Hello Sir/madam

I’m Simranjit singh

I live in 2-235 milltown blvd st stephen NB. I have “2011 scion TC car (coupe). Recently i took my car for oil change on 8th sep near about 4:30pm location 250 King St, St Stephen, NB E3L 2E5

After oil change i did some chores and went to work. I do two jobs so usually i use my car a-lot.

Soon after 5 days on 13th sept my drive was rough and heating up,Then i checked my car oil, it was all empty. Which was quite shocking thing for me.

Right after i parked my car in front of Canadian tire so they can check

They found out oil filter seal was not fixed properly ,it was leaking.

Firstly, I got the treatment done, but they never even apologized for the mistake they have done

Secondly, oil which i bought by myself it was ‘ Castrol extended performance in high mileage” while changing they didn’t even asked me which one was used previously.

While asking them they just mentioned its good one thats it!

Main purpose for writing this email is i got shocked with this kinda behaviour they showed me i never expected this from canadian tire people.

Now i’m problem that my car engine is making knocking sound.Moreover, it a sports model and not even showing me the exact performance which i had it before . If something happened to my car i have to take legal action.

Please take a look into this matter check my car. In this world just two things matters to me just my family and my car.

This is second time i am sending this and my car noise is going bad engine knocking

I’ll wait for your considerable response.or soon I will take another steps thanks
