I recently purchased winter tires and rims from Canadian Tire. When I went to pick them up I provided my payment confirmation as I purchased them online. The gentlemen went to get the tires and the rims and when he came out he had them on a cart. He then proceeded and said that the tires and rims are ready and when you are done loading them in your vehicle please bring back the cart. I am not sure if it your policy as I called back to ask a Canadian tire worker, but I think it would of been helpful if the canadian worker would have helped to push the cart that was heavy outside the doors and also to help load the tires and rims into my car. I think that would of been common courtesy to ask if I needed some help instead it was just brought out and that was it. I was very surprised by this customer service. Canadian tire is a place where so many heavy items are purchased and being a female it is not always possible to load everything in your car yourself and I don't see anything wrong with helping out a customer. I was not happy at all. I ended up having to do it myself which was very hard and challenging. For that reason I also ended declining the warranty that Canadian tire provided and also have them put the tires on for me as I thought the customer service was not good. I hope with this email going forward that this would be something that Canadian tire does take in to consideration with there customers
