Waiting in drive-thru only 2cars a head of me waited a long period of time.fries poored in bottom of bag boneless wings not done.Ordered a BLT extra bacon but not a piece of bacon only crumbs bun was broken all up been calling since 9:30 pm it's now 11pm no answer when I gave her the sandwich she asked for receipt never gave back and she was very rut.She took receipt because of the bacon then told was out should of never charged. Man what happened to rally's? I live in Springfield Illinois and we only have one rally's here. it used to be quick good and cheap. Now it's slow the food sucks and it's become a lot more expensive let alone the fact that the service is horrible. Everyone there acts like they hate being there, maybe its because they do. All I know is that I'm starting to feel like I'm wasting my time money and effort to even go there anymore. When I hear about the rally's here in Springfield Illinois all I hear anymore is that its [censored], and has gone downhill fast and that's disappointing to me because I used to tell everyone that rally's was awesome food at awesome prices. Now it's just another [censored]hole in a sea of [censored]hole chain restaurants that only care about thier bottom dollar and how much profit they can make. Either way I would very much like you to address this problem so I can go back to enjoying one of my favorite places to grab a bite.

I purchased a large sprite for my son the top end up coming off the cup and I happened to look inside and there was a bunch of black I'm presuming mold in the bottom of the cup. My son could have gotten sick from drinking this product and if it was dark like pepsi we would have never knew I feel you need to train your personnell on ways to correctly clean and run a restaurant.

I order to mushroom swiss burgers with extra mushroom barely got any mushrooms on there a bacon steak melt and a bacon American all American notes to chicken by boxes and a small fry all the fries were cold is sourdough sandwiches for cold and the chicken bites box was missing only had six pieces of chicken each the customer service was horrible and they acted like they didn't know what I was talking about
employee intentionally contaminating food and laughing before serving it to customer. appalling!
To whom it may concern, are you aware of a video of one of your employees intentionally throwing a hamburger bun on the floor, smearing around, laughing and then putting mayonnaise on it as she finishes putting it together for one of you customers? This has gone viral. This is criminal and extremely detrimental to your reputation. I own my own small family restaurant myself in a small town, and I shutter at the thought of any of my employees ever doing something like this. You have a big problem here and it needs to be dealt with publicly. The people want some answeers and some resolution to this very disturbing video.

I go to Rally's in Cullman to get me and my passengers food on 12/29 (Friday) cause it was 12 maybe a little before and Rally's is open till 1am I thought...
Needless to say I get told by the cashier who was taking my order they didn't have any "fried foods" so I asked for something different and then get told again about them not having any fried foods cooked at that moment or any hamburger meat ... So I finally was tired of hearing they didn't have this up or that cooked.. when they coul ord have easily cooked my order and was about to leave and the lady came back over and said she was informed they had 1 hamburger Patty up if I would like that. So I said why not..
I do not understand why the place is opened til 1am if they are going to turn away costumers because of their laziness not wanting to do the job they are there for! The general manager and assistant general manager I've seen for myself they could be there in their crew members could be coming outside with a order for a customer and then they could just be yelling at them as if they are their kids as if they are there little slaves I mean when I seen this for the first time I'm like okay maybe it's something else to this but I seen it again when I was ended ended in the Drive-Thru and she was yelling at one of the cashiers you know it just was not professional I think someone needs to get down there and mediately see what's going on I don't know hire somebody else in there you know how they do the Undercover Boss type thing so they can see for them self what's going on plus they're getting under minimum wage I mean minimum wage in Cook County anywhere Cook County should be I think began to be $12 an hour on July 1st of this year of 2018 that's about to go and these employees are still starting off with $8.50 an hour how can people they treat the the employees like that and under pay them at the same time and expect them to still work hard something needs to happen immediately

I Ordered twice in drive through because the first time my order was not taken. Approached to pay and my order was incomplete. I asked the employee for the missing mozzerella cheese stix and she replied "you did not order them, you need to learn how to order" i asked her, her name and she said "Emily, don't wear it out" and alammed the window shut. I waived down Kye (manager) explained what Emily's horrible customer service and he grinned while she stuck out her tongue behind him. I am absolutely disgusted by such horrible customer service. I am a regular customer and PAY for my food yet do NOT expect to be treated in such a way.
drive through guy taking order
I've tried to go to the rally's on south Emerson and interstate 464 here in Indianapolis... I think he's from another country because he never understands my order and wants me to pull to the window ... he's clueless and I refuse.. to go to that one..and it's the closest to my house.. I've used rally's many times before ..I will have to depend on another rally's or change to McDonald's! I hate to do that but if you keep that poor service, , I forced to do that! Very bad business from that store here lately..

My daughter stopped at the Checkers located at Ulmerton Rd / 49th St, Clearwater, Fl last night on her way to work. Could you please review the security cameras (12/1/2018 @ 11:33pm) to verify the discrepancy where she gave Chris Glack $20 to pay for order, but he claims it was a $10. He abruptly closed the window on her. I tried to call at [protected] to speak with a manage concerning this incident but with no success! Your attention to this matter would be very much appreciated.
She is very sorry for what she did.
I called back and they told me they could not refund the money until they counted the money at the end of the night and saw if they were $10 over. At this time my daughter broke down crying and told the truth. I informed her that they would return the money once they counted it to verify that they had an extra $10. This is when she confessed. She is scared that they will have her charged because I gave them a number to call.
Please ignore this complaint. My daughter just informed me that she really did pay with a $10 bill and she tried to claim she paid with a $20 bill so she can get an extra $10 back. Now she is afraid that since I posted this online that she will go to jail. I had no idea at the time when I posted this complaint that she was being dishonest. Please just forget about all of this as she is just a teen aged girl.
customer service & food sanitation
My boyfriend and I arrived in the Rally's Drive through around 6:35pm on 11/24/2018. When the employee took the order she didn't gear anything we said because she was taking window orderds and talking to another employee at the same time so my boyfriend had to repeat himself serveral times on a simple order of two large fries and two spicy chicken sandwiches.
When we finally got to the window after a 25 min wait the guy at the window was sweating to the point his hair was wet, red in the face almost crying and drinking from a rally's cup. He walked away limping you could tell he was extremely sick. His appearance was sloppy dirty and had holes in his shirt. The other employee told him dont touch the food. (Assuming she did because he was sick) but he touch it anyway with no gloves.
We didnt even want the food at that point and I prayed no one get sick from that night.
I am complaining about the rude worker at the reading location in ohio
My family and i were in the mood for rallys, we are very loyal and regular customers. We looked up on rallys website to see what we could get with the 4 dollar deal and on the website it said we could get a snack size shake so i asked for one and the lady acted like she didnt no what i was talking about so i explained to her we seen it on the internet on the rallys website and her exact words were" well this isn't the internet". I understand if u couldn't do it. I work at a restaurant myself but she was so rude and nasty and with that kind of employee working there no one will want to cone eat there. I'm sure I'm not the first person she was rude to. Thank u for taking the time to read this complaint and i hope something is done about her poor attitude and her poor manners.

i came to checkers around 3:30 am and i bought to2 checker burger and to 2 spicy chicken the 2for2 deal i came back because one of my spicy chicken sandwiches was still raw in the middle first off i never found out the girl name because she never gave me a receipt for my order i came back to bring the sandwich she ask for something i couldnt provide manger came up but didnt resolve my issues i really think u should take a look at the camera because someone is stealing the sandwich makers didnt have anything to do with the cashier
management and my paycheck
My name is James Burton I used to work for checkers and got fired for my background not checking out I got sent to rhawn and the Blvd worked Oct 5 6 7 and didn't get paid for them days the next two weeks I worked for them I got paid for them days I've made complaints to the district manager Byronabout my pay he said he put it in but every week I call and check to see if I had a check they tell me no so I would call and text Byron but no reply then I got the owner talked to him in October he told me he would fix it but didn't now when I call or text him I get no reply either from him and he gave me his word that it was going to get fixed but I still haven't been paid yet I just want me money I worked for so until I get paid I'm going to make a complaint every day

closing early at 1am but supposed to close at 2am
This is the 2nd night within a week that the Rallys on McCain Blvd in North Little Rock Arkansas has closed early at 1am. As soon as I drive up to the window, the automated voice informs me that the restaurant is closed. Has the hours changed? On Google it states closing is at 2am and not 1am. I am confused.This is unacceptable. Last time I am wasting time and money (gas in vehicle) to come to such an establishment. It is now 11/7/18 1:27 am. It has been closed for almost 30 mins.
