On 11/12/23 my daughter and i went to Carls Jr. #1102340 with a mailed coupon sent to us for 2 famous star burgers, buy1 get 1 but was refused the deal, BECAUSE i am a vegetarian and wanted the beyond burger, now i realize you are charging me more for vegetables and trying to be healthy, so my guess was i would pay for the more expensive burger and get the other one free.
NO i was told it "doesn't work that way"... I almost had a temper, this is ridicules, I am 76 and have eaten at a lot of drive thru's in my past even worked at one when younger, what happened to trying to help the customer out? Just plain being nice about it and see what i can do attitude would help. On your end, why are you discriminating on my lifestyle choice of vegan which is much healthier and not giving any coupons for that choice? I assume you are selling the beyond burger because you want my business as well as that of my friends but with this nonsence you are wrong, i can do a impossible burger at your know where
