When I entered facility there were —4people (cooks) standing in the back doing NOTHING! I saw one person getting an Oder ready. Up front there were THREE Women standing around talking Spanish. The people (cooks) in the back were speaking Spanish! I felt like I was in MEXICO, smh in todays times I can only wonder if they were Illegals. There was one white girl working the drive thru window (I felt sorry for her having to listen to them all day), NOBODY addressed me, spoke to me, said “I’ll be right with you” “Hello”, “Can I help you?” NOTHING!
A guy came in to fix a door and asked for the Manager and she was one of them standing right there! I stood there a bit longer and they just kept speaking Spanish to each other! After standing there for a total of -15-minutes, no exaggeration, I left! Completely disgusted, I had been traveling and we were hungry & tired and still had another -40minute drive in front of us after already traveling 4–Four hours from Delaware. We also had our dog with us additionally so it was a nusuince to get in & out of the vehicle and settled and we drove further into Frederick to a Roy Rogers.
I will NEVER eat at that location again! What a dissapoinent
Since nobody there spoke English that I could hear I think this is the Worst customer service I have experienced in a very long time!
I suggest you get some American workers and have a customer service training day very dissapointed!
Desired outcome: Free meal for two at another location,/-3- Giant Roast Beefs,,1-original and two fry’s. For my family meal that I didn’t get!
