as usual my wife requested a trip via Careem application. after the captain come and my wife enter the car, he refused the destination and was shouting that this location is too much far and will not go there.
the driver asked my wife to go outside of the car with non polite way as he refused to go to the requested location and the trip was cancelled.
actually it is the first time to see such type of driver in Careem network as i am using Careem for long time.
also such type of driver will lead to bad reputation of your respective company.
attached is the information of that driver.
I am requesting first to do investigation regarding that driver and take disciplinary action . Secondly to deposit 5 km in my package that was deducted due to cancellation.

careem's go car service
After booking my ride I waited for around 7 minutes and when I rechecked captain's location, he had moved further away. Upon calling he told me to wait for further 10-15 minutes. And when I cancelled my ride it gave me a balance of negative 150. Kindly solve this matter and refund the amount as it is your system's mistake to give us a ride which is available.

I do not have the satisfaction of this kind of affirmation that I have faced many problems every time it is false and I have never mentioned anything about myself because I just wait for the time to be lost. But this time I had a loss of Rs 80000 per hour, I was not crazy that since that day, e mailing this day, I will not use your ride in the same way as I used to do three days or four days later. If you do not have a ride for a ride, then I have a service of uber because you are going to use a great rider. Your problem is the service. I will definitely say that you have lost the good riders and I am going to tell you your mistake that your company will see that your company only sees its benefits. The front itself does not take responsibility, the Careem Company is a selfish company.

negative balance in wallet, although full payment has been made
Last time on 18.4.2018, I called a careem for drop towards my destination, but unfortunately captain bike had been punctured and he dropped me at the center of my destination, and he charged full as per my fare, I gave him.. Full payment, but the thing is that, now my wallet showing negative balance of rs: 51/=, why?

I started using careem just now. It was my First Ride.I was just checking "how to make call" on careem. I had no Idea about call or cancelling the call. I have been charged rupees 97 upon checking & knowing about your services. It was an unfair deduction. Kindly credit back my deducted amount to my careem wallet. I will be thankful to you.

Careem has such a filthy and greedy management here in pakistan. They are getting greedy day by day taking away all gurantee amounts and bonuses away by mentioning that they do it keeping in mind captains earning . Even a little child can tell after reading that there's nothing in it for for captains to save. Careem is corrupt like politicians here. Go Careem Go.
First they ended bonus for captains then increased number of rides for gurantee n now this [censor] company took away gurantee amount aswell. All this happened within 3 months. The management here is filthy ans greedy like foxes.
careem pick and drop services overall
AoA, I've been using careem since it started functioning in pak but nowadays specially in Karachi I'm facing a lot of trouble due to this service. Following are the issues which I and other clients of careem are facing:
1. Careem provides a ride which is not closest to the client location.
2. After booking captains don't agree to come most of the times.
3. Captains lie about their locations and arrive if it's convenient for them. They never see convenience of the client.
4.Most of the time clients are called by the captains to their locations instead of moving to the clients location.
5. The basic purposes of careem is to get a car earlier which fails when every time u need to cancel 3 to 4 rides for getting 1 hour at least.
6. Example of above all:
I booked first car yesterday at 2050, but the captain refused, the 2nd car didn't arrive till half an hour, then I booked 3rd ride towards which I had to move and I reached it by 2140 almost. If I would have booked a simple taxi for me it'd have never taken 50 minutes. Then I received another alert that I had a negative balance of almost 200.
If the client is suffering and he's the one who will be charged then what's the purpose of this careem service.
7. Last but not the least, captain's never behave in a sensible manner, so plz set some basic rules and regulations for a captains.
In the end I'd just request to improve it as we don't have enough time once we're on move.

driver and the - ve balance system
Last month i have booked careem autoo in lahore. I give the exact location and i wait there but the captain did not came and i wait for 10 miniutes but hecan not arrived. After that i came to now that he cancelled my ride and debited me -ve balance of 50 that is not fair. I have talk that caption for two times on phone but after that he didnot pick my phone. Such type of doing -ve balance is not fair. There should be a system that if a capatoin cancelled the ride he should be -ve balance by his costumer.

Captain tried to charge me more than what the fare Careem estimated after I refused to pay extra after checking the proper amount on his phone and paying that. 30 minutes later I check my account to see that I have a negative balance equal the amount I just paid.
I would like Careem to resolve this and remove the negative balance and quite possibly ban the captain so that he's not able to scam other people.
My rides with Careem have been splendid up till now and this is the first issue I've had. I have submitted a complaint about the ride via the Careem app so I hope to hear from Careem soon.

I 've faced many troubles lately using you service starting from rude drivers, call centre agents and supervisors who lie to my face and proved they understand nothing to the app malfunction as one of your employees explained.
I complained alot but in vain. No help was offered and all what i hear is apologies with no vivid solutions or even little effort to make it better or make me feel better.
Last issue was yesterday where i wasin a deserted road and your captain said his GPS is not working and stopped in the middle of the road and wasted my time, besides being very scared, and when i called your agents she said clearly how to expect me to help you and asked me to give him my phone to use it. Seriously?!
I paid nothing for this trip as i was very upset and i took off in an empty area with no people or buildings around to find a taxi or anyone who can help.
After all this, i contacted them and they sent a mail making it very clear that they are not going to offer the required assistance unless they know how much i paid!
Aren't you supposed to be a respectaful professional company?! Is this the level of service expected from you?!
I just wanted to make it very clear how much i am disappointed in you and that i will never be using Careem again. I already deleted the app.

Today I booked a ride for my father to darul sehat. the captain deduct the money from my account and charged full fare from my mother too instead of 257...
he added 50% back to my account according to 257 which was 128...
he charged 150 extra and didn't include it in fare..
