I am complaining about the way I was treated
i walked to the rallys on Oakland park and Cleveland ave to get my kids some food. normally i would drive but my car brokedown.. so i get to the window and the manager at first said the window was closed for shift change .. it was after 11 already. there were 6 other people that was there in front of me. she sold one person a ice cream cone and told us that the window was closed. she gave out free food in drive thru. and i had a friend show up to drive me thru the drive thru and she refused to serve me. i was already on the phone making a complaint. i was told i would receive coupons for my trouble which i never received and that was 2 wks ago...

I went to 1209 n dixie hgwy location, waited until the gentleman in front of me got his order and then started to give my order, at which point, an individual came up fast from behind me, pushed past me, put his money in window and got his sweet tea. I hate to think that the reason for this is that the employee and the customer are black and i am white, but in this racially hypercharged era one must wonder. I DO know that i dont wait in line for my health and the rudeness of both the customer and your employee drove my business across the street which is where it will stay for here on.

Food was great! Customer service and cleanliness is terrible! I ordered 2 all american cheeseburgers and a medium fry May 23rd approx 115pm at the 43rd and market street location in Philadelphia. The staff was yelling and arguing behind the counter, the cashier didn't welcome me on approach and didn't thank me after order was complete. Gave me my receipt and walked away. The same happened when my food was given to me. No thank you or have a nice day. While I was waiting, I noticed how filthy the place is. Literally from the floor to the ceiling. The walls are filthy, bbq sauce on the wall directly above the thermostat looks like it's been there for weeks. The bathroom door is disgusting, none of the tables were clean in the dining area. Which I could understand if it were busy but it was slow. One person literally, was waiting on food in the dining area. Someone should have been out there to clean tables. Floorboards broken and dirty, front window cracked, door has a huge spider crack thats been there for at least a year. Deplorable is all I can say. All managers involved with this store should be fired! Staff needs to be retrained properly! It's a disgrace that this place should look this way! It's very apparent that management doesn't care about the facilities appearance or training of their staff. I would have took pictures but there would have been too many to take. Someone believes that as long as this store makes money they're going to overlook the appearance. That's my opinion. I'll be happy to go back and take pics but I'm sure someone in corporate already knows how this place looks. I hope this changes soon.

My family and i came to eat & we used coupons, a women in the back named connie was making rude coments, humiliating us for using coupons. My daughters felt so embarrassed they wanted to leave. As a mother i would never want anyone to make my family feel like anything less for any reason. We eat at rallys often, Worst experience i have ever recieved. this Rallys is located at Valero gas station, on the corner of Shaw and Brawley In Fresno California. unsatisfied with order
I made a big order of fry lover burgers 2/$4 and so my order was 8 frylover burgers..I paid and left got home and realized all my suppose to be fry burgers was just regular burgers no fires on it, I ordered 2 chicken bite boxes as well and one was okay but the other had 6 ball of chicken and 8 fries..I have ordered this before so I know more should have came in the boxes and fries should have been on all my burgers...tried calling the Rally's back but kept hanging up and just didn't answer...

A manager at the location in Barberton thought it was okay to throw a drink into my car and a bag of food. I didn't know you guys employ people that act like that and can't act professional and with a sense of respect. The food I got from there was nasty and made me throw up and have the [censored]s so it was pretty obvious that she did something to it before giving it to me. She screamed something out the window at the time there was several customers behind us and she acted this way as a manager which is sad and when I called the other manager didn't seem to care.

At approximately 3:45 on May 11 at the 7604 E Colonial Dr, Orlando, FL 32807 location, my husband went into this locations drive thru. He was interrupted rudely several times during the order process, snapped at, and when he finally gave up and said "f*ck this", the manager then proceeded to cuss him out telling him to "f*ck off and leave". When I went back up there less than 10 min later he was just as rude, wouldn't listen to anything I had to say, tried to claim that HE was disrespected, and (a direct quote) "if I get disrespected, I disrespect that person back. I'm the manager here, and I'll do what I want. " and when I asked if he thought that it was proper procedure for him to respond that way to a customer (who spends at least 60$ every trip up there) he said (another quote) "I don't care. I'm the manager, I make the rules. And every employee in here will back up what I say." (Side note, every employee in this location looked at him with differing degrees of disgust, shock, and slight fear.) When I stated that in most places that deal with customers, that is something that he could be fired for. He stated (and I quote) "I don't care. If I get fired, I get fired. I will do whatever I want."
I do believe that this is the WRONG attitude a MANAGER is supposed to have... And I'm not sure on this, but I think he claimed he was the GENERAL MANAGER. Is this the kind of representation you want in your stores? Someone who obviously doesn't care whether he chases away your customers? I do believe he needs to be taught a proper lesson in customer service... I've been a server/waitress for 30 years. This behaviour was appealing at least and infuriating at worst... I believe it would serve him right if he WAS fired... And if not fired, then demoted and transferred to another location. Because as long as he's there, my family will NOT be spending 60-80 per trip there... And I WILL put a review on Google warning others about the possibilities of how they might get treated.

I was in Drive thru and placed a large order, after placing the order I realized I hadn't ordered all that I needed. Upon arrival at the drive thru I asked the cashier if I could at 3 small fries and she stated, "We cannot do add ons at the window. I said, "Wow, that's strange I've done it before. She then explained that they were short staffed and that's why she couldn't do it. I then replied, "Oh so it isn't that you can't do it, you're just refusing to and she said Yes! My husband then got out of the car and approached the walk up window to order the other food. He waited at least 5 minutes before he asked if he would ever get the food and finally another worker came and made the food as the others were refusing and had him waiting at the window store#5284 is the store of concern. Please train your workers that the customer is always right like Chic fil A does!

I came to the spring street locatiin. In macon ga...about 12:19 a.m... I ordered a number 10 and i guess the cashier thought i said a number 3... We were told to pull up for a total.. When we got to the window i noticed the total was. Not correct so my boyfriend asked her if she had him for a number ten a heavy set bald headed lady started yelling he cant add oon at the window the cashier told him we wanted a number three...she began fussing about people changing orders ect... And was yelling and cursing at the crew.. I work in customer service and we make mistakes...its fine if she didnt hear us but to carry on like that making it seem like it was our fault or the fact we even came there was an inconvenience to her was very unprofessional and should not be tolerated the cashier told me her name was Lavita...i really hope this is addressed... I would have sent a copy of the receipt but I was not given one and one was not on the bag...

This place is a s**thole. Dirty rooms that you have to share with a bunch of Indians. Fat rats running on the floor. Their breakfast is a moulded white bread. You can get a rotten egg if you are lucky. Staying there is not worth your money. The owner calls himself Philip. He looks like an Indian, but who can distinguish those monkeys, maybe Sri-Lankan. Terrible customer service.

Went to Rally's a few minutes ago. Ordered a Big Buford, Spicy Chicken with cheese, Medium Fries and a Large Monsterella Stix. I pulled in a parking spot in Rally's to eat. Started with the Monsterella Stixs and they were hot, fresh so went to the fries. They were warm but ok so moved to the sandwiches with cheese. Cheese was not melted, meats were cold, Big Cold Burford and Spicy Cold sandwiches. I never left the parking lot but the employees were enjoying the outside.

My family loves rally's. We eat there 2-4 times a month. I have a large family so I usually spend 30-50 dollars when I go. The last time I went it was pouring down raining. I ordered 3 10 piece wings, 2 loaded fries, 4 meals, 2 extra slushees, and a few other items. My total was 48$ I was asked to pull down bc the wings were not ready. I sat there over 30 minutes. I would have left but I had already paid and still didn't have any food. I called the store phone and was hung up on twice. It took them over 30 minutes to get us our food and when we did the only thing that was hot was the wings. Every burger and chicken sandwich was cold The regular fries were so cold the kids refused to eat them. I did not get any of the loaded fries or my drinks. I tried to call again as now they had several cars in line and I didn't want to wait any longer. I just went home and called them only to be told that I could come back and get them now or it wasn't their problem. It took me 20 minutes to get home after I had already sat there for 30 minutes waiting for the food! So almost 50$ and an almost an hour of waiting and I'm left with less than half of my order and was treated like crap by your manager and employees! They eventually told me to keep the receipt and they would make it right next time. However when I did go back I was told no and they did nothing! I still have my receipt but I will never be back! I basically threw away 50$ on food that was cold, missing, or soggy from sitting there waiting so long. The manager was not even apologetic! This location in pearl ms has gone downhill! I will be posting in our community page as well as twitter.
Also is it common for a worker who brings your food out to the window to cuss you and ask for a cigarette?
Never have I ever been treated so poorly by a business!

I came to checkers 2192 campbellton rd atlanta ga and an employee blew their nose using their finger while expressing snot in the corner of the floor. They messed up my order and served me food that looked played in. Manager with purple hair blew her nose and was upset when we asked about what we saw. Ive been here for 30 minutes! Im still here waiting on replacement food. I spent 28.00 + on my order and I am totally dissatisfied! I want a complete refund!
It is a shame that you have to make up lies just to get a refund. If you want a refund you should give the food back.
rally's big buford combo and mozzarella sticks
Saturday April 20th approx 5:30 pm to 6:05 pm. We ordered big Buford combo and mozzarella sticks said we had a coupon also asked about a milkshake she was approx mid thirties said there isn't such a thing no explanation then we asked for a slushy she said there is no such a thing twice slurring sounded drunk or high and extermely rude. Her co workers went outside one in her car and the other around the bldg. She finally gave me the drink and then the bag of food she mubled don't have no chicken mumbled we ordered by mozzarella sticks and slammed the window. The worst experience coustomer service experience ever. Also you could tell the grease smelled terrible outside it reeked. The fries were cold the hamburger barely warm and the drink wasn't full. We didn't get a receipt or a name. She even moved and looked drunk or high both of much son and i we're in disbelief how discussing this woman was. I work very nearby location in Harahan Louisiana near the Walmart it has always been convenient fast and friendly until recently the last few weeks I've noticed takes longer to get my food they closed Lanes only had one side open they don't have what I'm trying to order and I have to wait for it I've actually avoided going there cuz lines are too long and I only have a 30 minute lunch tonight I tried to order two for $4 chicken sandwiches and was told I had to wait 6 minutes not on my 30 minute lunch
I have a 30-minute lunch this place used to be fast friendly now they have Lanes closed frequently and run out of what I'm looking for I only have 30 minutes can't wait they need to have things ready they used to always have what I want now either have to go to the long line because one lane is closed and wait for my food not on my 30 minute lunch
Don't go on your 30 minute lunch then if you cannot wait. That simple.
People like that cannot think of simple things.
