Was charged $29.95 for monthly fee but don't have or want access to it. Should only be charged trial fee which I was also. I want my 29.95 back.

It was stolen = my cardnumber that is. I am a female and do not download porn and it was MY card that was used. And my hubby and I have a healthy relationship and I will leave it at that. There isno need for him to watch porn behind my back, he can ask me to join him.

CCbilleu deducted two 50 dollar amounts from my account that were not authorized. Because of this company, I now have to get a new debit card and I hope that this company gets legal action and criminal charges filed against them. That should be the least that should happen to this criminal company.

oK so I was charged by this ccbilleu company for 29.95 for the last 4months and they said they would return my money from only two months but I wanna do they really give you the money back? PLUS I already can cancelled my bank card.

Signed-up up for dating site. For a month had emails saying women were interested but the moment I paid all the emails stopped. I canceled within 24/hours of signing-up. CCBILLEU.COM charged me anyway. I told them not to. I then called up their USA based call center and i got a threat from the supervisor named Joe saying he had my name and address. Will cancel the card. By the way when services are not provided and the money is scammed all contracts are void. CCBILLEU.COM is a racket. the dating site is called rudester and it is a total scam and CCBILLEU.COM is covering for them.

I took it up with my bank who have refunded the money back to my account. CC Bill say that they have recently become a billing provider for a loan company. Either way i have not asked for any loans what-so-ever. They have agreed to refund (which will now back to my bank) but i still asked them for information/ documentation regarding any loan application to be forwarded to me or i will take matter further.

My advise is to change your cards, accounts etc. I have and with ease.

Now have peace of mind :-)

After CCBILLEU.COM charged my Visa-billing card $39.95, - I cancelled my card and got
got a new one with new account number.
Lo & behold - they have managed to charge my new card. How did they manage to obtain my new account number.
Please help

I have been charged 49.90 on my debit card for a transation I did not authorize. I do not use adult sites, I never subsribe to anything online for that matter. I keep my card with me at all times, and I do not live with anyone that would take my card, ever. I don't know how this happened, but more importantly, I don't know what to do about it. What can I do?

ive had money taken out of my bank account from ccbilleu.com i dont know when it started as ive only just checked my statement now in april 2012 i have been able to check my statements right back to oct 2011 but i dont know if they have been taking the money out before that so ive got to go to the bank tomorrow and check and get these payments going out to them stopped i am hopeing that the bank will refund my money back and that we can take action against ccbilleu.com as this is clast as fraud i hope that everybody who has gone through this that they get there money back from these fraudulent people

I had a charge too.. for $37. I called and asked them about it. They went on to tell me that my husband had a subscription to "hotdates.com:" Now my husband and I don't have a lot of secrets so this would not start an argument. But to try and get a wife all pissed off at her husband. He even told me he had my husband's correct email address so it couldn't be faked. Like that is hard to find for these people who do nothing all day but try and scam hardworking people. So of course I called him and asked and he said no. I called the company and they cancelled whatever "subscription" we had and refunded my money. We recently used our card online for gambling and also have some payday loans out. I think it is from one of them...scammers!

Canada here, recently found a charge on my account from this company. Called Credit Card company right away and got a dispute going. Called CCBill who started asking for detailed personal info from me which I would not give. From my expert and I am an expert opinion, CCBill is in on this scam from some angle directly or indirectly. People complain and post ### about these people and cover the Internet with it and they will bend to your power of influence.

I was charged a charge of $39.77 for three months from CCBILLEU.COM before I caught the scam. And it is a SCAM. Nobody at my house knows my card information or uses my card except me. Nobody has access to my account information, except me. I did not authorize the charge to my account and neither have I subscribed to the disgusting site that they say that I subscribed too. I have canceled my card, hello--no brainer, and I reported this company to the Better Business Bureau. I called them, they immediately refunded two payments, well that's not good enough. They STOLE 3 payments and I expect to get every cents back. I contacted my bank and they are going to go after the final payment. THIEVES. That's what this company is, thieves!

I received a charge from ccbilleu 2 weeks ago, on my account which was a company issued card used for business expenses. My secretary brought it up to me as i had not turned in a matching receipt. I first called my bank, they cancelled the card and issued me a new one. I had to go in and fill out a form to dispute the charges, which is still pending. In the meantime, I looked up ccbilleu and called them last Friday. The lady I spoke with was very nice, and did not argue with me at all. She asked me for my info, and e-mail which did not match the e-mail given them, and was not one of mine. She checked the IP address of computer used to make the charge, which was from Chicago, and I live in Michigan. She Said she would refund my account and block the card # used from their system. So hopefully this is resolved, as it was fairly hassle-free so far.

Hi I'm very unhappy to see that your company has deducted 20usd which equivalent to 240 Seychelles rupees from my bank account when I didn't make any transaction and I have never heard of your company, I don't understand how you can deduct cash from my account when I didn't made any transaction using your website.

My bank told me that the origin of this transaction was instagated by you. hi there.this site is just doing his job . Just send a mail to support@ccbill.com with your email and your bank account and ask them why are you charged for things u don't buy or subscribed to. It happend to me cuz i was looking at some porn and ive subscribd myself there and they replayed to my email

I'm not really sure what going on, but they do report back to me and I got the ID of it
And I actually can cancelled the subscription
first reason is, when you send the message make sure that you don't say anything inappropriate like swearing or something or they will ignore it.
The second thing is, when you send them your email or report you have to wait about 2-3
Hours, if not then make sure you say anything appropriate or they will not report back.

99.99% of CCBill charges are related to porn. No, you weren't scammed. No, you weren't lied to. Some guy/girl in your family – or more likely, you – signed up for porn and are embarrased that they charged you.

I tried a completely free offer from a adult website that was advertised as completely free, that had absolutely no obligation to purchase anything. At that time I made sure that the free offer was completely free and that it required absolutely no obligation to purchase anything at all. A short time later, without my knowledge I was charged for two different websites that I did not purchase from these months and amounts listed, charged on my credit card, Ccbilleau.com is the name of the charge listed on my credit card statement for $54.95 a month, Debited on my American savings Visa debit card #[protected] exp. date 1/2017 (in year 2015 in the the months listed, march 26 march 30 april 14 april 16 may 12 may 14 june 9 june 11 july 7 july 9 august 4 august 6 september 3 september 29 2015) Iam not sure of the dates in oct. nov. I think I have been charged twice a month in oct. and nov. too. I don’t have my c bank credit card statements yet. When this occurred, I investigated and researched this issue and discovered that there are several other individuals who experienced the same case of being mischarged by this website that may have falsely advertised for the free service without a charge and had reported the mistaken charge. I would like to report this incident and I hope I can receive a refund for the mischarge and that your organization can send a recredit to account at my credit card or at my bank. Some of the responses here are hillarious. You people sign-up on porn sites never reading terms and conditions and then wonder what's going on. None of these transactions are frauds, they are merely the result of your naivete.

Always read T&C and pay attention to anything that says "you agree to be charged ..."

I have several deductions made to my account in the past three months. In all they amount to over $700. These deductions should have been cancelled Oct 2015. I want this sorted and refund made immediately.
