Re: unsolicited package
January 15, 2010
To whom this may concern,
I received an unsolicited package from your company, bottom line publications, approximately 3 days ago and since learned that this is not an uncommon practice for your company. I refused the package and sent it back to you today. further, I plan to report your company to all three major credit bureau's, the uspo, the attorney general's office and any one else that I can possibly think of. if I hear anything more from your company I will hire an attorney and solicit a class action suit with the many others that have been absolutely inconvenienced and injured by your fraudulent business practices.
Regards,

Bottom line books, Inc;
You sent me a book called Ultimate women's guide to beating disease 2018. I was told and I documented everything that I could return this product if I were not satisfied. I am returning this book now after reading complaints against your company and if I have any problems from this I will see you in court. I was also notified before ordering this book of what has taken place with someone that ordered with you as well. You will receive your book back before the 30 day deadline.

bottom line book
I keep getting a bill for the Bottom Line Book which I had returned to you shortly after receiving it unopened. My daughter had recieved a book and shared it with me. Please check your records for my return since I do not owe anything. Account Number [protected] Address 6924 South Lane Waite Hill Ohio. One thing I did notice when reading my daughters book is that your advertised articles were not on the pages you said they could be found on. It would be great if other issues could coordiate.
no need to update. this process is very confusing. I am being billed for a book which I returned unopened
received two books of one order
Hello, my account #; [protected]. I would like to return one book since it is a duplicate. I need your return address. Please email me at [protected]@juno.com Will you email me the return label as this is not my fault.?
I enjoy Bottom Line Books, especially about health, but don't need two of the same book. Thank you so much.

payment
you sent me a notice saying i have not made any payments on my diabetes order. on 6/9/17 i sent you ck# 2170 for my 1st payment for that book. I just put the 2nd payment of 16.65 in the mail today. sorry my finances are a little behind right now. my acct# is [protected]. the check was received and processed by your company. someone incorrectly, perhaps entered it to someone else's account
they don't cancel subscription
After numerous attempts to cancel a subscription to Bottom Line Personal I was told that even if they cancel the account it will not cancel until after you call for the 3rd time. Representative had seen that I had already called twice, but the account was in credit suspend & had never cancelled as I had requested 2 prior times. The invoices I am receiving are extremely threatening & I almost want to pay them to stop all this harassment
received bill for book not ordered and returned immediately unopened.
I received a book from you - did not know what it was but knew I didn't, knowingly, order. it. Took it to post office, unopened, same day and returned it. Received a bill for it and sent back payment slip stating I did not order book and had returned it. I have received a second bill and would like this attended to, please. I have been a good customer of yours for many, many years and do not wish to have a credit problem over this. I have never had a credit problem before with anyone that I am aware of and do not care to start now. The book was the Bottom Line Yearbook 2017.
Your attention to this matter -asap- would be greatly appreciated.
Thank you,

So I can return this useless piece of junk...
It would be super nice if you would include a phone number!
30-day diabetes cure + bonus
We have received at p. O. Box 9, vernal, utah 84078 a package of books, having been sent to bob dalton, showing customer account number: [protected]. This is quite obviously an error as mr. Dalton has been in constant "palliative care" since august 7, 2016 and could not have rendered this order nor would he have had any use nor benefit from it. This package arrived on 04/06/2017 @8:32am. If you desire to have it returned please provide a pre-paid return shipping label by e-mailing it to [protected]@stratanet.com, failure on your part to e-mail return label by 04/14/2017 will result in all, being donated to the uintah county library, as by that date we assume that is your desires.

2017 yearbook from bottom line books
March 28, 2017 acct. # [protected]
I just received a bill from bottom line book in boone, iowa, for a 2017 yearbook that i never ordered nor have i received. I am wintering in arizona so they would not forward something this to me and i don't want it.
Now my account is in credit alert. This is the first i even knew of this. I don't want the book that i never ordered and i certainly am not going to pay for it. This feels threatening from a company who i never ordered a book from in the first place.

The book came in first week of March which I did not order, so I returned in the second week of March. I received their bill dated 03/02/17 last week for $43.95 and they put my account under credit alert.

bottom line yearbook 2017
I received the bottomline yearbook 2017, of which I did not order, shipping date of 1/10/2017. I returned it unopened "return to sender" by usp mail that same day.
February 3, 2017 I received a bill for $43.95, billed to account 9256157, of which I am not paying. Next day, february 4, I again received the same darn book in the mail! I will be returning it tomorrow marked "return to sender" by usp mail.
I have been a subscriber to bottomline health newsletter for many years, but am cancelling all subscriptions to this rip off company! I would like a reply from bottomline as to why they sent me and billed me for a book I did not order and a confirmation they have cancelled this billing for this book.

What phone number should I call to get the quickest answers to subscription questions? The best and fastest way is to call us at [protected]. I too just received Bottom Line's 2017 Health Breakthroughs which I did not order. I don't even subscribe to the On Health news magazine. I do subscribe to Consumer Report. hat I detest more is that they do not give you any information on how to return the book or any phone number to call to get this information. Does this mean they could just mail everyone a book and then bill them for something not ordered? There has to be a way to stop this madness.
mailed and billed for a book I never ordered.
I received a book entitled BL Ultimate Womens Guide 2017 and after having looked through it realized I had never ordered it. I telephoned Bottom Line Books and advised them that they send me a book I never ordered. The customer service representative was apologetic and promised to mail me a return label. After about a month I received the return label and mailed it back to them. I have now received another bill from Bottom Line Books requesting $44.95 for this book I never ordered which I returned to them. No mention was made on the bill of having received the book I returned. Bottom Line Books is a bottom feeder in the publishing business and I will not pay them anything. If they do anything to mess up my excellent credit rating they will regret having done so.
I have received the book Ultimate Womens Guide 2019 and received the billing for it in the amount of, $53.45.
My Account number that was assigned to me is #[protected]. I can either split the bill up into 4 installements. But the crux of my problem is I DID NOT WANT NOR HAVE I ORDERED THIS BOOK .
I want to ship it back to you (please provide shipping label) and remove it completely from the account you created for me!
I am holding the book until I receive the return shipping label and RETURN POSTAGE SINCE THE BOOK WAS NOT ORDERED! I AM NOT GOING TO PAY THIS BILL IN PAYMENTS OR LUMP SUMP, BECAUSE I DIDN'T ORDER IT!
billing
I lived in a senior center when I returned this book. I left it at the office to be picked up and I checked the next day was told it was sent back. I continue to get bills stating it will go to a collection agency. I sent it back in the same wrapper unopened. I did not want to deal with this company. What do I do? I have written them an explanation twice before. When the company was having problems either someone there messed up or the book was intercepted somehow. I feel very harassed! Help!
unordered books (bottom line yearbook)
Our account number is 2366847.
We have again received a yearbook that we did not order. We received a bill of $48.94. The bill has a ship date, not a billing date, which is 10/25/16.
We are an elderly couple with limited resources and want this sending of an unordered book stopped.
There is a thank you for our ordering. That is meaningless since we did not order.
received book that we did not order.
My mom received a book from Bottomline Books that she did not order. There was not any kind of shipping paperwork included with the package. A couple of weeks later she received a bill. The paperwork had no information on how to return the book if she didn't want it. There is no customer service number to call for information. My mom, age 98, on a fixed income, can't afford $50 for a book that she didn't order. Please advise on what we can do to remove the bill and return the book.
book received that I didn't order
My account #[protected] received "bl health breakthroughs 2017" i did not order this book. I received a bill 11/14/16 on thanking me for my order. This is the second time that this has happened. Previously i requested that no books that i did not order be sent to me. I do not intend to pay for this book, if blb wants this book back they can send me the postage cost for the return.
