Sleek and Stylish Case for iPhone XR: A Review
I got my new case from CellPhoneCases before my new phone even arrived. I was pleasantly surprised by how sleek and refined it looked compared to my previous case for the XR, the Slim Shockof. It's not very bulky at all and is actually quite slim. I'm not entirely sure how well it will protect my phone compared to other, more substantial cases, which is why I'm giving it 4 stars.
The design of the case is really cool, with a frosted back and some technical-looking design on the inner frame. The grip is nice and it feels really solid and rigid. I'll have to update my review once my phone arrives.
UPDATE: I'm really impressed with this case! After attaching it to my phone, I have to say it looks really sleek for a protective case. It seems sturdy enough to protect against common drops, but it may not be the most protective case out there. If you're looking for something that can withstand extreme conditions, you might want to look elsewhere. But for everyone else, including myself, I expect this case to perform really well. I'm upgrading my rating to 5 stars!
Disappointing Screen Protector from CellPhoneCases: Inaccurate Fit and Poor Customer Service
So, I recently purchased a screen protector film for my Samsung Galaxy S7 from CellPhoneCases. I was excited to receive it, but when I opened the package, I noticed that the film did not fit the full width of the screen. I was disappointed because the product image provided and the text said that it would fit the full width of the screen.
To my dismay, 5mm of screen width was not covered by the screen protector. This was not only a problem because it didn't fully protect the screen, but it also disrupted the touch control where the edge of the film was. Additionally, it made viewing content difficult because there was now a line on either side of the screen where the edge of the film was.
When I contacted CellPhoneCases about this issue, they tried to deny it and tell me that it was normal. They did everything they could to convince me otherwise with all sorts of nonsense. However, I was not convinced and piled on the evidence in my favor, including photos which I showed them on first contact.
Finally, after much back and forth, they told me to send it back and want to charge me a 20% re-stocking fee. This means sending it back to America for a cost which would nearly be the price of the film itself. I wonder why it was on such a big discount in the first place.
Overall, I was disappointed with my experience with CellPhoneCases. The product did not live up to its advertised claims, and their customer service was not helpful. I would not recommend purchasing from them.

I bought a case from CellPhoneCases on July 23, 2019. They sent me an email with a tracking number that said my order was in Raleigh, NC on the 26th. But since then, I haven't been able to get any updates on my order, and today is August 6th. I've sent a few emails to them, but they just asked me to verify my full shipping address, which I did. But I still haven't heard back from them, so I emailed them again and asked for an update. They told me that they requested my address to verify it, because 95% of people inadvertently type in the wrong address or something like that. They also said that if my order still hadn't arrived after the mail run today, I could choose to have them re-ship it or refund my money. Since it hasn't arrived in either my home box or P.O. box, I just asked for my money back and for them to let me know when I could expect it to be refunded to my account.
I wish I had checked their reviews before ordering, because I won't be ordering from them again. It's strange that my order supposedly made it to Raleigh in just 3 days, but hasn't made it through the distance from Raleigh to Asheville, and I can't track it either. Hmmm!

However, when I contacted Cellphonecases about the issue, they refused to honor a return for a defective item. I checked the Better Business Bureau and found that many others have had similar experiences. They wanted me to pay for the return shipping and a 20% restocking fee, which would have cost almost as much as the case itself. When I tried to question them about it, they would not respond to me. The last response I received from them was when they asked for my phone model number on September 15th. I provided them with the information they requested, but they have not responded since then. It is now November and I have not heard back from them.

I gotta say, I had a pretty rough experience with cellphonecases.com. I ordered a couple of chargers on April 24th, 2018. I paid for both of them using PayPal and made two separate transactions. Each charger was only $4.99, which seemed like a pretty good deal to me.
After about a week, I received one of the chargers in the mail. I waited a few more days, but the second charger never showed up. I went to the cellphonecases.com website to track my order, but they only had record of one of my orders. I was pretty worried at this point, but luckily I had paid with PayPal, so I knew they would have a record of my payment.
I tried to contact cellphonecases.com, but they don't publish a phone number. I ended up filing a complaint with PayPal, explaining that I needed my money back so I could reorder the item. Unfortunately, cellphonecases.com didn't respond to the PayPal complaint, so I had to escalate it to a dispute. Even then, I still didn't hear anything from them.
I thought for sure they would refund my money right away so I could reorder the charger, but no such luck. It took until May 22nd, 2018 for me to finally get my money back through PayPal. Needless to say, I was pretty frustrated with the whole experience.
To make matters worse, the charger I did receive didn't even fit my iPad. The website had said it would fit, but it was clearly the wrong size. I thought about shipping it back, but it probably would have cost more than the $4.99 item was worth, so I just kept it. So now I'm out $4.99, and I definitely won't be ordering from cellphonecases.com again.
I've read some other reviews from customers who had similar experiences, so it seems like this is a pretty common problem. It's a shame, because I really wanted to like cellphonecases.com. But based on my experience, I just can't recommend them.
Unbelievable Protection: My $10 Case Survived a 50mph Fall Off an Ambulance!
This product is absolutely amazing! I don't usually write reviews, but I just had to share my experience with this case. Let me tell you, it was a wild ride. I work as a paramedic on the night shift, and one night I had to answer a 911 call. I was in a hurry and had a lot of things in my hands, so I set my phone down on the outside step of the ambulance. After running the call, I realized that my phone was missing. I checked my Apple Watch, and it said that my phone was not connected. I was frantically looking for my phone, and I found out that it was pinging on a bridge or possibly under the bridge in the water. I immediately realized that I had left my phone on the side of the ambulance, and it flew off while driving down the road. To make matters worse, I had just canceled the insurance on my phone. I drove back to where the phone's location was showing, and I looked and looked and looked some more. Finally, I saw a reflector in the road that looked a little funky. It was my phone! I found it! But to my surprise, the phone did not have even a scratch on it. That's right, my $10 case from CellPhoneCases absorbed all the impact and protected my phone from my incompetence and the hard asphalt. I couldn't believe it. This case is amazing! It looks good, feels good to hold, and can withstand getting flung off the side of an ambulance onto the street at around 50 mph. I highly recommend this case to anyone who wants to protect their phone from any mishaps. Trust me, you won't regret it!

I recently purchased a case for my iPhone 6SE 2020 model from CellPhoneCases. It took quite a while for the case to arrive, about a month and a half, but when it finally did, I was disappointed to find that they had sent me an older 6E case that was too small and not the same as the one I ordered. I reached out to customer service and provided pictures of the case I purchased, which was black, and the one they sent, which was orange and had no hole in the back and was smaller. On Sunday 12/5/'21, I purchased a flip phone from the AT&T cellphone in Bardstown, Ky. I am still without service. I need a new flip phone because Sprint service will no longer be available in '22. It is now Monday 12/13/21 and I am still unable to use my new phone. My husband has had many difficulties receiving customer service. Many delays are also involved. Today, I tried to find a telephone number for the store, the site where the phone was purchased. I had to go online for the number. I dialed the number nine times, I listened to the phone ring a dozen or more times, got a recording about "being unable to answer the call". I hung up and immediately dialed again only to eventually get the same recored message. I called eight times between 12:17pm and 12:31pm. When the phone was answered, I was told that the only two employees were waiting on a customer. I don't have any reason to believe that AT&T even has a Customer Service staff. I am tired of waiting for my new phone to work. I am not at all happy with the enclosed so called instruction sheet. It covers a lot about cautions but not how to save telephone numbers. I am ready to return the phone to AT&T for a full refund.

also your complaint mentions you hung up and called again after waiting for them to answer you? that just causes the receiving system to have more calls on its plate then can close it. as for why its taking so long, don't forget we are still in the middle of a pandemic and staff at all companies are short staffed because of this. the more you call them the less time they have to get to your issue in the que of customers getting their phone activated.

I ordered a Samsung cellphone case from this company and realized 2 days after it was a mistake due to the fact I never received a confirmation email from the company or details of a tracking number. I attempted twice to make contact with the company but still to date but still no responses. Although the item was guaranteed through Norton, even that company may be unaware of the many dissatisfied customer and the company's practices. I requested a full refund but feel I may have to go through a long process of going through the local attorney's general office to file a complaint about this company just to get my money back.

I ordered a phone case may 5th 2021 over 2 months ago, never received it to date, I have over 12 emails to them about this issue and they tell me they've resent it a month ago in june (still have not received it) and they refuse to give me a tracking number to (prove it was sent?) to track this package, i'm done trying to work with them any further, this is beyond my patience and understanding! Absolute horrible company. Send your business elsewhere. Bought 2 phone cases for LG v30..both came with broken screen protectors and 1 case was cracked. Slow response time. When they finally did decide to reply, they expect me to pay return postage for items they shipped in damaged condition. What kind of reputable company makes you pay for their poor quality and customer service. Steer clear, they are a nightmare.

They sold me a phone that wasn't working
I bought a cellphone on the 27 February 2018
only to find out at home that the phone wasn't working, when i went back to them they were so rude they told me they are not going to give me back my money.my question is, is this how you treat all your customers?
until today they haven't reply to me what should be done?
they i went back again to check on how are things going they told me they will call me but they haven't until today
Worst customer service ever!
Worst Customer service ever. I ordered an item and cancelled it immediately after realizing it was the incorrect item. They charged me anyways and sent the item. Only a $3 item, but it still contacted them about the return. In response, they sent me an email personally attacking me. Wow! I couldn't believe it. Never experience this poor level of customer service ever.
Many shipments are generated so quickly, it becomes impossible to return merchandise.
I will never ever buy from this company again
I ordered cases for my Samsung phone, but they sent different ones. For iPhone. They said they will replace it with no problem, but I had to send the cases back at my expense. The most interesting part of this story, that it's already been 4 months since I shipped the cases back and there's still nothing. They stopped responding me, which is definitely sad. They stole my money and I hope they are happy.

Bought an iPhone case from this store CellPhoneCases and didn't receive it.
When I contacted customer service about my order they said that it was delivered but it wasn't!
I told them that there was some kind of mistake because I haven't received anything, but they didn't want to listen. They kept telling me that order was delivered to me and then they even said that I personally received it. What? Where did they even get that kind of information?
Anyways, all I can say is don't buy from them. CellPhoneCases is a scam website operated by a bunch of cheaters.
They told me they shipped my order twice now yet I never got either one ! ask for a tracking number and see what they tell you ( no tracking info available ) oh ? wonder why that is, yes its scam
Buyer beware
I have ordered a screen protector from this website www.cellphonecases.com. It was supposed to a glass screen but the one I received was made from cheap plastic! I wanted to get my money back but it was impossible because I wasn't able to contact customer service! It is now over a month since I received my order and I'm still trying to reach them! They simply don't reply and I have no idea what to do. Buyer beware and don't order from this terrible website!
