Missing food items in the drive-through
I purchased food from the checkers on 377 566th street North Saint Petersburg FL 33710 store number 5332 my host was Jeremy however I did not receive a medium fry or a fried mushroom side with a ranch dip cup Everything else on my receipt was in order I was given the wrong bag of food to begin with I gave it back and I was handed another bag stating that it was the correct bag unfortunately it still was not the correct bag Also I tried to call the store number 5332 and theight people on the other end kept hanging up on me I know for sure that they are there and we're working and there is 3 employees at this time and not one person has answered the phone to take my complain I'm filing this complaint at 7:21 on April the 16th Sunday 2023 my order total came to 3865 I used a $50 bill and got $11.35 change it back my order was on April 16th 2023 at 6:56 PM Driver side 20097

Processing of Payment on Debit Card
I believe the date was 4/10/2023 I went to Rally's in Maple Heights Ohio 44137. When I handed over my Debit card the person taking the payment at the window walked out of view with my credit card. This is the only time my card has ever been out of my sight. Now all of a sudden I am getting fraud transactions on my card from 4/12/2023. Is there any cameras in these locations to see if this person is taking pictures of peoples cards? Once he went out of view I did not like how my transaction was taken care of. He was out of view for a bit.
Desired outcome: Check into see if there are cameras in this location and see if employees are following the right protocol without going out of view with a person's card see if they are using cell phones when they shouldn't be.
Drive in working
Every night there is a bug dumpster blocking drive through. While all employees are outside sitting around smoking. They all take breaks at same time making hard for. People like myself who have been working all day and night to get a fast meal. It's not only time this has been an issue. It's always an excuse. Lots of drug addicted people hanging in parking lot. Talking to employees no one answers store phone. This location doesn't close until 3:00 a.m but they never have. Open light turned on in Windsor. Also when I get my order it's wrong after waiting over 25 minutes for order of 3 sandwiches. I have worked as manager of Other fast food restaurants and. Would never allow everyone to break at same time. There geese is never filtered or changed. And have old food that is pass good times. I honestly don't think Managers or employees should have the right to not take orders or lie about equipment. That's way over the line. Something has to be done about them it's too long of them getting away with this.
Wrong order an disrespectful employees.
I was just trying to resolve the issue a get the right food even the DoorDasher understood what I was trying to say a the restaurant hung up in my face twice. First a man answered the phone then a women answered the phone a went ballistic about the incorrect order a said deal with it with DoorDash which was fine but I didn’t know what I needed to do to get a refund. We received the wrong food a didn’t get anything resolved .this took place at 10:16 an the date is March 25th.

Your location in Lawrenceville Ga did not give my my online order that I ordered and paid for before arrival at the store. They said the Wi-Fi was down and not receiving mobile or 3rd party orders. This was March 2. 2023. It is now March 22 I’ve been told by 3 support members to wait 3-5 business days and 2 supervisors tell me that they will put in a inquiry with corporate and that I should hear back from them or corporate. The first girl I talk to hung up on me while I was getting something to write my refund reference number down. To which I have not seen my refund, or hear from corporate. I have been stolen from and lied to multiple times. I have been patient and as kind as I can be with how frustrated I am. I don’t wait credit as this is the third time I’ve had problems with this location and after this I don’t believe I will return anytime soon. I would like someone to contact me who can do something and not just someone who tells me “it out of their hands”.

I am complaining about the rallies on Hamilton Road in Whitehall Ohio. The food we got the other night was terrible.
I arrived at this restaurant around 11:08 I just got off work and I sat in line to 1139. I had ordered at two mushrooms orders. I had ordered two big rally burgers and a small chili dog everything that came out as far as mushrooms looked up, look like dried up quarters the hotdog was so old it was all Shrek up burgers look like that sat in the microwave for three days we cannot even eat the food here. Is there something wrong with these kids? Do they know how to cook? I’d like to get my $30 back or have someone at least call and discuss this with me like a normal person instead of yelling in my face. I’d appreciate a call back. Thank you so much again I’m sorry but these young kids cannot cook.

Tried to order Big Buford burger meal
I tried ordering a meal through the drivethru, and the employee was very disrespectful. All I wanted to do is order my food and she told me no. I'm not understanding why they are opened. I purchased a 3 piece chicken strip and an order of loaded fries without bacon. The chicken strips were over cooked and dried out, the fries had bacon on them. I specifically requested no bacon and repeated twice, letting them know the last time I ordered those, they had bacon on them. The chicken was inedible but I took the top layer of fries off and ate about half of them. I explained that I had to eat some of the fries because it was all I got for dinner. I was on my way to work and not allowed to make calls from work, so, I just stopped on the way home for a refund. They told me they could replace the strips but not the fries since I ate some of them. I returned what I didn’t eat. They could not refund my money and wouldn’t replace the fries. I have never complained about their food before. I would like my money back for both items or have them both replaced for free. Thank you.

Nov. 1 2022 they started charging extra 25 cents per order. this is what the sign says.
Paying extra 25 cents may not mean a lot but to me, it's the principle.
I thought ok what's next.
What's next is they are charging extra 25 cents per item.
Because of this don't expect me to eat at checkers in future. totally outrages.

Roach in my son's drink
It is December 7th and at almost 6 pm I stopped at checkers in Dothan, AL. I ordered his fries that were supposed to be loaded and had hardly any of the toppings it was supposed to have. My son eats the ice in his cup after drinking his drink. When he opened the cup there was a dead cockroach in the cup! This is absolutely unacceptable and unbelievable. My son could get very sick from this. I'm still deciding on what to do about this. I usually eat here about once a week. I can't explain enough how disgusted I am. I do not want free food. This is a serious matter and it should be addressed. If your employees are seeing this in the cup or not making the customers food properly, there should be something done. I will not be eating here or at any checkers in Dothan. This is just unhealthy and unsanitary. I won't let this go and I deserve compensation for my son drinking tea with a roach in it. I'm not out to sue anyone but I'm very angry absolution astonished with a fast food restaurant serving roaches in there drinks or food and not giving the customer what they ask for.
Coupons you offer
On Nov. 21, 2022, at store #3448, in Joliet, IL, we wanted a little snack and had one of your coupons for a free 4-piece Monsterella sticks for free. There was no purchase needed since nothing was stated on the coupon you must make a purchase of...like some of your other coupons. We present the coupon, and the girl wouldn't accept it. She said we needed to make a purchase. I said nothing on this coupon states that...nothing on the front or the back in small print.
I know this is such a minor incident. This has happened other times, too. Or we were one or 2 days out of expiration, and they wouldn't accept our coupon.
With the cost of everything these days, we rely on your coupons for better pricing. What good are the coupons if we can't use them sometimes?
Sorry for the complaint, but like I said this has happen numerous times.

No one in the department
l arrived at your party shop at your checkers branch in Sea Point The Point center..there was a guy in that isle that tried to assist me as best as he could but because its not his department his assistant was in vain.. He then tried to locate a person to assist and got another guy that also couldn't assist me..now after being there for more than 15mins i started to get irritated,i then made my way to the front of the store to get some sort of assistance from atleast a manager ..same problem no management came to my aid eventually the lady that worked in the department Busisiwe is her name she came and assisted with an attitude if i may add,telling me that she cant stand there the whole day since there's nothing much to sell.. The sad thing was when one of the staff members took me to the managers office i found the ladies chilled it didn't look like anyone was even ready to come out and assist me after being called out twice already.
Desired outcome: I would like an apology from the whole management team that was on duty, because i felt less important and that my time and the money I was going to spend there was no use for the business.
Chicken wings
The reason I am writing is to bring to your attention about my visit to Checkers in Brandywine, Maryland. I was there on October 29th 2022 to purchase a ten-piece chicken wings. After having to wait 15 minutes for the chicken to cook, when I got my order and arrived home, there were only 8 pieces. I tried numerous times to call the restaurant, but no one answered the phone. I made attempts for two days to call and still no answer. This is not to complain about my service—it’s just that I did not receive what I paid for. The chicken was $14.99. I was too far from the restaurant to return and it was late at night. I am not looking for my money, but if you can refund me by giving me a gift card to Checkers or a coupon to make another purchase, I would appreciate it. Big Buford
The Big Buford I ordered from E. Memorial in Lakeland Fl on Monday evening was very disappointing. Way to much pepper I couldn't even finish it. My daughter in law ordered the Big Buford barbeque with bacon she said hers was way to salty she couldn't finish hers either. Usually love the Big Buford but tonight dinner was a huge let down so much so that I may not be visiting Checkers for a long time after this incident. Makes ya wonder what is going on with the food service industry that was once your favorite place to go now is your favorite place to avoid.
Desired outcome: I'd like to get a response on why so much pepper on one and why so much salt on another. A refund isn't really necessary but greatly appreciated
Online ordering
At around 1:30AM I placed a online order,paid for it with a credit card and received a confirmation email that my order had been received and was being prepared. It said it would be ready at 1;50AM I believe it was. I received a e mail a little before the scheduled 1:50AM stating my order was ready. Upon arriving at the store minuates later I realize NO ONE is here. They were closed. The app says they are open till 3:00AM. Well now I'm pissed so I called the provided number and followed the process to get a refund but after not getting it after the 5-7 days the lady said it would take I again called to learn that there was no record of the 1st lady doing anything so we started the process again. This is a LOT of TROUBLE for trying to eat a meal. I mean damn! The time ordering,time and gas going to get it,time on phone to get a refund Twice so far. It's just plain unacceptable. Should I not receive my $19.25 back on my card by the specified date your customer service representative stated I would I'm going to consider it as if you stole my $ (because that's basically what you have done) and I will be takin appropriate action with whom ever is in charge that day at your Ripley MS location where the order was placed. And yes (I have all my emails to support my claim)
Desired outcome: I do not desire any outcome I REQUIRE the outcome of my money back for the order I never received. How I receive it is up to you.
Update: having waited for the SECOND time the specified amount of time the customer service rep told me it could take. my $19.25 has still not posted back on my card.
Overcharged
Went to rallys with my son in Anderson Indiana, had a coupon and it should have been just over $11, they charged him over $19, I went in, they were supposed to have the store manager call me to rectify the situation but it never happened, I contacted corporate, they took all information and still have not given my son back the difference from the overcharge. My son is mentally disabled!

I ordered numerous times from your store, and I've never had a issue. I order through door dash, and the food arrived inedible. The chicken was so old and stale, The 1/2 box was a kid size missing a lot of food. I know I took a chance ordering at 10pm but your store is open until 3am. There is no number on my receipt to call, so the only info I have is a time and check number which is 410065 online delivery at the Checker's store at 3429 Wrightsboro Road
Augusta, GA This food came up to almost $30 for two items including driver tip!
I've uploaded a picture so you can see the quality of the chicken. It was hard, and some pieces broken off.

I ordered the new bbq burger and got home bit into my burger and the plastic thing to close the bread was in my sandwich I almost choked on it I called and all they did was to offer to fix me another burger wasn’t concerned at all and I almost choked on it they don’t care that I was harmed by someone at their business. This was Thursday night and I’m very upset that they didn’t care about my situation and it was dangerous.
Desired outcome: Justice for what they did I could of lost my life.
