So, To begin with. Let me say we sent our cancellation papers by FedEx. It was received at BWP within the 3 day period.
I wanted to share what we had to do in order to cancel.
First thing... We wrote an written letter. Put an X across the contract. We also signed & dated it. Sent it on it's jolly way to BWP. Paid extra for them to sign for it when it arrived. *** A little side note*** If you look at the bottom of the contract. Don't waste your time trying to find an Telegram office. If one is around... I couldn't find it. Plus, I couldn't make my self go back into time to use one either (laughs)
At the bottom of their own contract... It clearly says... They will send back/ return anything that was traded within 10 business days. I gave a deposit and a canceled check to withdraw funds from, if, I went with this company.

After looking at all the horrible stories. I raced to FedEx within hours of signing. Trying not to throw up a long the way!

Attached at the bottom is two pictures. One is the bottom of their agreement. That I do not agree with. I did my part and canceled.

The second photo is what they sent back. PLEASE READ WHAT IT SAYS!
That I need to send back to them the front & back of checks. One of the checks is no good.. I did void it. The other check is also a void it would have been for an auto withdraw. They didn't cash my check because I voided both. It doesn't sound like a problem right? But to me it is.
For one, they have my account number. I would like to get my property back... Both checks that is voided. It's just the principal to me.
The real thing that bothers me also here. Look at what they sent to me.
It's not address to me. "It's address to "Dear value customer" Nothing at all about me. They only thing that had my name on it was the envelop.

Please take a closer look as well. If mailing or faxing this paper back. It says, I (we) agree that Blue World Pools is an ethically superb company, that has to agreed to cancel out contract without penalty in effort to help me (us) out of financial troubles. I(we) further agree to never disparage Blue World Pools in any matter.

They got something back. This paper with an X across the parts I did not agree with! Plus, I will not... or did not...sign over my rights to this place.. I made notes on this of how unethical I think the place is.
The reason for writing all of this. Be AWARE of this company! They change the rules as they play it seems to me.
Don't sign away your rights and make it sound like this place is good. I do not agree with Blue World Pools. Maybe if more of us banned together. Places like this will have NO choice, but to shut their doors!
SO BWP... Send back my property ... My (we)me(Our) voided out checks... You can respond back with a telegram on here... :{ Thank you!

I called to cancel and did not know about mailing it in. After being on hold for hours and calling multiple times I finaly got it canceled and was told that I would recieve a phone call back. Never did so I called back multiple times and hold multiple times again and when I did speak to someone 2 or 3 times they said it was canceled and would recieve a phone call back. Installer just called with an install date when they said it was canceled!

We were lied to out the gate and tricked into signing papers before the pool work even began. We tried to cancel in the 3 days agreed and was unsuccessful. They began to make automatic drafts before the pool had even began to get started causing us to have our bank block payment withdrawals period. . It was one problem after another for months. The accountants that handle this don't know what we as the client has already endured and by the time you actually read the paperwork that's not supposed to be signed or completed until the pool is complete it's a total scam. Office in Georgia but litigation handled in Arizona. We've paid four years now without missing a note and after pulling out our contract with the lien amount on it we've surpassed that amount already and still owe 7 more years. We would be idiots to continue to pay this amount when the final amount is less than all the financed payments. We are in the process of stopping the payments as a smarter bargain and the property will be inherited not sold at anytime where their lien will be effective. Even tried to just get a payoff amount to get our bank to pay the loan off and help us but they refuse to give you anything other than the full financed total at end of contract. The warranty they have for liners are not acknowledged we replaced our own already which is a breach of contract on their end. The commercials they run are totally false as theirs no deck no landscaping only a real expensive pool that can be bought outright at any pool store for under 5 grand. If we finished paying this it it will be a 56000 dollar pool. We are elderly and just can't continue to do so when it's costing us our grocery and medical money. The worst company we've ever dealt with from start to finish. We honor our bills when the company is an honorable company. We aren't satisfied with any part of how or what they do their business with underhanded papers and people Jeff hides behind all the employees that are blinded to what the customers are actually dealing with as a result of trusting people when you shouldn't

Thank you

I have a pool that is sitting in my yard that I cannot use. It was installed on Saturday, June 18th and was leaking on Sunday, June 19th.

On May 27th, Justin Vanegas (representative of Blue World Pools) came to my house and sold me an 18’round midline pool. I was told this was a maintenance fee pool so that is what really sold me. I charged a deposit of $1,000 on my card that day. I was told I should have my pool installed within 4 to 6 weeks.

On Sunday, June 12th, I received a text message from Damiam Tramel (pool installer). He was notifying me that he would be installing my pool and to please give him a call.

On Monday, June 13th, I called Damiam to discuss when he could come and install my pool. We agreed that he would install my pool on Thursday, June 16th.

On Wednesday, June 15th, Damiam called me to say that there was a problem with the job he was working on and would it be okay if he come to install my pool on Friday, June 17th. I said no problem, see you Friday.

On Friday, June 17th at 7’oclock in the morning, I get a call from Damiam that his pregnant wife was having pains and he had to take her to the hospital, and would it be okay if he rescheduled the installation of my pool until Saturday, June 18th. Once again, I said no problem, see you tomorrow.

On Saturday, June 18th, Damian did show up. I charged the balance left of $12,287 to my credit card, then Damian started installing my pool. He installed my pool by himself. Before he left, he filled the pool about ¼ full of water. Everything looked fine. I signed off that the job was complete because I thought it was. He told me to finish filling the pool and then fill in the dirt that he left around the sides.

On Sunday, June 19th before heading to church, my daughter and I went over to the pool because it was almost half full of water. Then we noticed that the ground on one side of the pool was wet, there was a leek somewhere. My brother came by and pointed out there was a pinhole on the other side of the pool. I called Damian to let him know what was going on, but he didn’t answer. I then texted him, along with sending him a picture of the wet ground. He texted me back and said he apologized for this, and I would need to contact Blue World Pools for a service call.

On Monday, June 20th, I called Blue World Pools and told them what was going on. They told me Damian had told them that it looks like the pinhole could have come from when someone was cutting grass, or a bb gun shot. I explained to LuRue(the person on the other end of the phone) that the pool was installed on Saturday evening and I found the leaks on Sunday morning. No one cut grass or played with any bb guns Saturday night. He said he would put in a service call so Damian could come back out and resolve the problem. I called Damian after I hung up with Blue World Pools. Once again Damian didn’t answer but he texted me and said he would call me in an hour. He called me to let me know that he had to order a new liner and he wouldn’t be able to get to me before Tuesday, June 28th. But if anything came up sooner, he would give me call. I called Blue World Pools back and told them this was unacceptable. I told them I paid for a job that was not complete and it was unacceptable to ask me to wait eight days for Damian to come back out to complete a job. Also, what am I supposed to do just let stagnant water stay in my pool for 8 days. This person said that Damian was the only installer in my area, and he would have to be the one to come back out and fix the problem. He told me he makes his own schedule and if he said he could get to me until June 28th there is nothing, they can do about it. I finally accepted that I would have to wait until June 28th to have my pool finally finished.

Friday, June 24th, I called Damian to confirm he was still coming to fix my pool on Tuesday, but as usual he didn’t answer. I then texted him, no response.

Monday, June 27th, I called Damian to confirm he was coming to fix my pool on tomorrow, Tuesday, June 28th, but he didn’t answer. I then called him from a different number, he answered. After he found out it was me, we got disconnected. I called back he didn’t answer. I then texted him asking him to confirm he was coming out tomorrow. He texted back that he spoke with Blue World Pool and for me to stand by for a call from Phillip. I told him texted him back I better get a call back by noon today or will have to take next steps.

Tuesday, June 28th and Damian didn’t show up and I haven’t received any response from Blue World Pool.

Biggest mistake of my life getting a pool for a super outrageous price. I took it down - it was not easy to maintain as the sales person told me it was. So stuck paying and during Covid I called once to see if they can help me due to funds. Customer service was so rude and absolutely couldn’t help. I’ve been paying for over 4 yrs and I am low in funds one more time. Asked for a 2 week extension and was told absolutely not. They would take a payment minus the interest. When she ran my debit she ( customer service) said it was denying because my zip code didn’t match and I had to call my bank. Called bank and they said it did go Thru but then it was reversed. Oh my God. I called back and she again from customer service would not let me explain what bank said. Refused to be wrong and would not let me talk. They are so rude. No compassion and this place is a big rip off. Don’t do it.

I am a single grandmother raising 3 grandchildren, so I can’t really afford to take my kids on vacations so I decided I’d get them a pool for summer. I saw blue worlds advertisement for the 399.00 pool called them they came out and of talked me into getting an upgrade. That was 4yrs ago and so far I have made payments equaling over $12,000.00 and they say I still owe another 7yrs! That’s more than more home is even worth. During Covid I lost my job and one of my twin grandchildren got critically injured and has a brain injury, I called them and tried to work something out but they said there was nothing they could do and reminded me that they would take my childrens home if I didn’t pay the balance in full! I’m not sure how they can do that but I’m going to have to take my chances and stop payments from my back to these people. I can’t keep letting my children go without necessities to pay these mean ugly people.

Has anyone else done this, just stopped paying them? If so if you don’t mind saying what happened?

Thank you for your comments.

Has anyone had any success with BWP? We purchased a pool in 2018 and have spent a lot of time trying to reach out to them. We get nowhere! We have a pool that doesn't work, the liner is shredded snd we're paying 20k for when we cant even use it. We need to know HOW to get out from under this contract? Can we tell them to come and get it and stop paying?
