the drive thru wasn't open and inside is an absolute mess.
We went to the Burgerking in Buda and the drive thru was not open as we were going Thur the drive thru to go inside an employee was by the window on thier phone. When I went inside it was so gross. Not sweep soda spills on the ground and by the soda machine. And table were dirty. And it wasn't busy I was the only customer. And they were cleaning anything. Only three employees all Kids not ever a manager there! Service was fast but food was cold. I ordered four orders of chicken nuggets.

I normally never complain about customer service at restaurants, even when I'm out to eat and the food comes out bad. I just don't like complaining.
However on this occasion I felt it necessary given the unbelievable experience we just had here.
I pulled up to the drive-thru behind four other vehicles including the one at the microphone, then proceeded to wait roughly 8 minutes before moving forward. After moving forward and waiting another four minutes two of the vehicles in front of me drove off, apparently from waiting so long. I thought at that point I would get right in there because I would be next but I was mistaken.
I waited another ten minutes before anybody came on the microphone and asked me what I would like to order. The whole time I was waiting at the microphone I could hear people speaking over the microphone using foul language and goofing off.
Then when I finally got to the window the manager came over and proceeded to raise your voice at me when they tried to give me an order that wasn't mine because of the vehicles I drove off in front of me. She asked me what the problem is and I told her it was no problem that somebody had drove off and that my order wasn't what was being given to me. She then turned and started yelling at the employees in front of me about having to go to the bathroom for a minute and everything getting crazy.
This is the store on South Willow Street in Manchester New Hampshire. It has awful service and needs to be addressed promptly.

I waited up by the counter for a few minutes while the manager on duty was on her phone and said hold on plz I will be with you in a second. Like excuse me! Evetytime i go into that place Cassandra the manager on duty is always on her phone and is rude with her employees in front of the customers. This BK was filthy. Women's toilet clogged up, trash all over floor. Restaurant floor was sticky and dirty with trash. Tables not bussed or wiped down. The grill was not functioning so there were no hot dogs, hamburgers etc.
The soda machine was also out of order.
The employees behind the counter were standing around seemingly unaware of any issues.

Worst of all, no senior drink available on the menu. All booths were empty, but all were dirty. It was Sunday, July 9 but they were not busy (10 customers at 4 tables). We were here for over an hour and not a single table as wiped during that time (we wiped our own). The walkway from counter to drinks had large pieces of trash that were also not touched. You have under employment the most rude and irresponsible General Manager, TJ McVickers, I have ever had the displeasure of encountering. He is not only completely disorganized to where this store runs out of main foods (whoppers and crispy chicken) on a regular basis, he is also very nasty to his employees and to customers.

Visited your W new Circle Rd location in Lexington KY today and WILL NEVER visit any Burger King ever again based strictly on how we were treated by your employee working the drive thru windows today around 200pm. Had an order for 3 people and after ordering my first thing was told a total rudely, then after telling the girl we still had more orders she proceeded after every item to say Is that it? After ordering she then tells us We have to wait on your food so you are gonna have to pull over there again rude as hell. Made us feel like we were the biggest problem ever for showing up to your establishment to order food. There is no reason why someone like this should be employed by anyone especially a company who's objective is to SERVE FOOD TO PEOPLE! Had not visited Burger King in probably 2 years bc of this very reason. Horrible service at this location. Decided to give it another try in hopes you all maybe decided to hire employees that actually wanted a job and represented your brand but I guess your employees are worth more than your consumers who keep y'all in business. We work in the food industry so have more patience than most people i feel but this was by far the worst experience I have ever had anywhere. Will also tell everyone I know to stay away from this location at least. Was shorted food and straws as well as cold food that we waited over 20 minutes for. Oh and I would give u the girls name at the window but she wouldn't even face us to get a name. All I know is she is a black female who's name begins with S...charged money to be treated like crap and to have my entire order wrong as well! Bad job Burger KING! I went thru the drive thru and ordered the 2/$4 croissants, one plain sausage and one bacon egg and cheese and also ordered one order of 0.89 pancakes. That was it. I was expecting the order to be $5 or a little more and it was $7.24. I asked the girl why and she said I don't know I didn't ring it up. She said I guess because the one was plain. I said well we have never had to pay more than the 2/$4 before and always order like that and she just said I don't know I didn't do it. So I said ok and left. I should not have been charged more. I know it was only a couple of dollars but that's a lot when you live paycheck to paycheck and your employees are rude when you ask why your bill is so much

Workers were sitting in the back talking for a few minutes before they decided to acknowledge the register. The lady (calling that girl a lady is a stretch) came up to the register, rolling her eyes and just waited for us to order. She did not address us at all. After ringing up our order, her and her friend sat on their phones while making our food. I was disgusted. I wrote a review on google, and you all need to read the reviews there as well. Apparently this is a continuous issue. Haha and those workers want $15/hr. What a joke.

7/8/17 Again this manager arrived late, and did not open the store till around 8 AM or later. I didn't bother checking back to when She finally opened the store, I took my business to Taco Bell just a couple blocks away.
The other manager is great. He opens the store on time. and never turns away paying customers because of the way they look.

This burger king. #15306 @ george craig travel plaza in indiana, . They really and seriously need help. I feel very sorry for only 2 staff working very hard there. It took me a while to get my order because they have full of customers, but i cannot blame them because of lack of employees. Everthing was dirty in the dining, counters are nasty, garbages are all full, tables are dirty too. They need more and more staff very badly. 7757 west Irlo Bronson Memorial Hwy, Kissimmee, Fl. I witnessed the staff which are Hispanic, go out of their way not once but twice to ignore the two Black men waiting inline to place their orders. Even when this was brought to their attention, they didn't care. These men were in the restaurant waiting, a Hispanic family of 4 walked in in from of us(2). The workers waited on the family. We walked out never to spend our money at this location again. Also their full attention was on the drive thru customers and not the customers in the lobby. I will be sharing this information around work about the Racical Discrimination at this location.
disrespected in military uniform by supervisor
On 24 June, 2017, my family and I were traveling through Mt. Sterling, KY store number 9785, on our way to Ft. KNOX, KY I am a 20 year US Army Soldier that has ALWAYS eaten at Burger King on all the installations that I have been stationed at. I was in uniform and I politely asked the girl at the register if they honored a military discount, she asked her shift supervisor ( Christian, was his name; he refused to give me his last name) if they did offer a military discount. Turned and looked at me and my wife ( who is white and I'm black) and said no we don't offer a military discount; which I knew that BK does only when in uniform. He was extremely rude and combative with me and said that they did not because they were a franchised store and didn't have to answer to corporate. I politely told him that is not true, asked for the store number and left. I am not sure if the disrespect I and my family received was racial motivated or if he was just not having a good day. I would hope and pray this individual is not a direct reflection of the kind of staff that is at Burger King especially not the leadership. 7/7/17 - I felt compelled to finally write about this after getting a simple breakfast croissant sandwich wrong again about the fifth time. This morning at 7:17 AM, I was the only person at the drive thru so I cannot say it was because they were too busy. I order (1) bacon and egg Croissant sandwich. I pulled up, waited several minutes, paid for my order and drove off with it as I was on my way to work. I work quite some distance away, so I was not able to open and check my order until I got to work. I again received a bacon and cheese croissant, no egg in sight. I cannot eat cheese. This is the 5th time this has happened. I have called the store every time and have asked them to please pay more attention to their orders as this happens way too often. This morning, they didn't even bother to answer the phone. The receipt is on the bag and clearly says Cros Bac Egg! Please contact this store and have this morning crew shape up. It's different people every time, too, so it may be a training thing. It's convenient for me to stop their on my way to work, but I will have to go elsewhere rather than spend $$ on a sandwich that I just have to throw out. Thank you!
original chicken sandwich
I recently went to Burger King in Fairfield al on June 7, 2017 and purchased 3 original chicken sandwich. After about 1/2 of the food was consumed My family noticed the chicken sandwiches was not smelling right and tasting rubberish. I took the sandwiches back to the store and they refunded me my money. However, I had to plea my case and have an extensive conversation with manager before I could finally get my money back. They stated that the reason the chicken sandwich was like that is because they was having problem with the grease. I stayed that if that was the case then you all should of held up from selling the chicken sandwich. I was not pleased with the quality of this food.

The manager, Lisa, took our order. One of our sandwiches was made wrong. She already had an attitude. There was 3 people who walked out bc of her attitude as well as the wait time. My daughter took her sandwich to the manager & told her it wasn't right. She immediately cocked an attitude with my daughter. She even said the word "damn" in her confrontation with my daughter. This manager was very rude. We just trashed our good bc the other kids had already ate most of theirs, & we left. We told her about 2 dead flies in the window deal but she never sent anyone over to clean it. This place needs a lot of changes in management & improvements in cleanliness

I called back in october of 2016 and once in dec.. Never got my supposed coupon since I was not given my money back. I ordered a french toast stick order and it was overcooked to the point of being inevitable. I used to eat breakfast there tvice a week however, since winter holidays, I have not returned since customer service lied to me twice and wasted more than 15 minutes answering a lot if questions for nothing and then getting runaround. I drove by one in burbank and was reminded of never having gotten back my money or the supposed coupon for another item. This occurred at the victory north hollwood location.

I have made several complaints regarding an incident in Valrico Florida and have not received any response. On June 20th at approx. 5:30 p.m. I was taking my father back to the nursing home when he said he really wanted a sandwich from Burger King so we stopped to get him a sandwich. Manager Juan took my order and when I went to pay, heaccused me of using counterfeit money and took my money, placed it in his pocket and told me that I had to pay with something else. I asked him what makes him think it was counterfeit and he said he just knows and said it was different. I asked him to use the counterfeit pen which he refused - told me that he didn't need to use the pen, he just knows. I asked for the money back and he told me no. This is not only rude, poor customer service, and poor management, but it is also stealing. I called the support number and no one has contacted me. I have logged every one of my complaints and am forwarding to the Better Business Bureau in Florida for resolution, since this company refuses to address my complaint. This has been 2 weeks and no response. I am appalled and extremely disappointed that a company of this size would not respond/acknowledge my complaint. Furthermore, I will continue to lodge complaints until the company acknowledges this complaint and resolves it. I would like an apology from the manager and I would like my $10 returned.
