Burger King raw food

I live in Willow Street, PA and picked up 2 Whopper meals at our local Burger King. Once home, we unwrapped them and took 1 bite to find that the burgers were completely raw in the middle and therefore, inedible (to us and most people). Our location has been recently remodeled, and this is our first time back since. I would never recommend anyone to go back to this location after experiencing this. We are extremely disappointed to say the least.

Burger King service

Ok so this is lengthy one. I just left the store to pick up an order and got the worst treatment of my life! The lady in charge called "laura" was so rude! After not attending to me for over 20mins, this same lady (laura), started ordering me around and slammed the pen on my hands! To the extent she was almost pointing her fingers at me. Well this is going to the management level! The reason am starting out here is because it's late at night and the customer complaint number isn't available!

I have never been so humiliated in my entire life!

Now I will make sure no one I know (my little one) likes the nuggets here, comes here and I will follow up till the end of this episode..

Burger King night crew service

Gainesville VA the service is absolutely horrible. I paid good money to get a double whopper meal with cheese and got back a single dry burger with no lettuce or onions and no cheese. This is not the first time this has happened. I'm tired of paying my full amount and not being able to get what I ordered. I don't know if there is any management that works the night shift but the service is completely trash. Something needs to be done. I had to put my own personal cheese on the burger to make it at least decent.

Burger King food

August 5, 2018 5:10pm. In place an order though the drive thru. Employee: 468504.. not friendly at all. After payingfor my order, I was handed a half filled frozen orange icy. I order chicken fries. They were fired hard. I couldn't even taste the chicken. My rodeo burger was dry. The bread was hard. I was very disappointed and dissatisfied with my order. Iwouks have went back, I didn't have the time I was on my way to work. I will not be returning to eat there again. Thank you.

Burger King food

Burgers seem small. Almost like they have been sitting there too long broiled. I came in and bought four meals. You could not even tell I had meat between the bread on my cheeseburgers. Whopper sandwich was squished. Condiments were not portioned correctly. I want to be able to see what im eating. Compared to the commercial and advertising photos. They look nothing like them. Very sad service and product is priced what it is for what we get. I used to like Burger King. Not anymore

Burger King always out of biscuits and sausage

Every sunday my family goes to our local burger king for breakfast. For the last 3 weeks every sunday we have gone they are out of biscuits and sausage! I have worked in the food industry for the last 20 years and am in the management position. When you are running a promotions you always order more so you don't run out. This is ridiculous! How can you expect to keep customers happy and coming back if your oit of product?. The Burger king we go to is in Allentown, Pa. Store # 482. OBVIOUSLY the managers in this store have no clue how to order properly or how to run the store.

Burger King service

I have been going to the burger king in whitman . ma, for about 4 years now, everything has been good for the most part until this am.I go there everyday for my breakfast, last week i noticed the breakfast burritoes became very sweet instead of spicy, i talked to one of the girls and told me yes the new girl messed up the bottles of sauce look the same, so i thought why not label them, , then today i got 4 burritoes, ate half of one and my sister half.whom has diabetes, so i went back to bk before 1030, to try and hopefully get the order fixed, When i saw the same girl, and told her i think your cook is using the wrong sauce i dealt with this earlier in the week, The girl said no im basically wrong and they were made right, , well im sorry but 2 peoples taste buds dont change at the same time, and she refused to remake them right, so i said ok u lost a long good cuntomer, , very poor customer service, so now i get no breakfast and out money because some obnoxious girl says so, , i suppose she think my sisters insulin level just rose on there own too huh..

Burger King 2 ice cold whopper sandwiches

Ordered 2 whopper meals both arrived ice cold when we opened them. My wife proceeded to bring them back to the counter expecting for them to be replaced. They just took them and threw them in the microwave and they came out soggy and tasted horrible. As this was the airport I didn't have time to discuss it. I believe that I deserve a refund of my 19.88.

Burger King store #663, order 113828

On Wednesday, 8/1/2018 at 1:41:38 PM, at the Burger King restaurant named above, I ordered a Spicy Crispy chicken sandwich and a Whopper with cheese, no pickle, no onion, and a medium soft drink for dine-in. The order was taken by Employee: 17256 Name: Mary on Reg 1 and was labeled IN.

The staff was very slow and did not act with any sense of urgency. When my name was called to pick-up my order, it was bagged for carry-out, not on a tray for dine-in. The Spicy Crispy chicken sandwich was good; I was pleased. But, the Whopper was not prepared to my order directions. It was presented with cheese, WITH pickle, and WITH onion. I noticed this after eating my Spicy Crispy chicken sandwich. I then checked my receipt and the order ticket taped to the bag. Both stated WHOPPER, 1+ CHS Amer, 1- Pickle, and 1- Onion.

I had to pick through my Whopper sandwich to remove the ingredients I did not order. I did not bring this to the staff's or manager's attention because I was upset with the entire experience.

I will not go back to this Burger King location. I was very displeased with the service and food quality.

Burger King no accuracy, rude attitudes

I go to Burger King every day and get a float I get charged different prices every time . When the icees are on sale for $1 I ask for the float and they charge me $1.58 some locations but the one in Erie PA on 2526 Broad Street always charging me extra plus rude & the one on 2872 west 26 st in Erie pa & when I try to explain to them what a float is and a frosted they look at me like I'm retarded

Burger King undercooked meat

Hello! Last Tuesday - July 31, 2018 - I went to the ROBERTSDALE, ALABAMA location and my Whopper was NOT cooked all the way! I lost my appetite and gave my cold fries to my husband. I CAN NOT eat under-cooked meat. I am not asking for anything in return EXCEPT for Burger King to start making sure their meats are put on the grills correctly with the correct temperatures and times. I am attaching some photos I took. (My husband's Whopper was almost cooked all the way- I just ended up getting the one that was a little less done).

Burger King payment service

Dear Burger King,

Recently I was traveling to Hungary from Belgium. On our way to Hungary I bought lunch at the Burger King in Austria, a couple of hours away from the border with Hungary. It was a Bus stop with an Ibis Hotel an a large parking lot.

I ordered lunch for €14, 57 with someone who is called Fazel. I paid and took my card back. After that, your employee insisted that i didn't pay. We had a discussion about the fact and I asked him to check it, because I knew I had paid. After not checking he asked me to pay again, which I did hesitantly. I am currently checking my bank account and see that I have paid twice. Evidence in photo.

All I am is asking for my refund.

Burger King service

Filing Complaint about Burger King on East Warren. Address 17440 East Warren. This is the worst Burger King in The Whole Detroit Area. Everytime we and other customers frequent this store for food. We get pulled to the side, so that they can cheat the timer. Customers are asked to back up, and pull back up or pull to the side so order can be brought out.

Often this Burger King is out of breakfast food, System down, and very rude customer services. Next time we are going to record it for social network purposes to bring attention to how customers are treated at this particular Burger King.

Burger King service

Wwe were the only people waiting to have are order taken and they just ignored us for more than 10 min . My grandson said hello 4 times and all the girl did was turn and give us a dirty look . So we left and went to McDonald witch was busy and we were waited on right away not ignored . I will never go to that Burger King again and it's the closest to my home .I do go there a lot but not anymore . Sad to say

Burger King onboarding team member

I was left by myself in the kitchen on the first day of me working and my coworkers was very disrespectful in front of customers even questions I asked weren't being answered, It was overwhelming and unprofessional and I don't recommend this job to anyone. The location is 4408 West Pierson Rd, Flint MI. The managers name is Karen and Sharon, who didn't provide a trainer for my first day..inspection is prohibited

Burger King service

Slow, slow, slow. This has happened multiple times. It seems that there was enough employees to handle orders coming in
The food seemed to be ready and out for the workers to pick from. The person that took our order had to leave before we ordered and help get out previous orders.
People were standing around with disgusting looks on their faces and one even said "good luck" to us as they were leaving
Just multiple bad experiences so management has to be the reason and not jus t one person.

Burger King poor food quality/ poor customer service

8/1/18, store #24457 in TX; order 70, drive thru order at 7:49am. Upon arrival at Burger King, there was a car in front of me at the drive thru order window, we sat for several minutes, and then a worker walked out very slowly with gloves on to turn the menu boards from showing lunch/dinner to show breakfast (I hope he didn't return to work with food afterwards, talking about cross contamination). The car in front of me finally was able to make an order after being able to review the menu. I ordered my food, 2 number 1 combos, totaled to be $12.32, pricey for breakfast and my food was barely warm. I asked for strawberry jam and got grape. My coffee was warm not hot, mind you I had already pulled back onto freeway to get to work. I would like a refund for poor food quality. On this past Sunday 7/29, store #24457, TX; our 2nd visit at new store and drive thru order around 6:30-7pm, went to order Whopper combos, but to our disappointment; it was reported store was out of sesame seed buns, really? We did not order, instead we went to the Burger King off of Berry Street in Fort Worth, TX; excellent service and excellent food quality! We do like Burger King to go out of our way for Whopper combos. However, store #24457 is a new store and our 2nd visit with issues. Thirdly, this visit was last week not sure of the exact day but it was around 7:50am or 8am, but I did submit a survey for the visit. I ordered the 2 for 4 breakfast croissants with hash browns, the croissants were excellent but hash browns were hard and cold; not sure how it was cold when there was a line of people ahead of us, but yes our hash browns were cold and inedible. Unfortunately, for 3 visits at this new store #24457 has been a disappointment. It is such a convenient location; its right off the highway on our way to work. I would visit this location at least 3 times a week; but the service and food quality is so poor, I may have to go back to McDonalds for breakfast food, hate McDonalds burgers. Burger King whopper & spicy chicken sandwich

I have been just about three different Burger Kings in the last couple of months and always order the 2 for$6a whopper for me and one spicy chicken sandwich for my daughter and they always barely have any garden and the last one the burgers were both cold like they had actually been in a fridge not just not under a heat lamp I'm scared to actually complain straight to a Burger King because I'm afraid they would spit on the sandwich because one time that I asked them to be sure to put enough Garden the lady was rude to me and I really am worried she spit on it and I still got awful sandwich it's like since y'all, this time we were in Alabama 2 hours away so I couldn't go back to get a refund plus they were closing when we left so I think that's why it was cold as they didn't have any fresh ones ready because they were closing in 10 minutes. I would like a coupon to replace the two burgers or something I may have a receipt I'm not sure it's been about a week and a half or two weeks ago that we went I had the receipt but I'm not sure if I'd know where it is right now but I will look but I did take pictures to show you a little bit of lettuce the bread was soggy it was awful. Burger King chicken sandwich boonville

I purchased supper tonight at burger king in boonville ny. I ordered a chicken sandwich and some other things. I opened it to eat it and it had 3 hairs in it! Not little hairs girls long hair. I've never been so grossed out in my life! I don't think were ever going back! Its a bunch of kids who work in there and of course their icy machine wasnt working once again also.

Burger King my food was spit in on may 31st 2018

I called that day and reported it that day and was told I would get a call back that day because that was very important but no call came I have since called numerous times and have been brushed off as far as I can tell because I am still waiting for all the calls I have been promised and the last time I called a couple weeks ago the guy told me that apparently out of the lady that first took my call and all the others since no one has thought the spit in my food was important enough to mention and I am really getting tired of being ignored I am not going to just go away If I have to I will contact my local news and let them run the story that that owner condones the spitting on food.
