I went to burger king on wednesday october 30th at 10 am. And I wanted to order breakfast. An the employee said " were not serving breakfast" an I said " what do u mean its only 10am. An I said well I have gotta breakfast here before with no problem, an its only 10 am. An then she said " well our grill isn't even turned on!" she was very rude when she said it. An I asked to speak to the manager. She left the window an then came back and with an attitude. An very rude like " our manager is not available. An I just gave her a mean nasty look. An said "i am goin to file a complaint against you. An I drove off.

Six of us go to this Burger King and and a friend of ours was feeding us for helping him move. We noticed it was getting late and decided to go in and order since there was six of us and take our food to go. However when we walked in the dinning room the girl approaches us and says the dinning room is closed already. It wasn't 10:00 yet and I said "I'ts not 10:00 yet". And she replies "yeah but our manager tells us to close at 9:50." (When we do get home with our food the reciept says 9:49. And that was after all the arguing!) So I told her "Fine I want to speak to your manager." Then the girl behind the counter goes "I'm sorry whats wrong?" And I tell her the same thing and that I worked fast food for 4 years and 2 as a manager" She gets an attitude with me too and finnally the manager comes up and asks whats wrong I tell him its not 10:00 yet! He says its fine and to take our order and walks off. Working fast food of course when I get home i check my food and everyone elses. Everone elses was fine but mine was soggy and nasty...And looked as though someone spit in it! On top of that I can't even get ahold of anyone for after hours complaints! I'll never eat at another Burger King again!
I drive alot and visit MANY fast food restaurants. One restaurant I visit on occasion usually cause I'm sick of everything else is Burger King. I have noticed at Every visit that their service is lacking and by the time I get the food it is usually COLD or is incorrect. How can we tell Burger King that they need to shape up...I mean come on - McDonalds can get people through the Drive through or at the counter WAY faster, make more food and has better service...BK is way behind the times. Today I stopped in to a local BK (Store 11440) and the gal at the window moved so slow that I wondered if I'd ever get my food...from opening the drive through window to getting my card, walking to the cc machine and then putting my card in the CC machine and getting the receipt and walking back to the window, opening the window and sloooowwwwlllllllyyyyyy giving my card back...I was appalled...I would have had this person fired for working like that. Then after waiting for another 5 minutes at the window this guy flies up to the window from inside and QUICKLY hands me my food and was polite and actually talked! - and I was like, wow, this guy should be the manager and they need about 10 more like him here...they could totally turn BK around...! Anyway, I wanted to point out that this isn't the only Burger King I've been to and that they all could use some pointers in the Customer Service Deparment - so, my thing lately is that Free Whopper you can get my doing the survey, yeah, I actually do those and tell them their service sucks...so, come on guys, do the survey, get a free burger and tell them how their service really is.
Oh! that is a guarantee cuss out there. Once a company wrongs me you can believe I will never do business with them again. No one should ever tolerate bad service. We the consumer holds the key to their success or failure you get enough people to not go there they would lose money thus closure!
Thats terrible, maybe the staff should use an alarm clock so they get to work on time and the grill will then be on at the correct time so they can serve the customers.

I live 5 miles from the buger king in hadley ma. I drove there twice in one week, and both times they forgot something from my take out order. I went back to speek with the manager. She opoligized for the mistake and wrote my name in the managers book. She explained that I could return any time and recieve my order again at no charge. So I went in today to recieve the food. The girl at the counter acted very put out by my request. She called on the manager that was on duty to help me. She went into the back to retrieve the book. When she came back she asked when this happend, I replied last week so she went to get a different book. She came back and said my name was not there. Now there was a very big backup on the line waiting to order, this made me uncomfortable. The manager now said I was not in any book. I watched the previos week when the manager put my name and order in the book! This manager now asked what was your complaint? I explained that I did not want to have to relive it again I was just looking for what I was promised. Again she said you are not in any book so I can not help you. I was very embaressed at this point, because the entire restaurant was looking at me now, and I did not bring any money because I did't think I would need it. I had to at this point leeve and go home for money for lunch. I took that money to the place I will be going from now on Mcdonalds!
I'm not normally one to complain. But I believe that people need to know this.
At approximately 8:15 am on November 21, 2010, I pulled into the drive-thru at Burger King, 181 South Broadway, Salem, NH [protected]. There were no cars ahead of me or behind me. In fact, I don't believe there were any patrons in the establishment at the time either since there were only one or two cars in the parking lot. I assumed that they belonged to the workers.
I placed my order which included a cup of decaf coffee. I pulled around to the window, paid, then was told by a guy working there that the coffee was brewing. He asked me to pull all the way around the building again or at least pull up so I was off his timer. I said that that's what timers are for, to see how long it takes to fill an order. I asked if there was anyone behind me. He said no. So, I told him I'd just wait at the window where I was. I didn't get his name.
Next the woman working there, Donna (at least that's what her name tag reflected), again, and more emphatically told me that I needed to pull over and park. There were still no other patrons behind me. She was getting pretty rude about it and stated it was within her right to make me move. So I told her that I'd just like my money back. She returned my money. I said that I needed her and his names to make a complaint. She refused, slammed the drive-thru window and locked it.
I went down the street to McDonald's, was treated great, and had my order very quickly.
Maybe it was just stupidity on my part for going to a Burger King that had no customers when the McDonald's down the street was, and always is, busy. However, it doesn't surprise me that this Burger King isn't busy when people are treated as I was.
To the potential patrons of this establishment, I'm merely reiterating my experience.
To the store manager/owner/whatever, I'm guessing that these two were not acting independently and have been instructed to keep the wait-time down. But inconveniencing and being rude to customers shouldn't be the way to do it. I'd recommend keeping the wait-time down by being prepared and properly trained.
To the Burger King management and leadership team above the store manager level, I'd offer that you have a problem here that needs to be addressed.
