivered as they said they would on time and in great condition. I love Americans and Bloomex. Trust 'em as I did.

The flowers delivered were exceptional! I ordered flowers online to be delivered to a business associate in Toronto, as a congratualtions for sealing a huge account. I decided to order through Bloomex, as they had same day delivery. The flowers were very affordable, and they kept me up to speed with Bloomex emails. My associate claime the flowers were absolutely beautiful! I was most bemused at the quality and customer satisfaction Bloomex performed. My associate was so impressed, she says she'll be using Bloomex in the future, and you can bet I will also...another happy customer!

I found out about bloomex.ca through google and checked your website - I ordered over the phone - the people were very helpful and nice. I liked the confirmation email - it allowed me to notice and phone back and change a small spelling error. My basket was delivered as promised. From the sound of the thank you I received, it was very nice.
Thank you bloomex, I will be ordering through you again for sure.

I agree! I ordered flowers from Bloomex Ottawa for my gf's birthday. The flowers arrived ontime and in great condition. I received emails throughout the entire process to keep me up to date with the status of the order. I then received a feedback email from Bloomex about 5 days later. I like the way they wanted to keep their client happy by asking for our opinions!

Great website. Easy to navigate. Service was great. Both times the recipient wasn't home, but they did receive the flowers eventually. Would like if they could actually confirm delivery to recipient (not just address). Overall, BEST online flower delivery service available!

Thank you Bloomex Toronto for the flower delivery made to my mother in law. The ordering from your site was easy, and the after care was phenomenal. Your prices are hard to beat, and the email confirmations are much appreciated. The flowers arrived at the perfect time, and we will use BLOOMEX again in the future for our flower delivery. We ordered from Bloomex Ottawa. The flowers were lovely and as we have requested at such a short notice. Billing was faxed we have requested and our message on the card is as is. A great service and very convenient.

My great uncle passed away, we contact Bloomex for the funeral arrangements. The girl on the phone was really helpful, she took the time to go through the arrangements, we wanted yellow roses instead of red for the Unequivoval love spray. She custom made the spray we wanted with our specs. It was delivered 2 hours before the service (we ordered it at noon, it arrived at 2pm). It was the most amazing spray I have seen, it was ot too bold to be offensive, but yet large enough, larger than we expected. The spray was put together beautifully. In such an emotional time, it was great to see that a company took the care and time to help up make the day go by easier.

The prices were very reasonable, and we would tell anyone looking for flower delivery in Canada: go to BLOOMEX, you won't regret it.

Bloomex bloomex in calgary caring about their customers

I ordered flowers from Bloomex to be delivered in Lake Lousie to my daughter. The flowers when they arrived had a couple of broken lilies, my daughter said they were beautiful except for the broken stems. i called Bloomex and told the customer service rep about this, my hopes were that the courier company would take more pride in the packages they deliver. The Bloomex customer service rep was very helpful, she apologized, and explained that when deliveries are outside major cities they use a courier company. There are those drivers that do not take the care they should when delivering Bloomex flowers, and the customer service rep told me he would send out a new bouquet FREE of CHARGE for the inconvenience. I was very impressed with the way they dealt with my small complaint. I found them to be very accomodating, and I understand that things can get damaged during delivery- God knows Canada Post has kindly delivered fragile Christmas presents in thousands of shattered pieces, and then told me "well we aren't responsible for damaged items"! At least Bloomex was ALOT more accomodating and my daughter was doubly surprised.

As a customer from the UK I found the ordering and transaction really easy. I was kept up to date with the orders progress and was informed when the flowers had been delivered. I particularly liked the fact that I could talk to someone online when I had a query. I have ordered a few times now and I will continue to order flowers etc through Bloomex as I have had nothing but excellent service and anyone who receives what I am sending through Bloomex has been very impressed with the quality.

I ordered flowers from Bloomex in Edmonton for someone in hospital. I did not see the product (in real) and I was told it has been delivered in time.

The Bloomex website shows great quality/price and the delivery is fast. My friend didn't tell me about the flowers while she was at the hospital. But when I met her days later she kissed me and thanked me for the beautiful flowers she received from Bloomex.

Bloomex bloomex toronto delivered perfect flowers for our charity function

On Wednesday Nov. 12th, our organization held a charity fundraiser. We had 200 roses donated to us from Bloomex Toronto flowers. The flowers arrived the night before the event, they arrived in beautiful condition, each carefully packed in celophane with a tiny water canister thingy attached at the bottom of every rose. Nearly ALL of our attendees made mention of the beautiful roses, our event was a great success, and we were very grateful for Bloomex's involvement and generous contributions.

Bloomex's recent dedication to the Canadian Cancer Society has inspired alot more corporate giving in our offices across Canada, we would prefer to support a business that supports it's communities. Businesses like Bloomex make a difference.

Bloomex bloomex ottawa online flower delivery

On Nov. 11th, I ordered flowers online from BLOOMEX OTTAWA. I wanted to send my father, a decorated war veteran, a token of my love and appreciation for his efforts during the war, so I decided to order flowers from BLOOMEX. I browsed through their website, and found a nice arrangement for $44.99. I placed my order for delivery that day. I called my father later on that day, at which point he told me he received the flowers from BLOOMEX, and they were absolutely beautiful! I was relieved to hear that the flowers had arrived, and that they were in excellent condition. My father was overwhelmed by the thought and became very emotional, to have my father react in such a manner was heartwarming. I am happy that Bloomex Ottawa was expeditious with my gift, and took excellent care to deliver the flowers in pristine condition. A great company that exercises consideration and love into their packages.

Ordered Mother´s Day flowers, they were delivered no one was home so the box was left stuck between mosquito screen and front door. When mom got home she opened box of dryed and half dead flowers!

I am reclaiming but no answer, lets see how this ends! Now a friend told me that this happened to her last year with Bloomex also, , , , , flowers left in door and in bad condition!

Those people who order and are not present to see their product should be wary. I spent $155 dollars on a funeral arrangement. They sent alright, however, the roses were dead and there was no greenery or babies breath or a banner. Being time sensitive I called back and told them what occurred they contracted out another company who sent 16 pink roses. I paid for 36 red. The funeral director advised me that they always have problems with Bloomex. Sad that there is little respect for those who order during a very sensitive time. When I called I was yelled at and they told me my phone calls were not logged-but they had to have been because when I called back they had my cell phone number which I only gave them when I called to complain. My aunt from the states ordered from them as well to be delivered to Toronto, and i know that it certainly wasn't what she requested albeit those flowers were alive!

We placed a flower delivery order from www.bloomex.ca for a special anniversary gift to our dearest friends. The ordering process was so easy, we ordered 24 Calla lilies to be delivered to the restaurant we were celebrating the event. Bloomex Canada delivered the flowers on time that night, and they were stunning! Our friends were very impressed, and thrilled. I was very happy at the experience of using www.bloomex.ca, and would recommend them to others. I even received a discount CODE for my next order, which I was appreciative of receiving.

Order flowers online from bloomex. The site was easy to navigate, I placed my order online for delivery that day. I received and email
later on during the day from bloomex stating they attempted delivery, but there was no such recipient at that address. I called and had to leave a message for customer service, within 10 minutes a customer service rep called me back, she told me they tried to deliver the flowers at 3pm, and no one by that name resided there. I aksed her to confirm the address, and I had made a mistake entering in the address. I told the rep that the flowers absolutely needed to be delivered that day as it was for a birthday present. She corrected the address, and said she would notify their warehouse to have the flowers re-delivered. At 6pm, I got a call from my sister- they flowers had arrived and she said they were absolutely beautiful! Later that night when I was checking my emails, I received another email from Bloomex stating the flowers had been delivered, and thanked me for my business.

I was very impressed with the level of customer service, despite everything, they corrected a problem and sent out the flowers right away so that I wouldn’t miss an important day. Great service! I would easily recommend this company to anyone.

I agree! I ordered flowers from Bloomex Ottawa for my gf's birthday. The flowers arrived ontime and in great condition. I received emails throughout the entire process to keep me up to date with the status of the order. I then received a feedback email from Bloomex about 5 days later. I like the way they wanted to keep their client happy by asking for our opinions!

Great website. Easy to navigate. Service was great. Both times the recipient wasn't home, but they did receive the flowers eventually. Would like if they could actually confirm delivery to recipient (not just address). Overall, BEST online flower delivery service available!

I ordered a Gift Basket for my Mother in Law who recently moved to a Seniors Home. She lives in Toronto and I live in Nova Scotia. The order process was easy and fast. She recieved the Gift Basket the next day and she loved it. I will use your service again in the future. Thank you very much.

After I made my order from what I saw regarding comments online I got worried but my delivery was made to the hospital the day requested and from all accounts the flower arrangement was beautiful. They even remembered to include my special request of yellow roses my friend's favourite which really cheered her up.

Bloomex bloomex nothing but a rip off scam buying flowers or working for them

Being both an EX employee and a bloomex purchaser I can tell you quite a bit about this company, tactics, scams, GLITCHES... The buying customers are ripped off from the get go .. sales operators are told by management Angela Malik and Dimitri that they are to avoid telling customers there is a glitch in the system and charges them more after you give your credit card, each and every customer has been caught on this .. if you paid with a credit card, redo your order till you get to the credit card info .. then check your invoice from bloomex NOTICE THE DIFFERENCE.. Its cheaper...to rip off customers and makes him a few more bucks and get away with it...
everytime a sales operator gets a wrong email address bloomex charges the sales operator $5. whether the customer gave the wrong address or not doesnt matter, I even purchased a email verifier and still up to 85.$ a pay deducted for wrong email address... They actually tried to deduct me $100.00 for missing a shift that I wasnt booked for to begin with ... A customer ordered 8 different orders, they sent them out before they were suppose to be delivered they orders all said Thank You for such a wonderul time on such a date ... only problem was flowers arrived thanking them before the event took place .. this is the fault of the operator, ,
In slave days operators didnt get a break, , but being in CANADA AND NOT A FOREIGN COUNTRY we do allow people to pee... and take breaks ... Not dimitri your suppose to hold or lose time for a natural function. He also doesnt tell his customers that all ALL NOT SOME BUT ALL SALES OPERATORS WORK FROM THIER HOMES, Angela or Dimitri have no idea who they are hiring and what they are capable of nor do they care, as long as they screw you when you buy the flowers and rotten fruit with rat feces, if your credit card info is sold to someone, they dont know that and niether do you.. Only the operator knows if they are honest or not... When you go to manotick for training you meet Dimitri and he says, If you need to talk come see me anytime... but then Angela and Marilyn, , , the supposed managers of the office, they make sure you can't speak to Dimitri, then theres big ol Megan, who is as ignorant as they come, who rides the employees, especially anyone who is not as fat as she is ... If your under her weight of 300lbs ... she automatically doent like you ... Megan has the priviledge of timing you ... and deducting your hours for breaks that you did take, BREAKS THAT YOU DONT TAKE ... (you still don't get Paid) Dimitri has found a way to rip off everyone and get away with it ... Unfortunately ... I quit at bloomex last Friday after they deducted yet another 3 hrs off my pay for breaks I DIDNT TAKE, enough is enough, having to lie everyday to people and nice people ... having to listen to the office tell you how to steal all the time, instead of fixing the problem ... The internet is a wonderful place not only for scammers but for letting others know there is another scamm going ... Bloomex is the WORST company EVER! Wow, I ordered flowers from them which were not delivered on the day stated and then they switched calla lilies with crappy lilies (but still charged me for calla lilies) and told me if i wanted to cancel my order it would be a $25 dollar cancellation fee? They didn't even give me what I ordered! I told them i didn't want them for the above reasons and that the person getting them would not even be around the following day. They still sent them?!?! So she came in on Monday, got a box, which consisted of dead flowers lying there, red ones, which she likes white calla lilies which is what I ordered! I talked to some very rude, girl named, Megan (refused to provide last name) and after an argument she would give me back my money but that is it. Never once did I ever get an apology. Wow, WARN EVERY ONE you know about this rip off company!

Yvonne, it is very unfortunate that your disdain for your recent employer has resulted in you posting malicious, defamatory statements, to which you will be held accountable. We found it necessary to clarify some of your nonfactual remarks, so that your posts included with ours will reflect the correct information regarding Bloomex.

1- PAY STRUCTURE AND BREAKS- Yes, you are not paid for breaks, or your lunch. HOWEVER, you signed a contract BEFORE commencing your employment, which stipulated ALL these conditions of employment. YOU agreed, no one forced your to sign the contract, you had the opportunity to decline the position once your read the terms, but you DID NOT.
A) Breaks you did not take -the system records when you log on, make available, make busy and log off. You tried to claim break times on your pay, and you were caught. Consequently, you were not paid for it.
B) Your incorrect email deduction- you are given a print out of the incorrect email you have been deducted for at each pay. You can verify for yourself that the emails are incorrect. You make it seem as though Bloomex just randomly picks a figure to deduct off your pay, which is incorrect- you get the list of incorrect emails for your own verification.
C) As for SLAVERY -$10 per hour plus bonuses is a respectable pay considering you are working from home and not subjected to typical expenses such as gas, wear and tear on your vehicle, proper office attire, etc not to mention the convenience of not sitting in rush hour traffic, time traveling to and from work, office politics, etc.

Perhaps the most ridiculous part of your posts is you claiming breaks are unpaid, you don't get paid to take a pee, you get deducted for incorrect emails (which is done to ensure quality and accurate work ethics), etc, which you knew about before and during your employment.

2- THE INFAMOUS COMPUTER GLITCH- Angela sent the email to all operators, she stated there was a glitch, as it was easier to say glitch to operators, then to attempt to explain a system that they do not know, understand or even have access to. The "glitch" in which Angela referred to is not a "glitch", it's an adjustment of taxes from province to province. Depending on the province which places the order, it default's the tax increment to Alberta, and the tax amount is adjusted after the credit card information is entered, as it processes the correct province of origin's tax amount. So your defamatory statement of Bloomex "ripping off all orders" is false, you made this statement without even knowing the system. Of course, we felt it unnecessary to explain this to operators, as they do not have access to the administration system.

3- PRIVACY POLICY AT BLOOMEX- We want to make this perfectly clear: WE AT BLOOMEX HAVE NEVER SOLD, LEASED, LOANED, GIVEN AWAY IN ANY FORM OR FASHION CREDIT CARD INFORMATION. Our system doesn't store credit card information, and Ms. Yvonne Belanger would NOT know this as she has never had access to the Administrative system. If, Ms. Belanger retained any personal customer information for her own gain or profit, she is violation of the contractual agreement she signed, and the Privacy Act.

4- PERSONALLY ATTACKING OTHER EMPLOYEES- Your malicious, rude comments personally attacking other employees is completely uncalled for. Your immense hatred towards Megan and Angela is unwarranted and unfounded. Your comments are disrespectful, considering no one at Bloomex has ever personally attacked you or your character, you should consider exercising the same discipline.

5- YOUR BEHAVIOR- Yvonne Belanger, you have malevolently and continuously harassed employees at Bloomex. You have repeatedly called our 1-800 number to tell operators they are ripping people off, and that they in turn will be ripped off. You, Yvonne have illegally placed orders with "fake" credit card information. You have retained Bloomex client emails, and sent them deceptive spiteful emails. You post fictitious "emails" from alleged employees and Dimitri, to which you cannot substantiate. You have obsessively posted your dishonest remarks repeatedly. You created this drama over purportedly being underpaid for 3 hours, to which was graciously pointed out to you as breaks, has spiraled into chaotic fabricated allegations and deceitful accusations. The most disturbing behavior is you have uttered death threats to both Angela and Dimitri, you have continuously called at harassed the office, all of your actions have resulted in the police being contacted.
The police have advised you that we have had no other choice but to get a restraining order against you because of your unlawful and reckless behavior.

6- CLAIMS REGARDING YOUR PAY- In regards to your claim for your pay, you are not owed any compensation, as you did not fulfill your contractual obligations which you agreed to abide by.

We do wish you the best in future endeavors, however you will find it difficult to find employment if you continue to illicitly breach company privacy policies and contractual obligations.

Bloomex flowers didin't arrive

Ordered flowers to be delivered to my Brothers' funeral. They arrived unmarked, no card, and weren't taken to the Church, but rather the office. There was nothing on the box indicating it was flowers.
Consequently, the flowers sat in the Church office until the following day, at which point the box was opened.

Bloomex takes NO responsibility for the fact that the card wasn't included with the flowers.

In order for me to get any kind of refund, they have told me via email that the flowers have to be put back into the box and returned to Bloomex. I live In St.John's NL and the flowers were for the service in Kamloops B.C. My brothers' wife received the flowers the next day already opened and taken out of the box.

Bloomex will do nothing for me, nor have they made an apology for their huge error.

To whom it may concern, if you think bloomex.ca treats you shabby when you order flowers and dont get a response, try this 1) when the sales operator is talking to you and trying to get you help...TRY LISTENING instead of being so focused on ### at the operator, the person might actually be trying to help you, but you can't get help if your not LISTENING. Your so focused on Yelling at someone that your not hearing anything that is being said, being an operator for Bloomex I truly try to get your order right and keep you happy that is the main goal, believe it or not the goal is to keep everyone happy and make someone else's day brighten up, it is not to intentionally ruin your day. But you call yell, scream, call us names (idot, f'n dummy, threaten to blow us up.) then expect us to kiss your ###, WE ARE PEOPLE LIKE YOU BEHIND THE PHONE, WE DO OUR JOB, TAKE YOUR ORDER, LOOK UP THE INFORMATION YOU CANT BE BOTHERED TO FIND, so maybe you should listen before leaping ... and on another note ... if you think they treat the customers poorly, then you really dont want to know how they treat staff. They started us off when we were hired at a decent salary and commission for sales, then just up and decided after a contract had been signed that its not gona be that way, lowered our pays by a $1.00 and changed the commission scale so that is almost impossible to make any extra money .. So every call the sales person gets that is not a sale and is a customer complaint is taking funds from the sales people. DO US ALL A FAVOR AND CONTACT THE RIGHT DEPARTMENT WHICH IS CUSTOMER SERVICE, SERVICE CLIENTELE .. NOT SALES ... TAKE YOUR FRUSTRATIONS AND NASTY ATTITUDES OUT ON THE RIGHT PERSON ..THANKS HAVE A NICE DAY ...

Bloomex wilted flowers delivered

BLOOMEX DOES NOT CARE!
DON'T BUY BLOOMEX FLOWERS!
We received an order from friends as a congratulation, but the delivery person didn't knock or ring the bell. THey left the flowers in the direct sun where (we can only assume) they burnt and wilted. My wife and her mother were at the house at the time and we can't believe that the person didn't knock or ring the bell.
Then it gets worse.
When we call to get some resolution 1) we're put off onto an answering maching (they will only answer your call if you're ordering some flowers) we're told to e-mail a photo of the damage to [protected]@bloomex.ca.
Fine - we do it and read the policy that says that they'll get back to us in 24 hours or less.
It's a week later, and we still haven't heard back from them.
Our order number is: [protected] - so you know we're not "rival florists" trying to smear the reputation of Bloomex.
I'm hoping their complaints department, newly headed by Michelle Robitaille (mentioned on ellenroseman.com), will get back to us - but we'll see.
We are very disappointed.

Mom got her birthday bouquet today two roses in the composition are wilted. One very badly. Bloomex might be a good price but thats really sad as that flower has no business being gifted.

They are all stupid! I ordered flowers last mothers day, and they didnt deliver it on time. So i just cancel it. I received a cancellation email, and after a few days they deliver the flowers. I am chatting with there customer support, after my complain they didnt response and after a few minutes they blocked me! Wth!

THIS IS THE WORST COMPANY EVER! Ever! They did Valentine's Day morning delivery at 4.30 pm !?! My wife was gone at 2 p.m. so they just drop the flowers at the neighbour. Nobody ever called me that they were late or that they did not delivered the flowers. When I try to contact them, it took them 14 days to respond and tell me that they cannot give me a refund but only 15% off my next purchase with them. I would sue them big time but I live in California and their office is in Ottawa so it is not worth it. They ruined my Valentine's and acted like it is usual practise for them, not even "I am sorry" or something. If anybody start a lawsuit against them, pitch me in.

Bloomex this company is a scam!!

This company is a total scam. My mother in law used this company twice. The first time She sent us flowers and a chocolate basket for the birth of our daughter. Half the flowers didn't bloom, and the flowers were not the right ones that she had ordered. The chocolate basket was totally different then what was ordered too. But, She thought that this must just be a fluke and it wasn't that big of a deal. But, 6 months later she sent us a fruit and chocolate basket when my husband was ill. This was utterly attrocious! The fruit was disgusting, it was different fruit then was advertised and it was rotting! I had to throw most of it out because it was attracting fruit flies within hours after we recieved it! They may even have already been in it when we opened it! Also there was no chocolate at all in the basket, instead they included some crackers, tea, and some smoked mussels (my husband hates seafood)
All in all this company is a complete scam and seems to just send whatever they have handy instead of what you paid good money to order! They also do not take any complaints seriously!

Bloomex bloomex sucks!

My Fiancé sent me flowers at work for our first anniversary, when I opened the box they were all wilted, brown and had a rotten smell that my co-workers complained about! This horrible smell lingered in the office for a few days. We sent them an e-mail, because they do not accept complaints over the phone and they wanted to charge him $10.00 for a pick up fee! DO NOT order from this company, this was a huge damper on our special day and they didn’t try at all to rectify their mistake. VERY poor quality product and service.

HORRIBLE COMPANY. This company took my money, then changed the delivery date twice, and refuses to refund my money. I've spoke with customer support 5 times and they just keep telling me they will give me a store credit which I do not want. AVOID THIS COMPANY.

My complaint is with google and bloomex. Google has added an ad word policy that directly affects my business negatively. Bloomex is using this policy to re direct online customers away from my website and many of them don't even realize it. It is a place- name ad word policy. They can put a place, ie: Summerhill( as it is an actual place) and just so happens to be my business name dash and their business name, bloomex. When a customer googles summerhillflorist it comes up "Summerhill-bloomex. And it re directs customers to the bloomex site. I have customers daily calling me frustrated that they get stuck on the bloomex website trying to order from mine. It is very deceiving and has had a direct and costly impact on my business. Summerhill Florist Ltd. has been in business for over 30 years and has never had this happen until recently.
I feel the only way to stop is for the government of Canada to step up and protect small business online. If this was happening in our local paper it would be fraudulent. There appears to be no policing of misleading deceiving and fraudulent advertising online. The worst of it for me is that because many customers have no idea they just ordered from someone else, I get the bad review because they thought it was my florist that sent it out.
I hope this complaint reaches the right person and they can see how dreadful and wrong this is. It is happening to hundreds of local florists across cananda. But we are small with no available funds or knowledge on how to stop this. Please help!

I live 12 hrs away from my mom, and every year, order her Mothers Day flowers to her place of employment in Armstrong, BC. I phoned 2 days ahead of time to ensure her flowers would be delivered on the Friday before Mothers Day weekend. And, just to be sure she receieved her flowers before going home from work on Friday, I paid EXTRA for a morning delivery. I chose the 'Joyful and Thrilling' bouquet.

Well, guess what? Nothing came. I felt horrible! My poor mom receieved nothing for Mother's Day! And the story gets worse. I phoned and phoned and talked to countless customer service agents. I was given the run around, my phone calls were never returned and I was literally hung up on countless times. I used the online customer service agent and was just disconnected. My emails were never answered. Finally, one did return my call and the next week they sent flowers. The WRONG flowers came and they were DEAD! Once again, I was given the run around, hung up on, and no one returned emails or calls. I can't even tell you how many phone calls or emails I have put in to the company. They make damn sure you can't get a hold of anyone, and I think they hope people will just go away if they ignore them long enough.

Almost 1 month later, flowers were going to be resent in place of the ones for Mother's Day. Well, they didn't come on the day they say they were going to, and worse yet, they are once again the wrong flowers and dead! My Mom said they looked worse than the first batch! WTH is going on with this company? They are the biggest scam artists out there! Are they getting flowers out of a dumpster? I am serious, what are they doing? It's like they are sitting in a box for a week before they get to where they are going. And why the wrong flowers? Are they buying florists flowers that are on the verge of dying for a discount and using those? I just can't figure out how they can screw absolutely everything up!

I am a real person telling a real story here. I have seen on these blogs that some people say some of these complaints are maybe the competition? Well, I am just a woman out 70 dollars and I have a Mother who received squat on Mother's Day. (My order # was 809777 and I am happy to show anyone the transcript between myself and the employees..I want everyone to be warned and know this is a legit story! )

I take solace in the fact that my mom works in Armstrong at a plant (Colonial Farms) that employs just under 100 people. I know everyone seen those flowers and knows the story behind a week late delivery which turned into a month, 2 wrong orders and 2 dead batches of flowers. You know what they say about bad service...one person tells 5 people and so on...This company just lost out on a lot of business! I intend on writing my story on every site I can so no one else has to go through this. Not only am I out money, but the sentiment was ruined on a special day.

I emailed the company after my second dead batch came and they told me there was nothing they could do. They claim they did all they could to fix the problem and that my VISA would NOT be refunded. Like I say, this company is horrible in absolutely every facet. From the dead flowers, the wrong flowers, being treated like I am a dirtbag because I want an explanation, the lack of customer service, being hung up on numerous times, and basically just ripped off...it's just unbelievable!

My advice is order right from the store in the exact town you want them delivered to! It might seem like you are getting a deal online but believe me, there is no deal to be had! Go to the florist store yourself, or at least phone the store yourself. These big companies who supposedly give you deals just don't exisit. I wish I would have done my research. It is way too easy to get scammed, I know I sure got duped!

Well, one month later and a ton of emails and phone calls, I finally am going to be refunded for the crappiest service I have ever had! They told me on Friday there was nothing they could do. Thanks to this blog site, I emailed the President and the customer service agent I had been speaking to. I sent them both a copy of my complaint and told them if I was not refunded immediately, I would be going to the BBB and taking it up with my credit card company. I woke up this morning (Monday) and there was a lovely apology along with a credit on my credit card. Thanks to whoever gave the good advice to go after them this way! It's absolute BS when we, the consumers, get taken advantage of! I finally have a smile on my face after a month of hell with this company. The squeaky wheel really does get the grease so don't stop fighting for what you paid for!

Bloomex flowers packed upside down

Ok, I am the recipient of almost dead flowers, packed upside down, leaning against the door in the hot sun. It was a very nice surprise to find the flowers - but when I asked why no one had answered the doorbell I was told that no one rang a doorbell.
So the iris arrangement was crushed, with some flowers broken off. I was on the phone within 10 minutes and had the same non-response as others. One week later I am still waiting for someone to contact me - despite my daily emails and online =chat discussions ("someone will contact you").

I feel really bad for my girlfriend who wanted to surprise me on my birthday. Bloomex will be spread across my email network as a company to avoid.
