To whom it may cornsern.
We bought a tablet at the Welkom branch and they said they will receive it on Wednesday. Thursday we went to pick it up and no tablet. They tried to sell a used one to us for R100 less, an we took it with the promise to take it back if it does not work, and it didn't. We took it back and collected our money back. One little girl is going to be very sad on Christmas, because she thinks she is getting the tablet. We can not vind a tablet anywhere else, they are either out of stock or to pricey for our pockets. We are very upset with the service we received from the Welkom branch. Now we must try to get a little girl something else so near to Christmas.

I spoke to you with regards to my broken laptop which I purchased on the Saturday 3rd November, I sent it for a diagnostic at Digicape which they said was the "Logic Board", I paid R300 and returned it the following Saturday 10 November (still within my 7day return policy).
I made a few appearances to pressure staff to get my laptop repaired however, I still waited a month. Gakeemah sent it to Wefix (unauthorised apple supplier) which they found nothing wrong because they haven't done proper testing.
I collected my laptop last week and sent it straight to Istore in Cavendish which they confirmed it to be the "logic board" which I refused to pay for R600 for technical report. I found a good working laptop at the Cash crusaders in Observatory, I booked it and provided proof that I will still purchase a laptop from a different Cash crusaders. However, Adderly street declined.
My father deposited R3000 last week to lay-by a IphoneX which I was willing to exchange however, I was again declined.

I have travelled numerous times to cash crusaders, I have spent so much time, I've spent money on parking, petrol and airtime. I received a R1000 ticket for parking in Adderly street. I have attached documents and emails trails from Digicape, Istore and the parking ticket. Please ask Gakeema for the other proofs.
I can sell the laptop privately however, I don't like to con people by selling them a broken goods, if Adderly street claim there is nothing wrong with my laptop then why wont you just take the laptop back and resell it?
I bought the laptop cause I needed it for my work, this is going into the 2nd month of waiting and now I am currently unemployed. I can take my financial loses however, this is a matter of service
I refused to be ripped off, on the 15 December, Gakemah's boss told her to send it in for technical reports which I have provided but you expect me to wait again?
What Gakeema's boss fails to understand is that I AM NOT TAKING THIS LAPTOP. I was considering including the emails of every single cash crusaders franchise in the western Cape and then barking loud. I am not going to stop, this is a passive email, I have all my records and should you want to be in the newspaper, social media or court, I will glady assist, I am not going away and I am not taking this laptop. Originally, I was happy with an exchange but now I want my money back.

dixon tablet
I bought a Dixon Tablet from Cash Crusaders over a month ago. Brand new unopened. I had problems since day one with that tablet. The staff at Cash Crusaders told me that the tablet I bought was not a calling tablet that's why the sound was so soft. After researching I went back there. Complained that the box says calling tablet. The one staff member told me if the tablet have a dial function then its a calling tablet like it states on the box. They decided to send it in for repairs. Eventually I got my tablet back. Again same issues with it. Went back there again.
Again more excuses. I spoke to the technician and he wasn't aware of the sound problem that was clearly stated on my repair slip along with other problems. After telling her that it it was on the slip she then said oh the technician replaced the speaker. My tablet was taken in for repairs again. Not only did I have the same issues, someone scratched my camera lens on that tablet. At this point I'm already very frustrated not having a phone .
I phoned the head-office the lady there was very friendly. She told me that Cash Crusaders need to do something about this as its already gone in for repairs. The lady at Cash Crusaders said that the head office cant do anything about this, she said the lady I spoke to is just a Secretary. Every time I need to phone Cash Crusaders or go in to find out whats happening.
Again went there today just to find out that they are waiting for spares and will call me.
This is the worst shop I have ever been to. I'm going to take this matter further as I have been waiting for over a month on a brand new item that was suppose to be swopped out there and then. My friend who bought one at the same place had problems too. Hers got swopped out straight away. Why do I have to wait so long and why don't they swop it out or refund? It was brand new. If it was 2nd hand I would understand . I don't want a butchered tablet back refund or this matter will be taken further.

unethical - selling of broken goods
We purchased a Xbox 360 game for our son which we normally do at the cash crusaders and once we tested the game we noticed it was broken. We then took it back with our slip and was told by the guy at the counter he would give us half the money back! My Fiance advised him that this product should have been tested and they sold us a broken game and they we would require our money back or we would take another game, the guy at the counter said this id not possible and only wanted to refund us half the money we paid for the game!
Im disgusted at Cash Crusaders and will never recommend or shop at any of their stores again.
Defective blaupunkt tv
I bought a 32 inch tv on the 24 of August in Rustenburg, right now I am seating with gradual dying tv on stand, the tv was tested, and two months down the line, appears a tiny line across the screen, then internal rapid scratches and now a black dot.
Having had experienced this, I headed with my tv to where it was bought to request at least for repair, exchange or even refund, at the time I lost purchase slip, unfortunately due to this I wasn't, although quality has relatively nothing to do with me not having a slip, to prove my purchase I provided along with a bank statement indicating processed transaction.

Hi...Im very upset with the online pawn of cash crusaders.
I go through all the details filling in everything online, incl my model name, par numbers, every detail of my laptops.
Only to get asked more information via E MAIL. regarding processors, ram etc...Why do they ask all those details on the online platform in the 1st place.Why waste my time
Apple watch
I made a purchase of the Apple Watch at the Gezina shop. The watch however did not have a series number at the back as in most versions of the watch and salesman could not tell what version it was.
I bought the watch and only later did I discover that it was the 1st generation and failing to update the new oS. I also felt that the watch was over priced. I called the shop the following day to make arrangement for item return.
I was shocked with the hostile treatment I got from the managers especially one named JP, he never bothered to hear the issue and just proposed if I don't need the watch I can sell it back to them at about 40% less the price I bought. He then just disappeared into the back shop for more than 30min.
The bigger manager later came in and his attitude was no less to his subordinate. I doubt if the shop has any customer care policy.
I have been a fan of cash crusaders shop for a long time but that was the last they saw of me
Amplifier remote
On the 8th of August I bought an amplifier at Cah Crusaders Richards Bay, when I got home I realized that the remote was not working. On the 10th I took it back and the sales person confirm it was an incorrect remote and they didn't have the correct one in store, he took my number down and he promise to call me back once the remote arrives, he has never called me and i've been to the shop 4 times already and I still don't have a remote.
Playstation control
I bought a playstation control from cash crusaders in florida 2 days ago.i took it back and told them its not working, they told me they will test the unit and call me later.
I went to collect the item, took it homw and still not working. I went back again today and told them.its still not working, but they refused to listen to me. The owner was called and i explained it to him, and he said its working, obviously not listening to me.
The way he spoke to me rudely, ams said im not allowed in the store again.
On the packaging its clearly states 6 months guarantee but he said its not so.
That to me is fauls advertising and i dont appreciate how they handled the problem.
Im sitting with a product not even 2 weeks old and still its not working.
I need to know what is the next step from here, as i wont just allow then to rip me off like that.
Please treat this matter as extremely urgent.

Faulty fitness band
I bought a fitness band from Cash Cruisaders Uitenhage. About a month later drops started forming on the inside of the screen on one half only and later the day the screen display started fading. I informed Cash Cruisaders hereof and was told to bring it in. They sent it to check, came back, they cant help me as its liquid damage. I requested them to check again as it was not liquid damage and explained again. A fitness tracker should be atleast be protected against sweat, shouldnt it? They replied later on saying it still came back as liquid damage. I do not agree with this as it was nowhere near any liquid accept my own body.
Dixon washing machine 14kg by cash crusaders n1
it is with great disappointed that I'm writing here.i bought a Dixon 14kg washing machine from this n1 city branch on 28of August2018 willing and able they sold it to me not even explaining to me the warranty only highlighted my slip at the back which I later read at home nevertheless 2minths later washing machine start giving me a problem by not spinning or draining out water where I then phoned the above mentioned store for assistance regarding what to do however I was put on hold while the manager wasn't available put from one person named Sipho then to Lincoln whom said he will ask his manager Annatjie to phone me back.2days went by where I then decided to phone there customer service and spoke to consultant Yolandi who made work of the situation because only then I received a call from Annatjie who now makes arrangements to pick up for repairs not even apologising for not getting back to me, however never was the washing machine picked up that day and again no communication from them telling me that they not able to find my location or apartment after another week I phoned them again and my patience was really running out by now and frustration is high eventually plans were made for machine to be picked up now almost 3weks later after handed in for repairs I phoned customer service again this time speaking to Candice who sincerely apologises on behalf of the store for not getting back to me doing her best finding out about my washing machine on the other line to my surprise the washing machine repair was Quoted almost R200 which no one told me before so now Annatjie phones again having a whole argument with me about the day they couldn't pick up my machine and how they tried to phone me and my right then and there I lost it completely telling her I'm not paying another cent for anything because even though I'm hearing what she's telling me nobody explained anything to me about how the warranty works when there's a blockage it's my liability to pay for repair, nothing so now they keeping me liable for something they didn't explain to me when purchasing this product and which I refuse to pay this is daylight robbery now my machine which I paid for full in cash is again in their hands and I've got no benefit out of it.

I am very unhappy and disappointed in this place. We took our amp in on the 20th of sept 2018 for a repair at cash crusaders greenacres in pe. We were told 7-10 working days then we will get a quote to fix it. After 14 days we still have not received any response yet so we went to them in person. The lady told us they are busy fixing it (ps they did not even give us a quote but they are fixing it). So we waited another week. We went back again because we heard nothing from them. So while we were waiting the lady infront of the store phone the warehouse asking them how far they are with the amp. We told her to leave everything we just want our deposit money and the amp back we will go somewhere else. So she told us after speaking to them that they are closed. Can you believe it closed at 13h00 on a friday. We went to the other small store were you give in repairs or sell things and the manager rudi spoke to us. We told him we have not heard anything from anyone yet. So there was another lady her name is olivia she told my father in a rude way that they dont have any part here in pe for it and they must wait for parts from other places. This was not my father's argument though. He does not care about where the parts comes from. Its about the service they give their customers. No customer service! You cannot be rude to a customer like that. Its not his fault its the employees fault. So I told her this is unacceptable the point is there is no communication at all from cash crusaders. This is not the first time we have had a problem with them and their service. So the manager then told my father that they are doing us a favor by sending the amp in. They are not getting anything out of the deal! I mean who says that to a client? A manager? He promised my father the amp will be ready yesterday 11 oct 2018. When my father went there yesterday amp was still not there! Oh my gosh I am sooooo annoyed with these people. Like honestly you need to get trained staff or people that can do their job properly. As of 12 oct 2018 we are still waiting for the amp. Its almost a month now. Is this your customer service? We are not happy at all. I will not recommend anyone to go to cash crusaders at all as their client service suck! I have to type in caps as I have never experienced service like this ever...
The phone I purchased
The new Doggee X7 phone I purchased in the1st week of August
I was told two weeks the longest I would wait but unfortunately I waited over a month.
I have phoned several times and I was told the manufacturer is still fixing it and Friday it will come in. I travelled to the store on Friday unfortunately again they said there's a strike at the manufacturer.
I have been phone less about a month and I have asked for a spare phone too use for the mean time.
They were absolutely rude. I wanted their manager number but every time I phone and ask "he just left" ridiculous.
Their service too customers is disgusting.
I eventually received my phone yesterday I had too phone in AGAIN. They did not inform me.like they said they would.
When I received my phone. NO APOLOGY for the inconvenience regarding the phone .

Wrongful payment procedures
Good day
We pawned a Samsung Galaxy Tablet on the 16th of September at your alberton branch. We were told that we could only get R500 loaned to us and obviously we trusted your staff that this was true. We got the R500 and signed and left. We never had a look at the statement until we got back here to pay and take back this item. We then got told and shown on the paperwork that we owe R600 with interest ontop of that amount. Your Manager at Cash Crusaders branch Alberton Innocent Biyasse told us that he can't rectify the problem immediately and that we must come back when the person (Mexen) who dealt with us could be available and also that he does not have access to the CCTV system to verify if we are talking the truth. He insisted that we pay the amount stipulated on the paperwork which we can't do since it's an incorrect amount nit due to us but due to this branche's mistake. We can not come in to get this item at any other time. We did come to take it out when it was possible to get it and couldn't due to failure of compliance. Kindly rectify this issue?

I bought a bag and a guitar bag on the 9 of August 2019 from Cash Crusader Amanzimtoti I was advised that should I a have any problems I could take it back to cash crusaders near me when I opened the bag the zip was broken I than approached Pietermaritzburg store I was advised they are a franchise and cannot assist me I have to Go back to amanzimtoti or call the store.I decided to call the store amanzitoti the store manager said to me I cannot exchange the bag or refund as zips are not covered as warranty but it has been less than 7 days and according to CPA I have the right of full refund or exchange as I had the receipt with me.The manager gave me a verbal instructions with regards to warranty and only after I reported a defect. I would like a full refund from them.It been four weeks now since the Maritzburg branch said they are doing me a favour by sending it to The warehouse for me as I am supposed to Go back to amanzimtoti but still no one has contacted me.
Unfair business practice
The complain is about cashcrusaders, fichardtpark, Bloemfontein, my Lee Morgan microwave was damaged whilst used as security on loan taken from them, my Samsung sound system was also sold whilst there was arrangement made by the manager, lastly they claimed that my TV was laybyed today in the morning, I have been asking them to show CCTV clips by t they refused, I am convinced that they are trying to get rid of me since I have managed to see that most of the items were damaged from the store room, o further spoke to their operations manager on several occasions but just promised to get back to me, his name is Neels and his contact number is [protected], my name is Daniel Menyatso and my contact is [protected]
Customer service
I went into cash crusaders on Saturday Afternoon and saw a PlayStation move camera and stick which I was interested in buying for my son.
One of the people who helped me, advised me that the PlayStation Move game also comes with the equipment.
She was not technically inclined and had issues setting up the device to ensure that it was working. She used a really small cable and it did not charge or power on the move device and she advised they do not have another cable. The manager advised that if the device is not working and then they cannot sell it to us. I advised that it just needs a different cable which they do not have. She said she is sorry they cannot sell it to me.
We then somehow managed to get a different cable and I set it up and it was working.
I even took an additional game for my son.
When coming to the counter, I was advised that the PlayStation move game which was advised would be included was not included and I had to pay separate. I advised but the rep advised it is included and I will not take anything if they do no sort it out. They called the rep who assisted me back and she advised that she told me the game would be included. The girl at the counter advised it is separate and there is nothing they can do I would have to pay separate for it. The cost of the device and camera + game was R250.
As a long time Cash crusaders customer, I was disgusted and when speaking to Bryan, he advised that the girl is new and there is nothing they can do.
The funny thing is that this specific PlayStation move device has been on the shelves for quite some time (approximately more than 3 months).
I request this gets escalated as high as possible because I have been sponsoring cash crusaders especially Westgate mall branch since they opened in Westgate mall.
Doogee x7
I bought a Doogee X7 at Randfontein... within 2weeks I took back as the screen was blank... they gave back to me the next 2weeks... after a week again the LCD was not functioning well. then I took it in again... this time I told them I dont want it anymore cause clearly I was getting frustrated.. I have been callong the head office and nothing hasnt been done... today I phoned randfontein branch since they didnt keep in contact regarding the phone, the manage to me that my phone has felll whoch is not possible cos I put 2screen proptector and it doesnt have any scatch or fell. now they telling me they cant refund me my money back since its my problem.. im wiling to escilate it further if this matter is not resolved... the manger was very rude on top of this whole matter... its frustrating how they treat their customers.
Repair service
I bought a new Dixon TS-M105A 9.6 inch 3G Quadcore tablet at Boulders Mall, Midrand, after two months it started switching itself off...I took it back and the the teller said it takes 2 - 3 weeks to get it back, I went back to get information due to the fact that 3 weeks were done and never received a call, the teller said another week . Now it is on the 5th week after taking it on the 30th of July... I use the tablet for school purposes and still have not received my tablet .I am very frustrated and tired of waiting.
