fountain pop.
I am a customer of the New London Casey's. And in the past few months I have noticed that the fountain diet products mostly the diet Pepsi has become very watered-down very little flavor I have said something before but the problem continues. Giving them the benefit of the doubt I tried it again this evening and it's not palatable. I love stopping in for pizza and sub sandwiches and other items but I cannot tolerate the fountain pop this problem has one on far too long and needs to be remedied. I have no problem buying it somewhere else and having it at least taste reasonable it's just has no flavor. I have stopped at a lot of other Casey's in been able to purchase fountain pop that tastes very good and normal but not at the one in New London it needs to be addressed.
substitutions on pizza
I believe it is absolutely ridiculous to mandate no substitutions on pizza. Why should I have to pay extra to leave off the sausage members of my family are unable to eat and substitute mushrooms. You can not seriously expect me to believe that you are incuring any additional cost with this request. This is nothing more than a blantent attempt to gouge the unexpecting public. I assure you that I will no longer be patronizing your establishment.

It's funny how every other day only one of the cappuccino selections is out of order. Or nobody wants to take the time to change it. When you only have so much time in the morning and stopping here turns out to be a waste of time. It's so inconvenient. So from now on my morning fill up, my kids snacks, and my time will be spent elsewhere. At least I can make on stop and get what I need for my day someplace else vs. coming here and just having to go somewhere else anyway.
no pizza or food in the warmers
We live in the small town of lakin kansas. We have stopped into caseys many times now since it opened and there has not been any food or pizza prepared and placed in the warmers. We were told that fresh pizza is placed in the warmers every hour yet when we go into the store to get a slice of pizza all the warmers are empty and sometimes the lights on the warmers are even shut off. This is a new store in this town and its pathetic that the service is so bad and there is never any pizza ready. We asked the cashier when more pizza would be in the warmer and she said they were too busy to worry about the warmers. This is a joke. I'm glad there are other options here besides this pathetic store.
We've requested that fresh pizza be put in the warmers and were told that it's supposed to be there - fresh - every hour. We go in and still NOTHING. Why is this store still open?
the entire store
Nothing is ever clean. There is mold under every surface in the kitchen. The bathrooms are usually disgusting. Iv seen actual poop smeared over the walls. I have found hypodermic needles in the bathroom while cleaning it. There is mold under the bathroom sink. Everything is always sticky. The employees are treated like [censored]. They use the same towels they clean with to wipe all the oils iff the tops of the pizza's when they come out of the oven. I actually got chewed out multiple times for cleaning TOO MUCH... but that store was actually CLEAN by the time i left. But the managers at the Greenfield Indiana location are a JOKE.

i Carl Head went into the Chillicothe, Mo. uptown Caseys on friday night the 19th of oct. The cashier Dedra Petree was disrespectful andrude when i ask for help filling out a lottery sheet. She even cussed at me by saying [censored] you. The women needs to be fired for her actions. She is rude and disrespectful alot to not only myself but other people in the store as i have witnessed it. Please take auction on this lady as she needs removed from dealing with the public. manager and assistant trainee - unbelievable!!
I witnessed a sick cashier being asked for a doctor's slip repeatedly while he was trying to greet and ring up a long line of guests. As he continued to help his guests the Store Manager pulled him aside and while holding a sheet of paper up in front of her, asked him to fill out and sign the resignation form. She continued on to say he should take the form, go home and decide over the weekend if he thought his job was the "right fit for him" .. She then pointed to a binder and asked him to read aloud what the book says about attendance policy. I'm positive they didn't think he was sick and couldn't produce a doctor's note. They clearly were unwilling to take over the register. It was by far the most unprofessional management charade my husband and I have ever experienced. The poor guy just wanted to go home and get some rest. The unnecessary bullying by management was embarrassing to everyone who was witnessing this episode. The two managers wouldn't stop harrasing the poor guy, neither even attempted to take over the register. The guy was already at work and was still asked for a doctor's note for his absence! It made no sense and was very embarrassing.
management and store issues at fergus falls store on north union
I am a concerned citizen of Fergus Falls Minnesota. The last year I have noticed so many bad things about the Fergus Falls Casey's General Store that is located on North Union. Everytime you go in there the management team along with store manager are always looking crabby and cranky. If you ask one of the managers for help or a question they growl at you and give you a natsy response. Also there is kind of limited parking space but the store manager still brings her boat with her to work and parks it in the parking lot which is totally unprofessional and also a few of the gas pumps are prepay or pay at the pump only and about 5 days ago I was in there to purchase some stuff and the store manager pulled up to one of the prepay or pay at the pump gas pumps and when the clerk inside told her she had to come in to pay or pay the pump Me and another member of the community witnessed the store manager throw her hands up in the air at the clerk behind the counter and then came inside and told him to pre-approve it and she would pay when she is done. How is it far that any other memeber of the Fergus Falls Community either has to prepay or pay at the pump but the store manager can do whatever she pleases. As a store manager you should be getting a good example for your employees and the people in the community. There is always garbage laying on the floor inside the store and outside along with coffee is cold and sometimes there pizza is cold. One of the managers who works there was let go from her previous job because she couldn't manage or run her store correctly. These are things that need to be looked into. They have gone through alot of employees within the last year because they can't keep them. Also someone bought a pack of smokes from there a few days ago and the clerk along with the manager standing beside the clerk never asked the customer for an ID. Hope these things get fixed and I honestly believe that store needs new management.
failure to do job properly
Walked in to get a sweet tea and both tea pitcher were unlabbed the pizza was dried out and not timed properly. While both manager and assistant manager was in the building. My friend walked in last night and the cashier work was cursing while on the clock. Were starting to get tired of the way they uphold themselves. You guys will punish one person but not another for the same thing, unfair treatment isn't very professional and its wrong and its coasting you customers
a repeatedly rude cashier
Cashier kathy : has been very rude to me many times due to her not knowing how to work the ebt public aid card. I have tried to explain how and what to due, if the bill is $2.78 and I only have $2.58 on my ebt cash linkcard (that is cash) I have told her she has to put in that amount first $2.58 before I can swipe my card or this transaction will not work but she won't do that. She will not listen. So each time it comes up void, now I have talk to the manager about this. Two an a half months ago I stop coming to casey's because of kathy laughing at me when this happen the first time. I have been going to casey's for years, I spend at lest $100.00 to $200.00 a month because i'm 60 years old and disabled and don't drive. Casey's is closer to me than the dollar store is but after what she did to me in front of other customers, that upset me. I showed the manager my bank statements showing her that I do spend that much but she seemed not to care. So I stop going to that store and started going to the dollar store to due my shopping. Its been 2 an half months now and the dollar store is just to far for me. So I tried to go back to the casey's store. I forgave kathy's rudeness but on 10/09/2018 that same cashier (kathy) did it to me again. Now this is just wrong. I call vicky the manager and told her what happen again but this time im telling you too. Something needs to be done. Is this how casey's cashier work, rudely! Casey's general store # 1338 701 s ottawa st, earlville ill [protected] now I will not be ordering pizzas anymore or shopping till something is done. You do the math, pizzas times 4 a month at $20.00 = $80.00 then shopping $100.00 = $180.00 times that in a year $2160.00 and more. But if this don't matter to you also then the customers don't mean a thing to your company. What ever happen to (make the customer happy or the customer is always right) just so you keep them coming into your store. But in this case I have not done anything wrong!

Store manager is verbally abusive to employees always cursing at them and saying demeaning thongs to them yells at them when things don't go her way tells employees they are to listen to no-one but her.. I'll never return to this location I will go to pilot from now on. Management should not be allowed to treat staff this way I have been in here and watched people put their things down and leave because of the way staff is treated I know complaints have been made about her before I've over heard her making threats about when she finds out who reported her she will fire them she's very unprofessional very rude doesn't treat her employees fair she will tell they can't smoke but go out and smoke 2 before she returns and if she's not in her office throwing a fit she's complaining to the customers about her lazy crybaby employees she's bad for business!
I asked for a pizza to made a certain way
I asked for pepperonis under the cheese and they have done this correctly evertime till today. I have my sons birthday party going on and I ordered 3 pizzas and I told the person in the phone 3 times to put the pepperonis under the cheese. And that I also had saved up enough card coupons to get a free one. I laid them on top of the boxes to pay and the teller rang them up as 30 something dollars I had to tell her that was wrong. I shouldn't have tell the workers how to do their jobs. I didn't get the curtesy check on the pizza in front of me so I looked myself . And sure enough it was made wrong. No seem to care out of the 4 or five people working in the store none had said sorry or agreed that I was right
an employee you have in the kitchen
I went into the Casey's truck stop in Pratt to pickup a pizza my sister had ordered. Your rude employee Teresa was working again. She walked out of the kitchen when she seen me coming to the counter to order. She walked off in the back room and made the other lady help me. She is mad at me for bring to her atention about chef salads not having meat on them. This is her job to fix food and serve it right. If she cant make it and serve it right she shouldnt work there. You have lost me as a customer because of this rude employee. My sister also said she was not going to order pizza anymore because this employee will spit in her food thinking it is me ordering it instead of her. I hope this employee is worth you losing several hundreds of dollar's a year for. I will share with everyone I know about this rude employee. Teresa is her name in Casey's in the kitchen in the Pratt store.
I went into the truck stop last week to buy a Chef Salad. I noticed 4 of these salads didn't have meat on them. So I brought this problem to the attention of Teresa who was working in the kitchen at the time. Her comment was I didn't make them not my problem. She told me she was not going to fix it either. A good employee wiuld have taken them and put meat on them. She did nothing to change the problem. I will not go in this store until this employee is removed permantly! She is very rude towards me now and needs to be removed as an employee.

I think anybody that becomes a store manager or assistant manager should go in anytime they are called. On call at all times except medical reasons, it should be a requirement, I know of a store the assistant manager only works mornings and gets every other weekend off, while other team leads works every night and every weekend. And even goes in on that person's only day off in 2 weeks when called . Should be a requirement for all store and assistant managers.
You sound like you're a lead at one of those stores that's a little po'ed.

The manager at Casey's store in Houston missouri is out of control with yelling at the employees, she treats them awful and yells at them on a daily basis with customer's in the store! Many customers have stopped coming in due to her, I am currently employed with the store but after today's, October 3rd, yelling at me, I will be seeking legal advice on the matter.

I use to work at Casey's in Ulysses ks 67880 I went in Sept 1st to wait on my brother I went in at 8:47 I had my little girl which was handed a box of pizza that said was paid for by Isaac I then was handed a box of cheese bites from my brother they were in cheese sticks he said he had just finished break I stayed till 9:14 when a sub girl ask if we could trade days being that said I was terminated the next day saying I went in at 9:02 grab pizza and box left store 9:04 without paying so then was terminated I filed a formal conflict resolution form sent to Tiffany Huff said she investigated and stood by their decision which think it's not right I was the only 1 let go where everybody just got warnings I saw a lot my employees take stuff with out paying including manager Janni Blackman and her assistant manager Wendy Beltran which was told they still do I see people not coming in to work but just nothing getting done I am furiously upset being single mom I lost my hours and time that I needed for my kids I think I could had written up or warning all that work that night got slap on their wrist no one else was let go can u please look into my case Cause I think something different then what I got let go I was told not do things by the book I loved my job there and I think if I had a better manager then other people would not been let go or quit because of her! I wanted to send my case to Bonnie the District Manager but was told I could not talk with her!
employee concern/complaint
I have a family member that use to work at one of your locations. I have concerns regarding someone in management. Apparently this person is still employed regardless of complaints. While she worked there she was treated differently and had refusal to be trained right because sexual favors/relationship wouldn't take place. Apparently has had numerous accounts with different employees. From what I've heard, even someone's husband calling with a complaint regarding his wife. What's the point in having laws in place for the workplace if its not being taken seriously?

I used to work foe Casey's got gierd a month ago because of 100 dollars short on my register I had one warning of 20 bucks short and after that it was a last one and me thinking I was doing ok till the day I got fired I ask my ma aver why wasn't I told i was short on the night's I worked and when she came to work the next day why wasn't I told and she said she didn't have time.i worked there for a yr and never had issu8but upset that she didn't mention my shortage the next day.there has been other people that worked that got an extra chance and she just fired me without a chance.if I would of know about these when i was short I would been more careful but had no idea it was still a issue.i thought the first warning was the only one I had.there were time i worked 3 weeks straight cuz people not co.ing to work and 10 hrs a day without complaining and I loved my job.there were also times I worked 1 till 7 pm and someone wouldn't show up and I vs the manager and either of my manager would come for that person that didn't make it to work and I would get stuck there till midnight. There also a time where i worked 10am till close all e cuz of 2 people not showing up and my managers would tell me to just stay and that I should be ok so I get stuck alone doing my cashier work plus the cleaning work alone because of 2 people not co.i g to work and managers that won't even come In to work .it thought it was a manager duty to co.e in if someone didn't show up.i not a manager and I would get stuck there cuz no one would come in to relieve me.and I am mad that I did my best and stayed did my hours plus do someone else hours and I didn't get another chance to safe my job that I like so much.i bent backwards to help the. A d they just fire me without letting me know my shortage my number is [protected] I would like to talk to some one about this even if I do t get my job back.but there alot of other issues that need to be fixed there and no one does anything.about it drug issues and it here thing that a manager should stop but she never there to deal with anything she leaves it to employee

And employees smoking weed or leaving and the blocked to smoke weed on truck days yo help them work and she never dis anything about it .so I posse my job that I loved and worked my hardest when I was there and worked when peoe didn't co e or stay my shift and other shift that didn't make it to work and I the one who got fired

Without ur help or with ur help I am gonna get a lawyer cuz I know I did t take no ey form Casey's and I don't think it right yo get fired for 2 months of shortage and not told about them sooner and not one the day she fired me.it was her job as MANAGER to tell this kind of stuff to employees when it was a problem.

a employee went to prison for writing my stolen checks
In 2012 I found out that one of your employees Danielle Miller had stolen a bunch of my checks she wrote them all over town I had several warrants in many counties it took me over a year to clean this up her and her boyfriend did prison time for this she is now employed at your store and I want to know why the community is being put in such Danger by your store
