Purchased on October 2, 2024, 3 tickets from New York to Georgetown this flight was delayed for more than 6 hours, we received a called from the airline regarding the delayed, but me and my family were already at the airport. I cancelled the flights because we needed to be in Guyana asap to attend a funeral. I contacted Caribbean Airline regard my refund they told me it was being processed as of today I did not receive any refund back. I had reached out to my credit card company to void the charges, but they reversed the charges back to my credit card. Please advise I have been calling the customer service multiple time, but no answer please help.

Caribbean Airlines has given you the run-around on more than one occasion, and it is quite unfortunate that this has caused problems for you. Since your credit card company has already reversed their investigation, you can now address the customer support escalation team at Caribbean via their email or social media accounts. When reaching out to them include all pertinent information such as ticket numbers and confirmation codes.
If you ever notified them prior or if the issued out direct messages went unanswered, then go ahead and file a complaint with the U.S. Department of Transportation (DOT) under their aviation consumer protection c division. Such situations or rather scenarios makes it obligatory for airlines to provide for the flight cancelation refunds. Its okay to hassle them to get your money back, they shouldn’t take that long to refund you!
