Burger King Manager complaint

I am writing in regards to the rudest manager encounter I have ever experienced in my 56 years of life. The Person at the drive thru completely and rudely cut me off when I asked a question about a coupon. I called after leaving without any food to speak to a manager, who also happened to be the person that was in the drive-through and I told her “there’s no room in this world for her kind of rudeness” she AGAIN completely and rudely cut me off and spoke over me not giving me a chance to speak! I told her I was going to call corporate and she said go right ahead as if she knows there will be no consequences. I will not tolerate being treated like that and I will never go to Burger King again because of This experience, or until I know the situation had been confronted.

Desired outcome: She needs to know she absolutely cannot treat customers, THOSE OF US WHO GIVE HER A PAYCHECK, with such disrespect

Burger King Inadequate customer service and distribution of cold food

On October 14, 2022, my family and I decided to purchase food at Burger King #6678 after a high school football game. I purchased food for my family and I normally park in the parking lot to ensure that the order was correct. My order was correct however both of my burgers were cold as ice and the fries were lukewarm. I went to the door to try to speak one of the employees. The door was locked and I understand that it was probably for security purposes since all women were working that night however if I am holding a bag with food in it and knocking on the door, I expected an employee to either A). Inform me to return to the drive through or B). Come to the door since I am a customer and I received my food from you 30 seconds ago. Not only was I ignored, the manager, did not acknowledge my presence. My husband went to the drive thru and he stated that the food was cold and we no longer wanted the food. The manager was stating in the background that she did not care about returning our food nor did she care about whether or not we were not satisfied with our purchase. The manager did not offer any solution nor did she apologize. I actually took pictures of them when I was waiting at the door and none of them looked my way despite my constant knocking prior to my husband going to the drive thru. I have not been to Burger King since the beginning of Covid and I was not expecting the horrible customer service that was bestowed upon me. I received my refund however I do not plan on returning any time soon. I am sincerely disappointed in the professionalism .

Por este medio quiero desear mi descontento con la asociada de el restaurante de la ave Barbosa cerca de San Jose que al tomar mi orden y luego pasar por la primera ventana no hubo ningún empleado atendiendo entonces procedí a moverme a la otra ventana y cuando la asociada que no quiso dejar su nombre me indica que no me va a antender o entregarme la comida luego de haberme cobrado por ventanilla.

Burger King Replace the manager

I stopped by the BK 110 SW 41st St Renton, WA 98057, 17 Oct 2022 around 630 PM and the front double doors were locked! Tried the other side door and it was locked as well. The operating hours were posted and was supposed to close at 1100PM. I knocked and knocked but no one from the front counter would open the door, so I went thru the drive through and asked why they locked down. The only answer I received was they didn't have enough people to cover the dining room and the drive through. Food was great but the service was absolutely horrible. I blame the manager's inability to make sure the restaurant was operating.as it is supposed to.

Desired outcome: Keep the doors open

Burger King service

10/17/2022 6:55 P.M. Store number #21396.

We ordered our food and had serval problems. While we were waiting for our food, a cashier was talking with another worker and made a cussing statement. Then she walked away and a person who was wearing a mangers shirt came up and was counting down a draw at the drive-thru. We were still waiting on onion rings. Then she said a cuss word. After about 10 to 12 minutes, she then finished to draw she was counting and told another employee that we needed onion rings. She then reached into our bag AFTER HANDLING THE MONEY SHE WAS COUNTING AND DID NOT EVEN WAS HER HANDS. I told her that I did not want any food that was being handled after she counted the money without washing her hands or gloves on. She then just walked away from the window and did not even answer. Once we got our food finally after about 12 minutes at the window, we needed sauce for the onion rings, so I was going to ask for it, but they all walked away until we left. I worked in Hillsborough County school cafeteria for 11 years and was a product coordinator and was she done was absoultly wrong. WE ARE VERY TICK OFF ABOUT THIS!

Desired outcome: FIX THE PROBLEM WITH THE MANAGER. SHE SET A BAD EXSAMPLE FOR OTHER EMPLOYEES THAT SHE IS IN CHARGE OF !!!!!!!!!!!

Burger King not receiving order

We did not receive our entire order. All of our fries were missing when we left the drive through. Unfortunately we got right onto the highway and we were just passing through to get something to eat during our trip. I had called the store to let them know and they hung up on me. I called back and explained to them what happened again and I asked for a refund for my fries. He said I would have to come back tomorrow; again I told him I was just passing through and we wouldn't be in that city again. He asked me to wait so he could get a manager for me to speak to. Manager hung up. I didn't bother calling back since I called twice regarding the situation.

Burger King Customer service at drive through window at night

Hello to whom this may concern I am a Uber driver and everytime I get order at this Burger King I have very bad customer service with the lady at the window. She isn't friendly and she don't help with questions and concerns about the customers order I pick up. I have report her many of times and no one responded but yet. Help me cause this make this Burger Kings not customer friendly.

Burger King Service at Drive Through

On 10/13 I pulled through the drive through to utilize a coupon received for a Family Bundle for $14.99. The menu board display $33.16 when ordering but changed to the correct pricing of $16.45. At the window I presented my debit card, without giving it a thought because the correct price was displayed, I collect my food and drove home, Upon arrival I noticed the receipt, I was charged $33.16. I immediately called the manager on duty and explained the problem. I had to drive back, round trip 20 miles to correct their mistake. Although the manager did make the price adjustment having been a manager/supervisor off 6 C-stores myself, in my opinion I should have been refunded the full price for my inconvenience. I enjoy the food @ BK and go their quite often but just feel like more should have been done!

Burger King rejection of my gift card even though I pulled it up on the app, and it had $25 still on it

gave the clerk the Burger King gift card that had been purchased from Kroger the week before... he came back and said the card was declined... we asked him to put it through again, in the meantime another clerk handed us the food part of our order, but not the drinks. He said it was still declined, so we pulled into the parking lot and checked the card on the Burger King App... card has $25.00 balance available. Went into the store, and showed the screen to the clerk, who tried again to run the card. Now it is declined with max attempts. He said that the Asst Manager was on her way coming to the store, and he took my number AND the gift card... I have not received a call about the card, and when I googled the store and tried to call- the number is disconnected [protected]

Desired outcome: I have no problem with them getting paid for the food, but I want the card back with the balance that should be on it, and I would appreciate a response in a timely manner

Burger King Chicken Nuggets and Mozzarella Sticks

Stopped at Burger King located on the Ft. Meade, MD army base. It was approximately 12:30 pm. Lobby was closed, therefore went to the drive thru. Service was extremely slow. At the screen, there were no fountain sodas available due to no CO. Ordered 2 each 8 piece chicken nuggets and 1 order of mozzarella sticks. Had an appointment at the Ft. Meade bowling center, which is right across the street. Sat down to eat. Either the grease was extremely old or the food was very stale. Had a bitter taste to it. Tried calling the number listed numerous time and got the fax sound. When I finally got thru, it was a recording asking to leave a message, in which I did. After my appointment, I went back to take the food back. The drive thru as well as the lobby were both closed at this time (appoximately 1.5 - 2 hours later). About 3 hours later, I started getting sick. I hope this is not the norm for this location.

Burger King I am an employee of Burger King in Gulfport Mississippi 25 ave

When I was hired at Burger King they told me that I was going to be 850 an hour when I gave my information to my manager for my direct deposit she did not put it in the system and then I went to pick my check up it was a written check and my hours or nothing was on there and then they didn't pay for overtime and I asked why the check was a written check and she didn't like I didn't give him for my overtime or anything like that and I'm trying to it's all this issue

Burger King cost of a whopper with cheese

I was charged around $7.50 for a Whopper on my BK app (Buy one get one free). the phone number for the store is in active so I can't call them to complain. I feel like the took advantage of me and stole money from me. I gave the cashier a $20.00 dollar bill and later realized I only received $12 dollars and some change back. a Whopper on the web says it's $4.19 I added cheese but don't think it should be a $7.50 burger w/ cheese. This is the BK on Southfield Rd near 12 mile in Southfield Michigan. I was not even given a receipt to see what the actual cost of the burger was.This was Saturday October 1, 2022 around 1:30 or so.

I went to Burger King at my specified location on 10-08-2022 at 7:15 pm. I ordered 3 whoppers, 3 cheeseburgers, 6 medium fries and 2 chicken sandwiches. I received my order in the drive thru and traveled home. When I get to my house I look and see that my 2 chicken sandwiches are missing as well as 1 medium fry. I go back down to the Burger King location and tell the employees I am missing the 2 chicken sandwiches and 1 medium fry. I get back to my house finally after a half hour of traveling and waiting and check my bag to see that they forgot my 1 fry yet again, AND the 2 chicken sandwiches I received have been depleted of chicken inside of them. All there is inside the chicken sand which is breading and a couple speckles of chicken. I am very disappointed and I would like to have something done about this. This was outrageous since I had to go back for their mistake not once, but TWICE. I have also taken a picture of the chicken sandwiches in question for proof to my point. The location of employees were a bunch of kids just joking around and goofing off inside with no professionalism what so ever. If there is a way I could get refunded for the items that would be great, but I just wanted to report this because I don’t want this happening to anybody else. Thank you.

Burger King Covid-19

I was employee and Burger King on Perkins ave in Sandusky Ohio I was sick for days I tried to call off 45 mins before my shift and was told I had to call off 3 hrs before my shift I still came to work sick and all then comes to find out I have Covid. It shouldn’t matter sick is sick 😷 specially dealing with food that you have to serve to the world. I’m not the only one that was sick in burger they need to all go get checked for Covid. I will never eat there again or any of my people for that matter

Burger King Douglas manager store 8311 laurel Bowie road

9/29/2022 4:39pm order 611913 went to drive thru bought this order number, then went home, and when I look there's missing item crispy chix the small bag is littered with fries and I can't even check the bottom! When I got home yup there's something missing, then went back they told me to go to the 2nd window and so I did, saw them preparing a bag, then DOUGLAS the manager hand it to me, of course I had the check it if it's correct, and of course it's wrong again, I Sai I was here earlier and you gave me an incomplete order then he grab another bag and when I grab the bag and check if it's right he even lectured me next time don't take bag that isn't mine?! Like what the f his the one messed up the order of course I need to check he didn't even apologize and shut the window on me!

Burger King Customer Service: PHL Airport

I work at the Philadelphia Airport in Terminal E, and today (9/27) I may around 9:40am, I ordered a Milkshake, as I did last week at te same time, and the young man said that “we don’t sell milkshakes until 10:00am.” But, when I told him that ‘I ordered one last week at the same time…’ he gave it to me, but in a cup that is for ice cream. When I complained, and told him that ‘the cup I had last week was bigger…’ he claimed that the young lady who waited on me “made a mistake.” I know better than that. See the image of the cup and screenshot of the transaction.

I only get a 30 minute break and wasted 5 minutes on a subpar milkshake…because of the size and service. Next stop: social media.

Burger King Customer service and badly served food

For the last visits to your business I have had cold burgers (4) with not dressing and very messy ( buns upside down and folded burgers. This has been at 2 locations here in Chicago and one on HW I57 South The responds at both location was rude and hurried, as if I was a bother. Maybe a review of the importance of customer service and pride of the product . I have not giving up. Ill try another location. I hope it is not a repeat of this

At store 5241 in Rockford Michigan seemed like there was only 2 people working the whole restaurant. The app wouldn't let me go from one section to another, I tried to restart it, but nothing worked on the app. so we pulled up to the drive through and the lady said she couldn't help and unless we had a code we couldn't purchase the deals that were advertised.

They didn't have the window where you usually pay manned. So we had to pay at the window where they serve food.

The person at the window wore the same gloves to take our payment, then serve our food. He had to run to the back of the restaurant to process the payment and came back with it wearing the same gloves. He went out to a car outside wearing the same gloves going in and out the the public used doors. So, basically handling everything without washing hands or changing gloves.

We finally ordered through the drive through and they didn't give us a receipt. So, we were unable to do the survey. So another possible "deal" not available to us. Very frustrating

Desired outcome: I would appreciate a response. Also educate workers about handling money and food without washing hands or changing gloves. A receipt for our transaction so that I can complete the survey. Respond to Terri Fullerton [protected]@sbcglobal.net

Burger King Burger King in Tinley Park, IL

Pulled into the drive thru at 9:50pm. I got no response after waiting and calling out to the intercom. Then I pulled around and called the store but no one answered. I happen to notice there was an employee working when I pulled around so I went back to thru. I pulled up and they stated they close at 10:00pm. I stated that it says online that they are open. Till 12am and that I pulled in n the drive-thru at 9:50pm and the associate said I don’t know what to tell you but we’re closed.

Desired outcome: To hold the store accountable and write up the employee/receive a got card for my unpleasant expierence
