Double Payment-Refund Not Received-Urgent
On 01/17/22 Santa Clara County Housing Authority paid $792.73 for Boston Market for 11/17/22 catering service at Avenida Espana Gardens Apartments.
On 12/28/22 Avenida Espana Gardens apartment mistakenly paid also to Boston Market $792.73 for the same 11/17/22 catering service at Avenida Espana Gardens.
Since 01/04/23 my supervisor, Marley Landes, and I were trying to rectify the refund issue for no avail. As off 05/25/23, we have not received a refund.
I am attaching proof of double payment and copies of emails between [protected]@bost.com and the John Stewart Company staff.
Please immediately assist in the resolution of the issue.
Otherwise, we might be forced to take another rout in order to receive the refund.

I just placed an order online at your Boston Market Quincy MA store. I picked it up and when I just got back to my office, I opened the 3 side item sampler and I got Broccoli instead of the Stuffing. Not sure why they did not tell me when I picked it up. Especially if it was on the website as an option. I have been trying to get into the app for several months so I can use my rewards, or even put in an order. It tells me that my email and password are incorrect. I try to reset my password and get a message that "something has gone wrong". I was living in Albuquerque and the the restaurant closed there Jan 2023. Now I live in Daytona Beach where there is an open Boston Market.The people at the restaurant are unable to offer any assistance. I am still getting offers from them.

Quality of Food Ordered
On July 3rd, I entered the local Boston Market and placed an order for the Chicken Salad Entree. Although the inside was dark and without a/c, the food was wrapped up in a plastic bag and I paid for it. When arriving home, the plastic container was filled with "lettuce" and barely topped with pieces of chicken and some wet croutons. A day or two later I went into the store and spoke with the manager, showed him the order receipt and told him about the lettuce bowl. He said I should have returned it the same day? Not able to do so. but he said there is nothing else he could do. I did not want to eat inside due to the lack of a/c and darkness. In any event, the manager could have offered some coupon to offset the lack of food quality. Please response as I will not patronize this place.

Just letting you know that this dinner had mashed potatoes only there was no steak in it. Makes potatoes pretty expensive. Don't remember if I purchased this at Weis Market in Tunkhannock,Pa. or Walmart. The refund of money is not a big deal, but a coupon would be greatly appreciated.

I have been using the Boston Market restaurants for at least 22 years plus I now buy your frozen meals which I like however one I ate today was really awful !
It was the Country Fried Beef Steak . I was so surprised as your other products are very nice , i just couldn't eat all of it as the meat was so unpalatble .It was grizzly so I just left it .I would be interested to know if you had any other complaints about this particular meal ? Swedish meatballs
I just recently purchased the meal Swedish Meatballs cause was used to the taste of other meals you have sold. But, to my surprise the taste was salty, peppery, and void of taste, I had to throw it out!
37% fat! 50% sodium!
Are you trying to kill people?!? Even my dog refused the meatballs!
What happened to having respect for you buyers! I now will refuse to buy your products if you continue to abuse salt, pepper, and fat in general.
Please, This is not worthy of calling “Home Style Meals”!

On 11/17/22 Santa Clara County Housing Authority paid $792.73 for catering service at Avenida Espana Gardens apartments. On 12/28/23 Avenida Espana Gardens apartments mistakenly made $792.73 payment for the same catering service. Since 01/04/23 I and my supervisor have been trying to rectify the issue for no avail. I have copies of checks and print out of email communication with [protected]@bost.com and will provide it to you via email. I am also mailing the complaint to corporate office Guest Contact Center. If it is not resolved immediately, we will be forced to go other routs such as Better Business Bureau or even legal.

The food was very disappointing. One of the things I loved was the mashed potatoes. These were not even good instant potatoes. everything tasted like it was dumped out of a box or can. The gravy was colored water both the chicken gravy and the beef gravy. I was so disappointed with my two dinners; all sides were tasteless. I prefer to pay more than to get a bland dinner. I now understand why you don't ask for feedback on your receipts.

The location is 13993 Hall Rd, Shelby Township, MI 48315, [protected]. This restaurant was closed for quite some time during the pandemic. It opened again in March (I think). I haven't been there since it opened so I decided to go last night for a carry out. I ordered 3 piece dark meat with sweet potatoes and corn. When I got home and opened the box the sweet potatoes were nothing but runny. They were all over the chicken and the corn. There was only 1 marshmallow. I don't know how old the corn was, but it was as hard as a rock. I will say, the chicken was very good, although much smaller pieces than they use to be.
Desired outcome: I would hope I would either be reimbursed or a coupon for a free meal.

i have been going to boston market on cortez road in bradenton florida for 6 yrs now and the last 8 weeks have been so disgusting. lets start with the to go containers are paper with lids that do not fit. the manager at that location is a disgrace and slammed the drive thru window shut on me when i asked for a container that wouldnt spill all over my vehicle and thats exactly what happened. i called that location this morning before stopping to pick up my dinner on my way to work to ask if the containers are back to the usual and the same manager got rude and said its corporates problem and she is trying. totally unacceptable. what a shame, boston market used to be delicious and awesome, now nothing but ignorance at that location.
Food was terrible and out of everything
On Monday 3/13/23 I went to the Boston Market on East Main Street in Meriden. I ordered two 1/2 chickens and a meatloaf dinner with a side of the new Chicken rotisserie pieces. with one of the chickens, I asked for mash potatoes with gravy the gravy was white gravy and cold both chickens were 1/4 chickens and charged for the half. The stuffing tasted raw, and the chicken was slimy. The new nuggets looked like mush. As for the meatloaf there again no gravy and very dry. I tried to eat what I ordered which made me sick to my stomach all night. I spent over $40.00 to have all of us throw it away, hungry and now sick.
Had it been earlier I would have called the health department because it was so bad. It was by far the worst meal I have ever had from this place but it will be my last.
