On Jan. 2, 2024, I underwent endoscopic orthopaedic surgery for an injury that I suffered requiring repair of cartilage in my right knee. My schedule confirmed flight was for 01/15/2024. However I was unable to honor that date because of recovery time and therapy. On or about Jan.8, 2024, I called to have a postponement of my flight and was finally given a new Date of Feb. 10,2024 and request to show proof of Dates of physical therapy. I provided that. I went further to provide proof of my surgery inclusive of date and time, admission and discharge and a letter from the Surgery department with other medical records with the surgeon's findings etc.
On I/30/2024, I uplifted my medical records of the procedure and forwarded same to the reservation dep, t and the agent I spoke to put me on hold to consult with her manager. She returned and told me that her superior stated that I was denied because the documents must have Letterheads : one of which clearly showed. I however paid the sum of around $172. USD to get my reservation. I am kindly asking that my documents can be reviewed and a refund as determined by you be granted by you. My booking reference is, 2SX53S. Frequent flyer #[protected]. If requested I will be happy to provide any other information to assist in determinating your response.
Yours Truly,
Ferdinand Lambert.
