Have a good day.
My account has been blocked, I went into the careem Head office DHA Lahore and acknowledged my mistake. The officer in the careem office insisted that he could not help me in this regard. They told me That I can email on [protected]@careem.com
Last night I contacted by email. So he said, please contact Lahore Head Office.
I started working with careem by resigning from my textile job four months ago. And worked hard. And I did not even think about my mistake, if I had been aware, I would never have done such a mistake.
I am the father of four children's. and I live in the rental house, and I am very upset due to work.
I apologize with careem management, giving a guarantee that there will be no complaint from me in the future.
So, once a chance, I would be grateful to the cream administration.

deleting go+ rides in careem islamabad

I drive my Corolla 2006 in Careem at Islamabad. I love and respect my job. I purchased my car 1500cc to join Careem before 2 months. I drove in Go+ before but unfortunately now this ride option is no more available and now I have to drive in Go. In Go ride 660cc cars and 1500cc recieve same income which is totally unfair with We Captains with 1500cc cars as our fuel expenses are double to that of 660cc car.Due to this reason we 1500cc car Drivers achieve less. Even our cars have more spacious and more luggage space compared to small cars. This is totally unfair, we deserve the Go+ ride because we serve more and the same way our expenses are high compared to small cars or lift back cars.
I suggest to reactivate Go+ rides again in Islamabad. The same old way. That was sensible even for customers to have 3 option better than 2 options because we Sedan car owners can no more be able to continue with careem in Go rates instead of Go+.this way if customers require sedan cars they will have only one option bussiness class and the Go+ which was cheaper than bussiness is not available now.Better to increase options for customers instead of decreasing it. And we Go+ Captains here have to unfortunately quit due to zero income in Go.
Please continue Go+ service in Islamabad for betterment of three of us Careem, Captains and our Rides.

Mera nam sabir ali hai. Pakistan. Karachi. Jab hum se rating le jati hai to us per humy feedback q nahe ata.koi bhe complaint karen koi respond karne wala hai he nahe jaise. Helpline per 3.4min ke call din main 5.6 bar karne k bawajod koi call received nahe karta. Why ? Kam se kam itna to ho k aise caller ko call back ai careem se k jis ne 5.6 bar call kar k apna balance zaya kya.zahir hai caller ko koi to problem hoge. Thanks
Your Customer support is really pathetic. Neither you are satisfying the customer nor is your captain happy with you.
Whenever I interact with you as a customer/passenger, your agents always remain vert reserved. Seems like their job is not to solve the problem, rather they have been appointed for copying and pasting the drafts in the reply to the disputes and emails. Have some shame and raise your standards. Ask your [censor] agents to get little bit open with the customer/captain.

On January 05th, 2018 i got a captain for my ride Name: Ameer Ali Cheema with mobile number [protected]. But he refused to come and asked me to cancel the ride for which i was charged PKR 180.
This happened once before with me and i was charged PKR 100 while the ride was cancelled by the captain.
Kindly make sure that the captain will follow the rules and once accepted the ride shall come for pick-up.

I booked a Careem service last Sat, Dec 30, 15:12 at (opposite) Hana Center 1 - Dubai. Obviously it should be opposite but when I called the captain, he told me he was at the back of the Carrefour (which is exactly opposite the location I had informed. He was rounding and I kept asking why he had to take turns when he can directly take the road leading directly to the direction where we are supposed to be at. But he just kept on browsing with his phone. I let it pass and just kept quiet (it was my first to ride and I did not have any idea). He told me he doesn't have any change for a bill so he may stop by at any store to have a change. I did not realize that my waiting will be charged as well! That was so surprising! It took me how many minutes waiting for him to come back. And I hate to discover that I had been charged with waiting?

The driver didn't come to the pick up and told he was standing somewhere close .
I explained him the way but instead of coming to the location he just wandered and waited for 10min so that he could cancel it and put me in negative balance.
I am a regular good faithful customer of career and also a strong promoter of it to my friends and family but this incident has put me off .
Please resolve this issue and remove negative balance from my account

I took a ride on 1st Dec from city walk to atana hotel with driver Shakeel Anwar. It was around 10.30 pm. Our hotel hotel atana was just a straight ride from mall. I also saw fair was not more than 40 aed.
When journey was complete charge was 55 AED! I don't understand. He was also driving slowly and taking side routes. Why did careem predict a lower fair? The next day we drove ourselves and straight down sheikh Zayed road in 8mins reached our destination.Its my first time and I was planning to use later. But not if this misinformation is going on.

Issue: Promocode misapplied
Details: On 28 November 2017, I had used the mastercard offer of first free ride (upto 60 Dhs in UAE) and embarked on the first journey. Apparently for the first ride no promocode is required. I had anyways saved the promocode for subsequent rides.
When I finished my journey, I noticed that I had been charged fully for the ride as the system is not integrated to differentiate between first ride or not irrespective of the promocode entered.
The compliant to customer service team was not resolved amicably and no refund of the erroneous charge was agreed to be reversed either fully or partially. Thus I requested for an escalation point. The customer representative said there is no escalation point as per the company policy and that I am obliged to listen to the customer representative only.
1. How is it possible that there is no escalation matrix for a service oriented industry?
2. Why is there no way a customer can call and talk either, only emails are admissible mode of communication.
3. IF there is a system integration issue, why inconvenience the customer
While I do not blame the individual customer representative here, my concern is with the team attitude and lack of other means of resolution/escalation. Makes us feel like we are a "captive customer" and bound to listen to 1 person.
