The lady in the drive thru asked us to pull forward and they will walk our food out. The ticket seemed awfully high for what we have ordered so when the lady brought us our food 1. We asked her for some ranch dressing she only stared at us and then pointed to the bag. 2. I asked her how much a #1 combo meal was because we ordered just the whopper and a medium coke no fries and that was $9.59. 3. She did not bring us the ranch dressing:
She proceeded to tell me she had no idea how much it was and she did not offer me any answers to my questions and she had a bad attitude towards us. Now I can understand if this employee just hired on but this lady has been working here for a long time. Now if she has no idea how much the menu items are for this establishment, for as long as she has been employeed by your company, I believe her services will no longer be needed and let her go. Especially since her attitude most definitely is the worst I’ve ever seen from any employee I have ever come across in my life from Burger King. And I am 42 years old. I am not innocent and I am human and have had bad days and my attitude matched but I also knew how to set that aside and place a smile on my face in front of the customers because it was my job and I needed to do whatever to keep it.
Desired outcome: I would appreciate a response and I would like an apology. Plus I believe your restaurant should let her go because I am positive I am not the only one she is this way to
