So, I gave these guys my money to get me some licenses and they said they'd give me a call, but they never did. I don't think I can trust them, and I'm thinking about asking for my money back. If they don't follow through with what I paid for, I'm definitely going to demand a refund!

I gotta say, this Business Licenses LLC ain't worth the money. The way they treat customers is straight up terrible. They don't seem to care about your problems and just wanna argue with you like a moody teenager. I shelled out $300 for them to file my biz license, but all they did was send me some forms I coulda found for free online. And I still gotta pay the county on top of that! They totally lied about what they were gonna do for me and charged way too much for it. Don't waste your time or money with these jokers.

i thought i was gettin a biz license n some papers to fill out but i aint got nothin. i told em i want my money back but no one answers the phone.

I paid for a service from Business Licenses LLC 2 months ago and still haven't got any licenses. The city is asking for the application again and again. I emailed them and told them it's been 2 months and the city is asking for another application, but they said it would be done in 7 days after approval. It's been 2 months and I'm not happy with this company. I'm gonna contact the attorney general in Nevada about Business Licenses, LLC. They're located at ***.

I purchased a business license package for $99.99 while obtaining services. The package seemed to offer assistance with identifying and completing licenses. However, I only received a list of licenses, including unnecessary ones, with links to forms and filing information. Subsequently, the company proposed to complete and file the forms for an additional $299.99, which was my initial assumption of the service provided. This led to a feeling of being misled.

I acquired services from legalzoom on April 21st for my company's registration and permits. They promised delivery by May 10th, but it's still processing. Despite multiple attempts to contact them over 2 weeks and opening 3 support cases, I've received no response. I spent $500 and am dissatisfied with their service. I want a refund. I was frustrated and confused, so I called them and they said they made a mistake and I actually needed more permits than they originally thought. They offered to refund me, but I decided to stick with them since they already started the process. In the end, they did get all the permits and licenses I needed, but it took longer than expected and was more expensive than I originally thought. Overall, I would recommend Business Licenses LLC if you don't mind the extra cost and time it takes to get everything done.

Four different people put me off, and I was told I only had to fill out a questionnaire, but it turned into a spreadsheet. I wasted $3600 on truck insurance that I can't use. The last person I talked to didn't send me a copy of the application before submitting it to the ***, and they filled it out incorrectly. Now, I have authority as a broker when I needed authority as a motor carrier, and my DOT and MC numbers still aren't active. I missed out on a $156-200k job offer from a logistics warehouse because they hired someone else. My order number is ***. The person who submitted the application lied to me and said they sent me a copy, but I have emails to prove they didn't.
