An employee by the name of Frank at store 9104 on Broadway in Gary, IN was smoking/vaping in the drive thru window while taking our order. He started choking while he was taking our order & blew the smoke out the window as we were pulling forward. There aren't that many Rally's around anymore & seeing that lets me know why. No standards for the food industry or customers.

Ordered a spicy chicken for the first time. Loved it. When I thanked the gal at the drive through window she responded with "no problem". I know it is not a problem. You are doing your job. You need to thank me for providing you with one by coming to your location for my food. I have been here before (always got a Big Buford). Don't recall this issue before but I have noticed at other places this seems to be the go-to response. I'm not happy when that's what I get instead of a "Thank you."
rally’s drive through stole from me
I am NOT HAPPY with Richmond Indiana Rally's. I got to Rally's orders 40 dollars worth of food. Got my drinks and pulled up to the window, didn't give me a receipt, and then when I got to the window, they said "what order" I said what do you mean what order I just ordered. They called the cops on me and told me I was trying to steal from them when I CLEARLY had my drink. They never gave me my money back. They never gave me any food. I am very upset with Rally's over this and I won't eat there. I have told everyone around what they did to me and they won't eat there either. My kids didn't get fed. I lost 40 dollars. I would like to hear from a corporate manager over this.

We went for lunch. I went to the BR I have pictures and video of how dirty it was the seating area was no different. We had to clean the table. The floor was sticky throughout lobby, the counters we're sticky it was gross. The help was rude and my burgar was raw had tons of sauce lil to no lettuce and was cold. Fries were almost burnt. Unbelievable.

Mushroom Swiss Burger. After a very hard week of losing a family member and planing a funeral I decide to pick up a quick dinner. After waiting in the pouring down rain for 21 minutes ( not including the time it took me to even get to the speaker to make an order) soaking the driver side of my car and myself, Because it took so long for them to actually take my order and I had to keep my window down so I could hear the girl over the speaker since the storm was so loud. I get home and hand my husband his meal just to find out he had no actual burger in his mushroom swiss *burger*, So I had to go out of my way and cook anyways. In the video you will literally see the mushroom gravy and Swiss stuck to the bread. Now I don't understand why in the world they would put the cheese and the mushroom gravy on the bread before they even put the meat and no one thought it felt awfully thin once wrapping it and putting it in my bag? If they are even putting meat on the sandwich is what takes them so long to take an order and get me through the line? I usually do not take the time to make complaints because we're human and we make mistakes and I am a busy working mom, but this is unacceptable! I just wanted a night to relax with my family after one of the hardest weeks I've had in my life and I had extra stress and extra chores added to my day that absolutely was unnecessary I really hope that you all plan on doing more than just giving me another hamburger after this disaster. I would really appreciate it if someone would get back to me as soon as possible

What in the world is happening? First credit card machines were down so cash only! Then ice cream machines down! Today computers were down and not serving at all! I guess with businesses hurting like they are either fix the problems or close it down! I love Rally's but I am beginning to be over it because a lack of management! Are you fixing the problems in this location or is the next place to close? It is so sad seeing it go down hill. Rally's used to be such a joy visiting but now I totally dread the idea of even stopping. I hope that someone addresses these problems and gets some positive results.
ice cream machine down over a week
Very upset that everyday for almost two weeks the ice cream machine has been and still down on Atlantic Blvd, Jacksonville Fl. The lines are always long and they only open one side. Customer service is at it's all time low. This is the only Checkers on this side of town and it's hot and we can't enjoy the ice cream summer specials. They don't seem to want to fix the problem.

Good Evening,
I just visited your location (#9070) in Owensboro, KY and received terrible customer service. I was barely greeted upon my arrival to the drive-thru window, I was not asked about condiments, etc. The young lady working the window was too concerned with the conversation taking place inside to even look at me when she gave me my order. I even sat there for a minute or so afterwards to see if she would turn around and acknowledge me but she did not. I've been in customer service for years, even as a trainer and I am not sure if she's new or seasoned but additional training needs to be taken into consideration. She was young, blonde, around 5'2" and wore glasses. I'm not one to submit complaints but I felt that the company needed to be made aware of this in the event it's an every day behavior with this particular employee. The cashier # is DS284 and my check # was 40273. Thank you for taking the time to read this.

This is my second time trying to order at this location this week in the same employee name Sandra was at the window the first time I came this week she ask me can she take my order I placed my order then she came in said I never told you to go ahead with you order so you can repeat your order then today I come in placed my order when I got to the window she took my money when she noticed it was me she gave me my money back I really feel unwanted in I think this is discriminate

I spent 34.05 at rallys on Sunday June 9th at 4:07 pm ticket number WU108. I drove 15 minutes back to restaurant and because we ate our fries on way home and i left the drinks at home watered down i couldnt get a refund. They served raw meat to my pregnant daughter who could of got sick if she ate it. How is this gling to be taken care of? George kept hanging up on me told me to call number on back and there is not one. I still have the receipt. She tried giving me the food back with raw meat so i pushed it back in window and told her I don't want raw food I'd like a refund. Where has customer service went?

My wife and I both purchased separate orders at Rally's on South Madison Muncie, in today. There is not a 4-digit store number on either one of our recipes. How are we supposed to fill out a survey if the receipt doesn't have the information that you need.? I would like it resolved or I'll just start going back to McDonald's again and not doing rallys ever.

My Husband and granddaughter wanted rally's for dinner today we pulled in the line at 6:25 pm and did not order till 7:12. They had one car waiting at window and the other waiting to order at the speaker box. When it was our turn to order we got to where you order and had to wait at least 15 more minutes there. When we were waiting there no one talked to us or asked us to wait, it was just silence. We watched multiple cars go next store to McDonald's to get food because it was taking so long. The only reason we stayed in line was because we had already been waiting that long in line for food.drivethru times shouldn't take 45 minutes
lack of service
Went again today, 4th time in 24hrs. Still no food. Each time I've waited at least 5 minutes and not moved up one spot. That's mean its been at least 5 minutes and the first car hasn't been served. That's NOT fast food! I'm currently waiting in the Taco Bell line for my food, they get my $. What are you going to about this location? Last chance! I've to many choices for this crap!

I am sending this complaint in regards to my experience I had on 6/3/2019 around 11:30a.m. I decided to take my son to the Rally's on lindell and Vanderventer. I proceeded to order but noticed that there was a better deal. So I asked the cashier to change my order the cashier got mad and stated really you wanna change your order after I just put it in I said yes. The cashier said well you are going to have to wait slammed the window and started to help the workers in the back on they orders. I stood there for a few minutes and she ignored me. I knocked on the window to see why she hadn't come back to take my order and to also let her know that I didn't appreciate how I was being treated and that she was rude. I told her that I am a customer and that I am allowed to change my mind. She didn't care she rolled her eyes and said she wasn't rude and started to argue with me. This lady slammed the window on me again I knocked on the window again she opened the window and stated she wasn't going to help me told me to go to another Rally's. I told her that I was calling corporate she said so and slammed the window again. I knocked on the window again and asked if I could get her name. She stated her name was Nicholas I was told that her name was Monique. I don't know what her correct name is, but What's so bad about the entire situation is that her badge stated that she was an assistant manager. I couldn't believe Rally's would allow their managers to act the way that she did. It was 2 other customers in the restaurant as well who also stated that she was very rude to them and that they wasn't going to be coming back. This young lady had a very nasty attitude and dameaner. My son loves Rally's, but I will not be patronizing that establishment as long as she works there period. I would appreciate it if someone would Please check into this matter. This young lady is running away good paying customers and something definitely needs to be done. Thanks in advance

I ordered the 2 for 2 rally burger. My exact words... do you still have the 2 for 2 she responds yes... me ok i need 3 of those but 2 with only ketchup and cheese... i get rung up for the 3.50 meal deal with cheese added 4 times...yes i admit i messed up by saying cheese but come on why do i want 4 pieces of cheese on one burger? Where are the other 2? I count my items... somethings not right i am 2 fries short and a 2 burgers short... i tell the worker she apologizes asks me what i am short i tell her 2 rally burger 2 for 2 one with only ketchup one regular. I wait again she hands me the bag again apologizes and me not thinking ahe would mess up 2x in a row so I don't check. I wanted 3 fries and only ended up with 2. Oh and also when i first pulled up to the window I pay she grabs a coke and is like would you like this... me thinking she accidentally made it and was giving it to me instead of throwing it away I take it and smile and say sure. Back to where food wasn't right when handed to me... then I realize i didn't pay for what i ordered but not a big deal cause price was around the same price as it would have been if i was rung up correctly . Point being i was very clear on what i ordered and didnt get it then she was willing to fix it but STILL didnt get it right. Tried calling number at top of receipt goes straight to voicemail. Shut this place down. They're not servicing walk up but drive thru? Pocketing money thats meant for the business and its only 8:30pm central Is this how Rally's really run their business? Location West Florissant and Helen St. Louis County Missouri. Now I'll never feel comfortable eating here because I kniw for a fact they don't like there job, so of course the food is going to be missrd handled. I work in food and been for 12 years, I know how a kitchen is operated, I know what kind of attitude it takes to thrive not to mention Rally's has always been my favorite among fast food I'm deeply burden by the action that took place just wanting something reliable and tasty to eat. I don't appreciate being lied to when I'm paying loyal customer I'm really discouraged to even wanna eat their.
