How does this company still exist?
I ordered a native flowers bouqet desiner collection 1 (SKU: AUDNAT-01) to be delivered same day service to a friend as a thought when I recieved news her unce had passed. This was on the 24th Jan, 2023. My friend had not received the flowers by the next day so I contacted bloomex (on 25th) to ask about same day delivery and what te hold up on my order was and was told they were sent out of factory and were in a delivery truck and the situation was out of ther control and delays happen.
On the 27th I wrote again as flowers had still not been delivered and I was offered credit, which I declined as a I wanted a redund as my friend was no longer at the address I sent the flowers too 4 days prior. The refused the refund and offered credit or flowers to be resent, even though I had stated neither of those options was acceptable. On the 28th I was told the matter was going to management and I would hear from someone, who came back with the same response - credit or resend product
I stated I would not accept anything other than a refund, which I was entitled to (29th Jan). On the 3rd of Feb, (10 days after order date), I recieved a message from my friend that she was in possession of the 'flowers'. They were dead and were clearly the flowers that had been sent out from the factory 10 days ago. The flowers were not even delivered to the address. There was a postal slip put into the letterbox and when the slip was taken to the post office (a 20 min drive away), the bloomex box was there - with dead flowers inside. A grieving family recieving a delivery of dead flowers. Absolutely not acceptable.
I was disgusted and embarrassed and furious. I wrote to them again (3rd Feb) with photo evidence giving them a chance to redeem themselves and send a full refund before I leaked the photos on social media with their business name attached (something I didnt want to do). I didn't hear back from them so I wrote a follow up emal on the 8th feb which bounced. On the 14th Feb I wrote again requesting an immediate resonse to my complaint chain of emails. NOTHING, No reply to this day.
They cannot get away with this. They need to stop ripping people off and getting away with it. This has gone further than just wantinh a full refund. It is the absolutle principle of the matter. It makes me so angry that they are doing this and reading that I am not the only one this exact same thing has happened too.
Desired outcome: I am seeking a FULL refund and in all honetly, I have wasted so much time trying to get my money back, there should also be credit given to me and everyone else on here (not that the flowers would actually get delivered)
Misrepresented product, days late on delivery
On Friday, Feb 24, I ordered a 'guaranteed' birthday delivery for Saturday, Feb 25 and three days later, received absolute rubbish.
Bloomex is closed on Sunday so I called on the next business day, Monday, Feb 27. Because the flowers still hadn't arrived and the birthday had already passed, I asked them to cancel the order and issue a refund. That's when I was told the order was in transit. I did not receive an email indicating that the order was in transit. The status changed suddenly when I asked for a refund.
Before the order was accepted, someone from Bloomex contacted me by phone to confirm the delivery address, which would have been the perfect time to let me know that the delivery would not be delivered on time (despite the "guaranteed birthday delivery" promised on their website). I would have immediately cancelled the order. Instead, the information was withheld.
The flowers were delivered three days late, on Feb 28. What was ordered (Blue Horizons "supersize" — the website show eight roses, star gazer lilies, irises, premium fillers) was a far cry from what was received (four roses, a shabby batch of badly-dyed carnations and cheap filler). There is nothing on the website suggesting that "fair and appropriate substitions" in their most extravagant pricing option would result in fewer flowers and trashy ones at that. Neither does the website mention that specials will not be honoured outside of their "local" delivery zones (again, no indication of said zones). Though far less of an issue, but just as misleading, they charged $10 for "authentic Scottish shortbread" that turned out to be two very thin cookies.
It took five attempts before I received any response from Bloomex and they refused to refund my money, instead offering credit that I would presumably use for more bad service and rubbish flowers at some future date.
PLEASE NOTE Bloomex "buys" ratings by offering a $20 credit for positive reviews.
Desired outcome: I feel that a refund for the flower charge ($61.99 before tax, excluding delivery and other products in the order) is fair and appropriate.
Lack of contact after delivering dead flowers
I ordered flowers and gifts for my partner for Valentines day who lives in Australia, whereas I live in the UK. The gifts were not delivered to the property in which I paid for but instead dropped off at a post office for my partner to go and collect himself.
Once he got the package home and opened it, the flowers were already practically dead and falling apart! This looked less like an expression of love and more like I was splitting up with my partner. This was a total disgrace! I emailed through to Bloomex and explained the situation and when they replied on the 15th Feb they apologized and offered me a $130 credit voucher. I replied and said that I would accept the voucher as their other option to re-send the same order did not fill me with confidence.
I have now chased this 2 more times on the 22nd and on the 27th February and I have not had a since response from this company at all. I find this disgusting and I would now like a refund as I can no longer trust this company.
You can see how disappointed I look in the images as my partner was showing me the flowers and I was screen shotting what I was seeing.
Desired outcome: I would like a refund as they have not delivered the quality of products they have advertised, nor did they actually deliver them they had to be picked up.Order No. 2047731
Bloomex not delivering flowers
I ordered flowers from the website ‘Bloomex’ as they had pretty good feedback on their website. Order date was 13/2/2023 for delivery 15/2/2023. I rang Bloomex on the 16th to enquire why my recipient hadn’t received them. I was told by Bloomex they had courier problems and will deliver them on Monday 20th. That date was too late for me so I requested a refund. Lady on phone told me she was not authorised to give refunds but a manager will be in contact with me.
No contact was made by them, but I called a few times and got told the same excuse - a manager will have to authorise the refund.
23rd Feb - receive the following email

Change Order Status.
New Status is: UPDATED
They are now saying that they were delivered, which is absolute nonsense. The customer service is atrocious and the fact no one has once called me throughout all this shows how dodgy this company is. I am in the process of getting a charge back from my bank but a refund from a company should seriously not be this hard. A total scam and I truly believe this company should be shut down.
Desired outcome: A refund
Bloomex failed delivery
Good afternoon,
I ordered flowers to the cost of $65.42 on 12/02/2023 to be delivered to 461 Nicklin Way, Bokarina as my friend had a death in her family. Bloomex took my money and guaranteed delivery on 13/2. I rung Bloomex at lunch time on 13/2 as the flowers had not been delivered. I was advised they may be delivered at 9pm on 13/2. This did not occur and I made another phone call on the night of 13/2, and was told actually there are no deliveries on the Sunshine Coast on Mondays. I asked for a refund as I had to go elsewhere to order yet more flowers to have them delivered on 14/2. Finally, the cancelled order arrived after I told Bloomex not to deliver it, and with a card "love you so much, happy valentines day, love Craig xoxoxoxoxoxoxo (craig webber). I was furious and contacted Bloomex to lodge a complaint about this inappropriate delivery and ask again for a refund. I have rung several times, phoned and also live chat and to date they refuse to communicate with me. The latest email I received was on 19/2 to advise that my order number 2054036 was no hold as they did not hear from me, despite my dozens of communications. Please help me get the refund I am legally entitled to as they could not deliver the product I paid for. Many thanks, Miranda
Desired outcome: Full refund asap as requested dozens of times in emails, live chats and phone calls
Birthday flower bouquet
“On February 22 2023 I ordered a beautiful, full bouquet with large bright flowers for my sister's birthday. I paid over 80.00 for it. What she received was completely pathetic. When comparing the actual product to the advertisement, there is zero resemblance to the product in the photo. I reached out to Bloomex and their response was to say that it met their quality standards. The bouquet had the wrong colour of flowers, wasn't wrapped and presented as expected (which was an extra charge); and most importantly it was missing some of the important floral details that were the reason I purchased it in the first place; but they didn't care about that and insist that the bouquet received has the correct number of stems, which is impossible as it's missing specific flowers. They have refused to give me a refund despite the website ensuring customer satisfaction. The reviews from their site are absolute garbage, as they indicate a high percentage of customer satisfaction. That couldn't be further from the truth. I only wish I had thought to look for more reviews before purchasing. If I had, I would have seen that their overall customer rating is atrocious and the reviews are filled with similar experiences to my own. I am filing a complaint with the BBB in hopes that I will receive a refund and keep others from going through this. I strongly suggest that anyone looking to order flowers should look elsewhere. The photos on the bloomex site are completely misleading and their service is non-existent. The real flowers in no way resemble the picture of the product ordered, no refund has been given by their atrocious customer service, and they continue to say that the flowers meet their standards.
Their products and service is SO bad, even CBC is calling them out!

Flowers never delivered, no customer service responses are legit
Simply put, the order was never delivered.
And i reached out to the live chat 4 times. I have used you live chat and the person connected seems to conveniently disconnect after I prove my point.
I have been told there is proof of delivery, but I got no pictures, no delivery updates as I requested on my email or on my sms on the day of delivery, my buildings reception or security has not seen any such delivery and they were definitely not at my door as I was home the whole day. Yet I am being sent around in circles. So not only did I not get the flowers that I paid extra for fast delivery, but also I am being forced to chase the information around for multiple days now.
I sent emails to wecare and customerservice but never got a reply back
Desired outcome: Refund my money
Flowers order number 2059649
I ordered flowers the morning of Feb 14th 2023 purely for Valentine's Day with a guaranteed same-day delivery. I called 3 times during the day asking if they have delivered them and was promised they would be there before close of business. They did not arrive on the same day and I called the next morning and requested a refund, to which the girl said my Manager needs to authorize a refund. On asking to speak to her, she said the Manager is not available but will call me back. I did not receive a call back so I emailed the below and still, no one has responded or call me. This has been a terrible customer service experience.
2nd Email
You guaranteed the same-day delivery, which was Valentine's Day, not yesterday. As I mentioned previously, the delivery was for Valentine’s Day, not the day after. Our entire experience has been ruined and this is not good customer service.
My husband was not working in the office yesterday so when he was called last night, he said the order was not for yesterday, it was for Valentine's Day and he was not at work so do not leave it there. My instructions as per the request field was to ensure it was delivered directly to Trevor on Valentine’s Day, which on calling three times on the day was promised to be delivered before 5pm on the Valentine's Day.
I am surprised you are not taking responsibility for this and not owning the false guarantee. I want a full refund. If you are not prepared to take any accountability for this, I will take this further. Please refund the full amount and have a manager call me.
1st Email
Hello,
I am extremely upset and angry that after 3 calls to chase up when the flowers are to arrive for Valentine’s Day, and promised they would arrive same day, they did not arrive at all. I left messages to call me back and not once have I received a call.
You guaranteed the flowers were same-day delivery, which I paid for and you did not deliver.
I called over 10 times when it went to voice mail.
I called Yesterday and asked to speak to a Manager and was told they are not available. I explained my disappointment and requested a refund, to which she said I can’t make that decisions and she would have a Manager call me yesterday. I advised your company had ruined my Valentines surprise for my husband and to refund me as the flowers didn’t arrive, still had not, and my husband is working from home now and so no point in delivering them at all now. It’s too late. The girl said we were very busy yesterday, to which I said if you cannot deliver what you market, then don’t guarantee it. Had I known I could not rely on this service, I would have chosen another company.
No one called me.
I called my bank and have disputed the charge.
I am giving you the courtesy to advise, if my card is not refunded in a timely manner, I will share this disappointing experience on all my social network platforms.
Please respond to me immediately
Thank you

Paid $106 for no flowers, no follow-up
I mistakenly placed an order at 12:09am 2/14 (yesterday) for NYC Flowers Delivery #800 to be delivered to 281 Park Avenue South. I paid via Paypal and although the bill said Bloomex LLC, the phone number for a local vendor [protected]. When I called Bloomex USA, they had no idea about my flower order and said they don't take Paypal.
Ever since 8am yesterday, I have been calling to cancel. The lady who initially answered could not help me to tell me that the flowers were delivered or not. Now of course all phone calls go straight to voicemail.
Desired outcome: Confirmation of cancellation/non-order and Refund
Refund request order no. 2048137
Dear CEO,
I am writing to express my disappointment with Bloomex's services. I placed an order for Valentine's Day flowers for my significant other
on February 5th, 2023, and received a confirmation on February 7th, 2023. Unfortunately, the flowers were not delivered, causing a great deal of inconvenience and disappointment for both of us. Today, I spent over 12 hours trying to chase my order, making at least 15 calls to your contact center in Manila, of which only 4 went through, and engaging in 4 live chat conversations. The response was always the same: "Your delivery is on the way and will be delivered soon."
As a first-time customer of Bloomex, this experience has left me feeling extremely disappointed and frustrated. I regret to say that this will be my last time doing business with Bloomex.
I would appreciate it if you could look into this matter and take appropriate action to ensure that such incidents do not occur for other customers in the future. I would also like to request a refund for the undelivered order and compensation for the time that was wasted, as the ruined Valentine's Day was a major letdown.
I hope that you will take this matter seriously and address it promptly. I look forward to hearing back from you.
Sincerely,
Rajesh.ck

Order 4092269
Ordered on 9th for delivery on 10th
They finally arrived on 17th
Cost $69.00
Worth £5.00
Ordered from bloomed on the 9th for delivery on the 10th.
They finally arrived on the 17th
What my daughter received a week late for her birthday was not what I had ordered and definitely not worth $69.00
Very disappointed . My son ordered me flowers for my birthday . Paid a lot of money . We’re delivered day late and left at my door step for god knows how many hours . Flowers delivered not what he ordered and half dead. Can get better in coles for less the price . Disgusted with this firm.
Dried dark flowers, not as pictured
I ordered Anniversary bouquet for my wife and she received the flower and it was intentionally a surprise for her and she was totally surprised, not by me, but the quality of the flower that were delivered to her. They were dried and dark. She asked me if I was mad because I sent her those ugly looking flowers. I tried to contact Bloomex but they insisted they cannot help me or will not fix the problem. I am a customer every month, not even a courtesy of giving their time to atleast speak to me with good manners.

The flowers that my partner received yesterday
I ordered Valentine’s Day flowers for my partner. The 2 dozen red roses with the teddy and the chocolate and a bottle of red wine.
1) they arrived a day early on the13/2/23
2 the box had been squeezed at some stage, and the flowers have been damaged.
3) the label was put on upside down on the box so the flowers would of been turned upside down more than once.
4) when checking, they gave her white wine and not red.
I paid good money for this and this is a very poor service.
Thanks James Owen

I ordered a hamper to be delivered on 23rd December 2022 and it is now January 24th 2023 and still no hamper delivered but they took my money $103.85 out of my account. I have rang them several times only to be given a different delivery date already had 6delivery dates and still no hamper. I asked if I could get my money back but no refused so I have no money and no hamper so very dissappointed has this was a Xmas gift
Desired outcome: Would like my money back please
Flowers never delivered
I have bought some flowers from them and they were never delivered. It was for a friend of mine who lost her daughter tragically.
I took a screenshot of the order confirmation, but never received any communication confirming the purchase, not any order number .
I have contacted their costumer service several and it was appalling. They kept asking always the same questions, kept asking for order number, and every time, I would explain I didn’t have one. Once they asked for my email, and the order number.
After months back and forth, they have stopped answering my emails.
What a scam!
Desired outcome: Refund
Supersized gourmet chocolate hamper
Bloomex Au is a Scam and should not be allowed to continue to sell online!
17 September 2022 I ordered a Supersized Gourmet Chocolate Hamper worth $200+ for my sister for her Birthday...
The website picture showed a hamper filled with good quality chocolates like Lindor, Lindt, Hawaiian Chocolate covered Macadamia, etc Just Chocolates! With a full sized birthday card...
She found the hamper on her doorstep - no bell was rung as per specific instructions.
It contained articles like tinned sardines, baked goods from Coles (yes the label was still on it), broccoli! No chocolates at all! She looked up Coles specials for the day and all of the items were from their bargain bins! Total... More like $30 worth!
I was horrified!
I asked for a full refund so I could at least purchase what was supposed to be in the hamper myself.
I was apologized to and offered a 15% discount on my next purchase!
I wrote back requesting a full refund for the humiliation suffered, and to have what I had actually ordered delivered!
I received a call from the call centre and was begged to allow them to try again as a "refund is very difficult to get"
I reluctantly agreed to let them try, stating do not insult me by putting cookies into a gourmet chocolate hamper!
My sister received stale past used by date airplane cookies, and wafers along with other inedible goods that could have made my cancer survivor sister extremely ill if she had eaten any of it. The two thin blocks of the cheapest chocolates from Coles were not even nice...
This is false advertising at it's worst
No refund available to me at all!
Insulting $20 gift voucher was offered by phone.
I would never use their services nor recommend them to anyone else.
They should not be permitted to keep selling online, nor be permitted to keep trading, when they continually rip people off and do not give refunds in spite of what their website says...
There are over 800 shocking complaints just from Mother's Day Flowers and yet they can still trade
How is this possible?
Desired outcome: A full refund of my purchaseTheir website taken downTheir ability to keep trading stopped
Sent wrong flowers
Placed an order for red roses and stargazer Lilly’s as those are my wife’s favourite flower. Upgraded to the delux package.
Was sent a tiny bouquet or white roses and calla Lilly’s
Immediately contacted the chat option, to which I was directed to send an email to [protected]@bloomex. I included photos of what I ordered and what I received. So far far I’ve sent 3 emails, one each day and received nothing in return. Went back on the chat function today. Once I explained that I sent email to wecare the chat agent has now stopped communicating and is now ignoring any messages I send. I’ll attach what I ordered and what I received
I would like a refund.
I have used Bloomex for orders throughout Canada. What was curious to me is that flowers I previously ordered arrived and had been frozen. This last order, (same city) was placed Dec 19, to be delivered on Dec 20. I received updates saying the delivery was in progress. When I called Bloomex on Dec 24, I was told the delivery was in transit. What I wasn't told was that the florist Bloomex uses is in Prince Albert SK, 1 1/2 hours away from Saskatoon. In sub-zero temperatures, the plants will freeze. I also didn't know that they source out the delivery to Purolator. The recipient was at home but said no one came to the door. Regardless, the plant has been sitting in a warehouse for over a week. I'm now told the recipient must pick up the plant. I paid for the delivery.
I finally received a Purolator Tracking number today by Bloomex. Too little, too late. If I had been given this originally, I could have been more involved.
I paid $65 for a plant that is in a warehouse that will not be picked up.
Bait and switch
I ordered wine, truffles and chocolates and received bananas, cheezits and Lays chips. Sent an email to [protected]@bloomex.ca and was told their partner was unable to deliver what was ordered and instead of letting me know decided to deliver the exact opposite of what I had carefully selected. Instead of a refund they offered a store credit (because it is their policy). It is my policy to not accept when I have been deceived or to do return business with a company that fails to deliver (literally) in such spectacular fashion.
Desired outcome: Full refund of order.
Non delivery of flower order
Hi I ordered a large bunch of flowers on the 14th November, vase and card to be delivered the 15th November.
It was not delivered. Order number #2014619
I contacted the company and they didn't know why it wasn't delivered to I asked for a tracking number. I received the tracking number and found out it was sent via Australia post! Flowers! they did not obviously mention this when I was ordering. So I saw tracking number still says Chullora so it is nowhere near the delivery point.
So i contacted Bloomex and they offered to resend or swap for a gift basket.
So i said fine send a gift basked thinking that if they were going to send something obviously using Australia post it should at least be non-perishable.
So I asked for the tracking number, and they gave me the same tracking number as the original delivery. I questioned this and they told me that it was correct.
Now what they don't know is I have worked in the mailing industry for over 20 years and you cannot have the same tracking number for two different deliveries. So needless to say neither package of flowers or gift hamper has been delivered.
Desired outcome: I want them to not take orders to areas they cannot obviously deliver to. At least specify that the flowers would be sent via Australia post. A refund
Delivery and product
I ordered flowers online for my son and daughter in law for the birth of their newborn on Wednesday 2/11/22. I paid for a next day delivery and was sent an email saying that my flowers would be delivered the day after and I would receive a partial refund for the next day delivery along with an upgrade.
The flowers were delivered the day after on Friday 4/11/22, however not to their home as expected (they were both there) but to the local post office in a box that was crushed, apparently run over by a truck, and the flowers taken out and put back into the box with tape saying repaired by Australia Post.
My son sent me photos of the bouquet, the bouquet did not resemble what I ordered to begin with, the petals were missing and they looked mangled.
I sent an email with the shot of the flowers to Bloomex and they wrote back the next day asking for more photos. I asked my son to send me more photos but he said that they were dead by the next day and had dropped most of the petals so they threw them out.
I wrote an email to Bloomex saying that the flowers had been thrown out already, I received no feedback, no apology, no partial refund for the delivery instead of an upgrade the flowers were not even delivered to their door by a courier service but had to be picked up from the post office which is not that close.
I am extremely disappointed with the service and the quality of the flowers and would like a refund for this.
