I found my stolen home router from Cash crusaders in Uitenhage Central. I told the sales person that was mine. He told me to bring proof within an hour to prove that router was mine otherwise the router was gonna be sold to the next person. I asked him what if bought it so that I could save it from being sold while I was going to find proof. He said it's better to buy it then bring proof later.
Within 3 hours I was back to the shop with proof and he told me to go open a case with SAPS. I went and came back for my refund of R802. He called the manager who told me that I won't get my refund until the case went through the courts.
I spoke to the police they told me that I should get my refund without going to court. I again went to the shop today, only to be made a laughing stock by the manager and his staff. I screened out of frustration as they were traumatising me. They raised the sound of their music and laughed at me. I called the 10111 SAPS to come to the store. The manager told me that she did not care about what happened to me she refused to refund me. The police arrived and explained things to both parties she pretended as if she said the same thing to me while they were not there. When the police left she told me to get out of her shop and made threats as I was demanding my refund. The evidence is in the store footage between 15H15-16H15.
She treated me like a piece of dirt and is always rude with me or her staff.

Cash Crusaders really turned a bad situation into a nightmare. You found your stolen router, provided proof, and were still met with nothing but disrespect and games from the staff and manager. Instead of doing the right thing and refunding your money, they dragged you through unnecessary hoops and even made a mockery of your situation. It’s appalling that they treated you this way, especially when the evidence was clear.
