on 4/13 at 2:45pm in Long Beach at Burger King 2 E Park Ave, Long Beach, NY 11561, I was ordering at the counter and after 10-15 miniutes, I noticed that my sandwhich was already made and everyone else was already being service. I politely in a low tone said 'excuse me - is that mine?'. She didn't answer, then bagged it, but put it so far away from me (over 4ft) that i didn't even think it was mine. Then she eventually shifted the bag near me and said 'HERE! SINCE YOU WANNA RUSH ME. TAKE YOUR BAG!"
I don't need to be spoke to like that. I did nothing wrong and was not rude nor loud to deserve a response like that. In defence and with embarassment (full store, plus I am diagnosed with PTSD - chronic, plus Depression and axiety), I said 'all i said was is that mine. i was wating. i didn't rush anything.
GOOD BYE! GOOD BYE! GOOD BYE! GOOD BYE! LEAVE! YOU WANA RUSH ME, LEAVE! GOOD BYE
In embarassment and full of further anxiety, I left.
I then called to speak to a mgr, then someone (sounded like here) said she was simone and claimed to be the mgr, and I asked if she heard the engagement that just took place. She hung up and never picked up again.
