I have supported Brazzers for a very long time. Long ago, they started offering access to other subscription websites through their portal for a one-time fee, provided that you maintained your subscription to Brazzers. It was only a matter of time before they started breaching that promise, and several things I had paid for began disappearing.
When I called to complain, I was offered the chance to pay for 10 years of subscription for a discounted price, despite the fact that my subscription was current. They proceeded to scam me, creating an entirely new account and login password rather than adding time to the account that I had already paid for.
Now, less than 6 years since the creation of this 2nd account, my subscription to Brazzers is no longer recognized. I am cut off from all the content that I paid for, and my password is no longer accepted. They are attempting to rob me of 4 years of subscription, on top of the time that had overlapped with my last account.
I have attempted to contact support *twice.* I have received an automatic message saying support will respond within 5 days. Those 5 days have now passed without any response.
Claimed loss: $240.00 (40% of my 10 years for $599.94)
Desired outcome: I want my membership and subscriptions re-instated. If they refuse to do so, then they should at least refund me for breaking the terms of the sales contract that we had for the period of service not fulfilled.
You can see for yourself what happens every time I attempt to contact them. This is now the THIRD time I have been told to contact someone else and received zero assistance.
