Iwant to complain about very bad experience about ride was unsafe and I was worried about the captain who doesn't know the ways and the length of the ride and the distance.
I spoke to customer service and asked to file a complaint and told me how much to pay

I have been sending email since yesterday evening regarding my charges against car number AGY-932 Go Mini White Mehran. Time 9:54 am from Dhoke Ratta To KRL Hospital. But no respond from careem. Careem still has not added remaining amount in my wallet. Look in to this matter and return my amount that was charged extra . Estimated amount was 180 but I was charged Pkr 385 Without peak factor. Take it serious and return my remaining amount asap.

I called for a taxi on Friday 23 August to Business Bay 1. Taxi ride was good. My husband & l paid the taxi fare of 35.50Dhs & taxi driver outlined we had a unpaid previous unpaid balance of 70 Dhs. negative balance in my wallet

Good Morning.
I am Sruthy, living at Dubai, United Aab Emirates.
I started using Careem from 25th August 2019, Sunday. I was charged and paid for rides under below Reference IDs, but my wallet shows negative balance.
1) Sunday - [protected] - Fare charged was AED 38 and wallet showed a negeative balance AED 38
2) Monday - [protected] - Fare charged was AED 46, but the payment was made for AED 84 and wallet started showing negeative balance AED 84 (38+46).
Please check and get back to me for the clarifications required, if any and kindly make arrangement to refund AED 38, which I paid extra on Monday and moreover, as I will be regular user of Careem, kindly initiate to award some promotions and discounts.

Careem networks FZ the total of 511 euros in four payments of €127.92 on my 4B MasterCard debit catch

Since Uber took over Careem, it's gone from being really good to completely [censored]. You are often shown as being 15-30 minutes from your pick up point, when you are at your pick up point. Maybe because of this, the app allows driver who are 20 to 30 minutes away to accept your request, even when you can see that there are many captains just 1 or 2 minutes away. When you are asked to explain why you cancelled, 'captain is a whole [censored]ing hour away, and I know for certain there are 4 or 5 just round the corner' is not listed as an option.

From the day Careem was purchased by Uber they're fooling customers with peak factors increased pricing,
I had ride and my amount became 402Rs and I gave Captain 500Rs, He said I don't have change and I'm going to add remaining amount in your account which was added and was deducted by Careem without my consent even I had not used any other ride or did any cancellation, now they even don't have any contact no. to complaint, I mailed them but no one contacted me back or resolved the issue.

My credit has been deducted in two days without any transaction or ride bookings. Total 100 rupees have been deducted without notice and any reason. I want the credit back! On 9th August pkr 100 was deducted and on 10th August another pkr 100. From a credit of 394 i am left with 194. I want a claim for the money lost. I want a proper compensation for this.

Don't ever trust your cards (debit/credit) with careem
I have been using careem services for last few years. Enough time to trust careem with my personal credentials of credit/debit cards. Few days after adding my meezan bank's debit card as an payment method in careem ios application, on 23rd of july 2019 I received a message from meezan bank regarding debit of electronic funds of pkr 497 from my account against internet purchase careem networks pakistan, followed by a meezan bank's email informing deduction of funds from my account.
I was surpirsed that I didn't even availed any ride or careem's online package then who used my card for unauthorised transaction. I immediately talked to bank representative to deactivate my debit card to prevent further damage and inquired about the fraudulent activity performed on my card. He confirmed me that your card has been charged by careem networks pakistan as mentioned in the email.
I contacted careem's helpline, subsequent to meezan bank's helpline, he checked my careem acoount's history but surprisingly there wasn't any ride/package availed on 23rd of july 2019. I asked him to probe into this purchase thoroughly that who performed this transaction, careem representative said that he don't have needed access to probe further and told me to "report a problem" using mobile application, mention all the details you have, add relevant screenshots of transaction and email you received. I followed the course but not received a single callback or a word from careem network on my complaint. I repeatedly raised this issue for many days, explaining problem faced every time to different representative, I even talked to careem service centre's supervisor, he assured an update on my complaint within 24 hours time span and never called me back.
Such non-serious attitude wasn't expected from such a reputed and well established brand. But yes this implies careem is compromising and violating data integrity and authorising fraudulent activities on people's credit/debit cards.
Now it's not about my pkr 497 (I even spent nearly same fraction on phone calls, urging escalation of problem), it's about loss of time and mental stress incurred in the process of resolution of the problem.
Alright careem, now I have decided to explore cyber crime proceedings against careem networks pakistan for electronic fraud as per cyber crime bill 2016 of pakistan and I will raise my voice on every forum to reveal true face of careem, initiating legal proceedings simultaneously.

now about the driver his trip to my location it's expected time was 9 minutes and he takes 45 minutes and the first 30 minutes he wasn't moving and when he pressed that's he arrived my location he was too away from my location then I walked to the end of the Street but couldn't see him and when I call him on his number he opened the line and didn't answer then I called him to careems number the first phase he said why didn't cancelled the trip when seen it this away I said to him why you didn't then he said to him where are you I didn't see you at my location the he started yelling and Insulting and threatening and he is coming to beat me so I said to him come where are you am waiting then after two minutes careem customer service called me and I told her what happened and this happened...
by the way until careem couldn't reserve my rights I will reserve it by myself and I'm going to claim my rights driver by police.. .

This Email serves to request the Careem Team to look into my matter with urgency:
I have got the message of my ID blockade today. I have contacted the Careem Office in Rawalpindi, there told me that it's permanently blocked. And they didn't tell me the reason.
What I suspect, happened yesterday night, when my car stopped in the middle of the road due to the fuel pump malfunction while I was with my ride (customer). I tried my best to resolve the issue but couldn't resolve it without the help of the mechanic. I humbly requested my customer to initiate another careem ride with his app. so that customer could leave within time. When I finished my the ride with the customer the fare was 269 Rs, since it was my mistake that I couldn't drop him to the destination so I didn't took even a single Rupee from him. I also apologized him for not making him drop at the destination.
This fuel-pump malfunction occurred due to the negligence of the Suzuki Azim Motors staff where I went for the monthly inspection/service and oil change purpose.
I deeply regret the incident, but I couldn't have dealt in a better way.
I request the Careem Support to please look into this matter, as I have a family to feed and Careem is the only source of income for me and my family. Moreover, you can also check with my ratings and my previous records to justify my request. Also, I can come up with the Invoice of the car inspection due to which this unfortunate incident occurred to verify my claims.

I have been a captain for more then 2 years now and i am really unhappy how careem rates are. Fuel price when company started was 75Rupees per litre now fuel hiked by 115 rates are still same. I left my job to work with careem 1st year was perfectly fine but now it's worst i complained 1000 times on the forms you send but company don't do anything about it.
I leased the car to work with careem its hardly taking out the loan money i am in very difficult situation right now. And no one seems to help
Why waste money on people and offices where no complains about there employees are heard or solved. I and many other captains are facing big issues please i request you to not abuse us like this.
