i'm complaining about careem behaviour
my account has been permanently blocked by No reason . I launched complaint so many of times but careem managment don't answer me why they blocked my Id. Managment tells me provide car Document CNIC numbers etc. I send them all their desires documents but my account has been still blocked nd there's no response from the entire management of careem.thy provide me a help line number for further updates regarding my Id but that given number isn't responding from last few week.I accept loans by frnds nd family to fulfil all the needs. There's very clearly written in careem policy tht thy permanently block all those who has done a serious crime like harassment or killed a murder etc. But i hv never done all of these because i knew my limits. I respect all the riders nd well behave with them. Its my humble request to the desire ones pls hlp me out. Open my blocked Id to serve riders nd behalf on them to my family.

I had book my ride at about 10:30 am today from Sector C Askari 11 Lahore Pakistan to Daewoo Terminal Thikar Niaz Bage.
Mr. Muhammad Waqas Tassadaq driving white WagonR Reg #LEE-8606 pick the rid. After waiting for 15 minutes whe call him he responded that he is on the way.
His location on app was not visible. After another 10 min i call him again he still could not locate the way to my pick point. As he was actually bussy some where and was not started yet moving. Cos i was getting late so i requested if he is not interested he can cancel the ride. But he insist that he is coming.
After a wait of next 15 min when i call again he started abusing and say to be patient we are serving u with fatigue etc bla bla.
I told him that i am getting late and will lost my ticket wich was booked on Daewo from LHR to RWP but he started abusing and ask u may cancel i am not coming and not cancelling the ride.
With no other option left i had to cancel the ride and book a fresh ride.
I would like to see a strict action against him with feedback be provided as well

Im a regular careem customer and I'm glad to say that your service sucks and you are very good in taking money from people.
I have been trying to reach your uselss call centre but it seems that you stopped hiring human beings and started using robots to answer the phones and then disconnect!
I have complained on your stupid application and a stupid person replied to me like an idiot without even understanding what im saying to avoid.
I booked a ride today from Dubai Mall to Churchill Towers at 02:41PM and your [censored]ing taxi driver was late and never called me! I was waiting for 20 mins in the heat and then when I called to check where is he mentioned that he's on another side of the mall, didn't even bother to call and when I asked him to pick me up from the location I was, he refused and mentioned RTA cabs are not allowed some [censored]! and then you guys flicked 16aed from my card as cancellation fees although the ride was booked on cash basis so you basically stole the money!
I need a callback from your management and I need the money back or else I will raise this with the police and its not a joke.

We have encountered inaccurate waiting time information the past two days. First one, immediately was cancelled. Second one, after seeing that travel time of the captain kept increasing. Obviously, he will not reach the arrival time.
I have complaint to refund the costs, but aside from taking more than 24 hrs to respond, they had rather attest to their system error.
Another thing, they were supposed to credit to my account another cancellation, abd I have kept following up -- still nothing is done.
This is their modus, and will keep your hooked in the attempt to consume back the credit the have mistakenly charged you.

we requested a careem taxi in the airport on Sunday morning 22nd september.
First of all the car was very smelly and we really suffocated.
Second, the car wasn't parked in the airport. The driver dropped a client and directly came to the airport to pick us.
Third, he made us walk a very long distance because obviously he didnt park in the dedicated airport parking to avoid paying the parking fees.
He drove through a longer distance and a longer road to our house although i made sure to tell him no to do so.
At the end, the rate we paid for this trip was not worth it and we really regret using this service.
On what basis are we charged a 35 aed for airport pickup whereas the car simply didnt pay for anything at the airport and made our life a hell to just pick us up.
What difference from a regular taxi is your service if the car is so smelly that we literally wanted to vomit throughout the entire trip?
Why did the driver take a longer road?
Why wasn't there any transparency about the additional charges we had to pay ?
We are a family that was hoping to have a quality service trip to our home, but our experience was terrible and we were annoyed the whole trip and it even became worse when the driver told us the amount we had to pay especially that this wasn't informed to us earlier or clearly communicated in the price estimate .
We are dubai citizens and definitely this latest experience changed our perspective towards careem services .

The services which careem is providing in Pakistan is based on cheating and fraud . Their calculation, the rules are all fake, when ever some one books the ride they never ever charge either the base fare or even the max fare .I have complained number of times, but unfortunately the people also working in this organization are incompetent and incapable of solving the issue ..
Please kindly keep a check and balance and, regulate them to be fair in dealing .
It seems like this company is full of greed and hunger, and focuses on grabbing money from the poor and local people.

yes thats true i bought 20 rides for 1k and as per the package i was supposed to per 58% off per ride and whenever i estimated the amount before confirming my ride it used to give me 100 something maximum amount but unfortunately i took 3 rides i was cost with 350 plus amount i took screen shot of my estimated amount and the ride they took money from me but no good to me they never resolved my issue, i stooped using careem coz of poor customer service i was not refunded my amount either
Careem in Pakistan is just fraud, cheat and a scam. Not even the customer .also their drivers are fedup with them they don't even pay their drivers . I had asked Soo many drivers and most of them has this complain and are regretting.i wish and hope some one suits a case on this company and they gave a heavy penalty.

unauthorized credit card charges
An amount of QR. 89/ was deducted from my credit today morning at 7:01 AM(23-09-19) by CAREEM NETWORKS FZ L.
I never request or purchase a rides, the deduction is unacceptable without my knowledge, kindly arrange to rectify this problem ASAP and credit the amount QR. 89 to my account within the day.

I take a taxi twice a day in Dubai travelling between The Villa and Outsource Zone.
The Careem Rideshare Dubai app is not very good.
It will not accept my home address at The Villa.
Admittedly, the app has improved a bit in recent times and will now accept my neighbour's address.

I received an email message to say I still owe AED 18.00 to this terrible service provider.

My line I use for careem is +[protected].i was being charged a fare while I am ordering careem and the driver who was supposed to pick me up did not give me a chance to pick up his call and canceled his call, right away without waiting a min to pick me up. I would like a refund for the money I was charged on my account since I was charged without a significant reasoning.

Althogh Careem help centre provided response to each and every mail but never provide me contact details of said office and every time they write that problem is resolved already.

On Wednesday, 11th September my kids booked Careem from GEMS Wellington Al Khail to Umm Suqeim 1. The driver refused to listen to the request to go left and instead turned right which adds more to the fare. The kids were still requesting the driver turn around when possible & resume the correct route. He did not. He stopped on a road & refused to drive. My daughter was very upset & scared. He then drove & told the children to get out 1.5 km from home at 820pm at night with 6 bags. My children had finished school, gym and swimming training. They walked home by themselves and were frightened that something may happen. How can this be a part of the Careem service? This is unacceptable, unprofessional & unsafe. Please, please follow up on this incident. I have attached a photo of the license plate & video of the incident. The final photo is where he told them to get out.
On Tuesday, 17th September, my son booked a Careem from home in Umm Suqeim 1, to DAA Dubai Americans Academy. As shown in photo. The driver, did not follow google maps clear directions or my son's request with directions & went completely the wrong way on purpose. The driver stated that my son was going to a mall & had booked this. I spoke to the driver myself and explained that the ride was booked for Dubai American Academy and not a mall. My son had his swimming bags with him! As a result this added 30 dirhams to the cost. Unacceptable! This is not the first time drivers fail to listen to clear instructions as my son knows the way. I will report every incident from here on in as I am paying for a service that brings my children safety & honestly to the destination and on time. Please refund my money as this is fraudulent behaviour.

I was waiting near PMDC Islamabad. i need urgent ride. so book a bike ride. but the captain never arrive. My 1 hour was wasted. I have book two. no one arrived. At the end i was Rs 80 first and Rs 80 second times. I was in a difficult condition. Why am i being charge if captain never arrived to my location. They are making easy money. Stop this fraud.
Fraudulent drivers
on 1st of septemben 2019 I booked a career delivery to get few makeup items delivered to my friends house that i had forgotten to bring. The fare it showed at the time of booking was Rs. 90 as it wasnt that far away. i had an outstanding charge of Rs. 189 for previous cancellation. I received a notification that for this delivery I will be billed with the outstanding charge. The rider accepted the ride when he was 20 minutes away and also showed as arrived even when he was 20 minutes away from the pickup location this incurred an exhuberent charge on me as i allegedly kept the captain waiting for 20 minutes. I complained about this and i got the refund for that amount. But the issue for this ride goes deeper when the driver arrived at the delivery location I sent out my friend to pay him and collect the items I gave 1000rs for a ride that showed 280Rs. And the driver did not give a penny back even when my friend asked him twice he just said it is adjusted in the ride and the negative balance. At that point my negative balance was still showing. I am so disappointed in careem captains that i will not be using their services anymore. It isnt the loss of this amount but being cheated so audaciously that has me turning away from the company. Now I understand careem did not have a hand in that driver cheating me out of a 1000 for a ride that was for 90, but I will be campaigning against the company's services until that driver is let go as this sort of behavior is highly unacceptable escpecially in delivery rides where sometimes you trust the captains with some valuable stuff to be delivered to you. Bonus reverse issue
Sir, despite so many times requested to careem helpline numbers, emails and approach their Islamabad offices but nil response. It is clear to you we are regular careem partner/captain and using since last two years. But on 25/08/2019 careem reversed our - 6900 weekly and daily bases all 8 bonuses with such baseless statement" amount reversed 100% from - 6900 bonuses for fraud"
Dispute/issue on bonus reversal without any legal reasons... Careem issued statement is totally baseless and false because we are very honestly and loyal partners of careem since last two years...
Kindly recheck my driver account payment cycle from 18/08/2019 to 24/08/2019 and re-add our bonus payment to our account please.
