My boyfriend and I stopped by the chevron closest to our house to pick up some drinks and snacks. My boyfriend decided to get some beer and went to check out. The woman working, her name badge said Aracely, asked my boyfriend for his id which he gave her. And she told him she needed another form of id since she thought his was fake and he tried to tell her it was his California state issued id, it wasn't expired or anything. she continued to harass him saying it was her right to ask for another form of id. I don't understand who carries around 2 forms of id? He told her to scan it and everything and she kept saying oh I'm trying to protect the company, which I can understand but if she had scanned it she would have known it was real and could have avoided the whole situation. It got to the point where he just asked her if she was gonna sell it to him or not so we could just go somewhere else. But as soon as she thought she was gonna lose a sale, she seemed to believe it was real

I frequent the store on many occasions, probably four or five times a week. The store always seems a little dirty ...they're always out of soda cups for the soda fountain, straws and sometimes lids. That store is very congested, it just FEELS DIRTY. The workers are friendly. .sometimes hard to understand because of their accent. I don't feel this store qualifies for the HIGH STANDARDS... that I think CHERVON requires for all its stores expectations.

Hi my name is Olivia Munoz i went to the chevron gas station at 791 N Milliken ave ontario ca 91764 on June 25 around 2:41 pm to get gas and my two girls wanted an icee. My 5 year old was walking with her icee while I was getting chips, she tripped and her icee fell on the floor. I told her to get another one and as soon as we told the employee that the icee fell on the floor she gave us an attitude and said we had to pay for it because my daughter threw it, I explained to the employee I think her name is Becky that it was an accident but she insisted I had to pay for it she even confirmed with another employee that I had to pay for it and the other employee said I had to. I told the cashier that I was going to pay for it but that it wasn't fair because it was an accident. I asked to talk to the manager but the manager who's name is Lourdes was in the same position as the other employee and said I had to pay for it even after explaining that my daughter tripped and the icee fell from her hands. I am very disappointed because I felt I was treated unfairly it's not like my 5 year old threw it on the floor on purpose. Please check your cameras as you will see what really happened. I will never go back to this gas station. I hope that the manager and the employees get trained correctly to treat the customers better and not feel as if they owned the place.

I went to your car wash on williams highway in grants pass oregon. The car wash recently re done so I thought I would try it out. Well it got stuck so I called the service station after being stuck for about fifteen minutes. The assistant manager comes out and turns it off and proceeds to tell at me telling me if my mirrors would have been ticked properly it wouldn't have gotten stuck, it was not even stuck by the mirrors. He then tells me very rudely to back out of the car wash, I back up then he yells to go farther back which I do. Once he resets the car wash it prompted me to pull forward so I start to roll forward. He then screams at me "Did I tell you to move" so after about five more minutes of soap drying into my paint he tells me to go ahead. After getting our of the car wash I walked to the office and asked for the managers name and info. He refused to give it to me. I am beyond angry at the lack of unproffesionalism and belittling at the hands of a assistant manager. I have been going to this station when it was a chevron in access of ten years, no more. Filled up my car at Chevron 4713 Lake Woth Road, Lake Worth, Florida. Gas pumps were being filled up by tanker truck. Car had to be towed. Repair shop said tank full of water and now I am facing a $500 repair bill. Attempted to call gas station directly at [protected] to warn them. Their phone number is not in service. I am really angry right now because I have been a loyal customer for years and to get bad gas in this day and age is ridiculous

I was accused for stealing! I came in to use the restroom, and wash off a drink i brang with me. A asked several times to use the restroom and finally was allowed back. As i started to walk to the restroom i see lots of totes and boxes blocking the path... so i moved them with my foot.( I DID NOT "KICK" ANYTHING! )I did this because i had a drink in my hand, as i did not want to be accused of stealing at work. So i used the restroom and continued on to wash my hands. I noticed there was no soap. When you go poo... you need to wah with soap! So, i approached the counter and told the cashier and manager. She replied "You can wash your hands at the sink over there." I thought this was rude, so i asked "could just put the soap in the restroom and i can wash up there?" as i did not want to touch everything with my nasty hands. She replied, "You need to leave." So i asked why, and if i could still make a purchase... she said go ahead. By this time im mad, so i said never mind and left. As i was leaving she asked me "Are you gonna pay for that?" I calmly walked to the counter and told her " i dont wnt to pay for this twice." Then i walked out. 3 min later she comes out yelling at my coworker and i asking for my name. So i told her No! Then my coworker gave her my name... so i asked for hers and she did not give it. I then asked my coworker to enter the store and ask her name, when he did she went to the office denying him.
Now she called my place of work, and I'm getting formally disciplined, and i no longer can work at the chevron location. I may loose my job!

Ive been coming to the same chevron for over a week and every night the clerk has denied me to use the restroom saying its out of order. After the 3rd night I grew suspicios so I stay a bit longer out of sight oddly enogh when the 1st white gentlemen ask to use the restroom the restrooms were good to go. issue with gas station pump
Hi,
Today I filled up gas at this gas station on pump-8. they charged me for 16 gallon and cost me around 63 dollar but when I look at my fuel indicator its only half way (I have 18 gallon fuel capacity) so I complained to manager and they were not willing to help or accept that something could be wrong with station where it can charge for more money or charged for previous person to my card.
Just to clear my doubt I went to other gas station and filled up my tank to rule out any issue with my fuel indicator. After filling gas fuel indicator moved to full as expected.

I have religiously bought my gas at the Terrebonne, Oregon Gas Station to support local merchants. I buy my gas there even though the price is .35 cents more per gallon than in Redmond where I work. Last night I stopped to get air in my tire and was told that corporate took away their ability to provide free air for customers. I was told it would cost me $1.50 to put air in my tire. I find this to be a vulgar display of Corporate Greed. I am both shocked and dismayed that Chevron would choose to make monetary greed a priority before the customer.

May 30/2018 FULL service station on Como Lake, Coquitlam BC.
I drove into the FULL service only, and was not served by anyone even when I asked point blank for help. They were too busy talking on their cell phones, and pretending there was a "crisis" their words (If standing by the Chip Aisle and flailing your arms is a crisis). After I pumped my own gas, I wanted to put air into my tires, none of the air pumps worked nor gauges which just further added to my frustration because the clerks of no use what so ever. And this isn't the first time this has happened. I don't mind pumping my own gas when the Gas Attendants are busy. But considering I drove into a FULL service gas station and none of the other cars in the station were being seen to either, I expected service of some kind. And when I went to Chevron's website to try and find a legit way to post this complaint there was little help there as well. My final thought why is it a Full service station to begin with if I have yet to get service?

Hello my name is Mahmoud Silmi . I live in Sacramento, CA . on the date of Monday may 28th 2018 memorial day . I Mahmoud silmi went into the chevron station number #[protected] .at 8501 Gerber rd. The time was around 4:30 pm in the afternoon . I entered the door and asked for help getting my propane tank filled. An employee a very tall white male came outside to fill my bottle . He filled a total of 2.7 gallons of propane into my propane tank that I brought from home. I placed the tank into my car, and followed him inside to pay for the 2.7 gallons of propane I received . After I was rung up for the propane which was a lot more then expected. I asked how many gallons am i being charged for?. He told me that i was being charged for 5 gallons of propane . I asked him why? . His explanation was that there was a 5 gallon minimum charge. I have been a customer at this specific gas station for 6 years. I have never been charged a minimum of 5 gallons before like that. There is no sign stating that there is a minimum of 5 gallons when u get a propane tank filled that only holds 4.5 gallons. Paying for 3 gallons is completely understandable because I'm sure the cash register can not charge by the specific amount. Me and the employee got into a argument about this over charge. He told me that his boss had told him to do that. Charge customers for something they didn't get. I really doubt that his boss told him to do that. When i refused to pay for 5 gallons .He told me he was gonna call the sheriffs department. or that my other option was to take a empty tank home that was not mine. At this same time this was happening there was two California highway patrol men officers inside the store watching this whole ordeal. I walked over to the two chp officers and explained the situation. Both officers agreed with my point of view of the situation . Why should i get charged for 5 gallons, if i only got 3. At this time the employee walked towards me and said he will only charge me for the 3 gallons i got. And that also i was no longer welcome at this chevron. I was shocked to hear that. I could not believe what was happening. I just wanted to pay for what i received .He did not give me my receipt for this purchase. I went back about 30 minutes later to get my receipt, his name, and the store number.He was wearing a name tag that said chris. When i asked him for my receipt about a half hour later he refused to find the transaction on the cash register . I said, fine give me the store number. He wrote down 689-9800 which is not the correct store number. He is a liar and a thief and should not be working at chervron . or any other retail if this is how he treats customers. He was disrespectful and unfair. I do not believe that this is chervons policy.To over charge there customers for product then kick them out. I would like to see this guy lose his job for the way he treated me. I can only speak for myself but I'm sure I'm not the only person he has treated this way.
unknowingly purchased diesel gas while using unleaded pump at chevron san ramon/crow canyon road
On May 5th, we purchased about about 1/2 tank of gas that was marked as "Unleaded" at the San Ramon Chevron Station, only to unknowingly receive Diesel due to a mistake by your company. Over the past 3 weeks I have brought my vehicle to the Honda dealership 3 times for fuel injection type issues. I personally visited the gas station this past Tuesday morning to confirm my purchase on May 5th of gasoline, as well as file a claim. I was told I would be hearing from their insurance company shortly. It has been over 3 days and I still have not heard back from anyone. Meanwhile my vehicle is still at the dealership . For me to have find out about this weeks later, realize that the issue was really not about my vehicle (which had less than 15k miles on it by the way), and more about me getting the incorrect gas at the pump, is unacceptable. Chevron was negligent in taking action to properly notify customers of their mistake and left us with the headache, time and responsibility of trying to determine what happened to our vehicles . We were also left to figure out alternative transportation to work, activities and daily responsibilities, not to mention left us driving cars that were unsafe to transport our families in. To live in the same community as the Chevron Headquarters and to know that you failed in being proactive about this is wrong and an embarrassment on your brand. Your website states your company is built on values that distinguish you and guide your actions and that you conduct yourselves in a socially responsible and ethical manner -- all which prove to be untrue in this scenario.

Tonight mon may 21st at aprox 7:20 pm we went to the cheveron gas station on the corner of 15th ave and highway 97 in Prince George B. C to get gas. When my mom entered the store to pay for the gas there was no attendant around but 3 other customers were standing at till waiting to be served. They all waited aprox 3 to 4 min and still nobody came to help customers. Finally my mom went and knocked on the office door and a few min later a girl came out hands across her chest and all snarly. My mom said we thought nobody was working here and she huffed at the customers and rolled her eyes. I know this cheveron is under new ownership and never have we had service this bad at this location in the past. Due to the rudeness and lack of customer service with no sorry or explanation we will not return to this location. There is no reason to treat customers so badly and they were lucky they had honest people in the store and not sombody who would rob them blind. Very unhappy customer. I recently got hired onto chevron in merced california on olive and r st. I trained for one day and total time on a cashier throughout the day was a total of 20 minutes. The manager lallie was more focused on announcing my flaws and not the other employee in training anything I did was dragged on how wrong I was when the fellow trainee did something she never told her anything I ignored it kept watching lallie instruct us on the how to's that's very night she showed us an applicants resume with his information on it and stayed to us he said "luves black people (:" she was laughing at him saying how she did not like hiring the men because they weren't smart and spoke slang then she announced about a women who came in to check on her application that she didn't hire her because she thought she knew it all. The next day she gave us a run down on what we missed yesterday then put us on one register she told me I wasn't getting to customers I replied because the other trainee was already announcing to customers she would get them so she told me what should I do I told her well right when they walk in the other employee is saying she has them covered so I would just get things done on the checklist becasue i'm not going to race the other employee so she put me on the register she complained I wasnt leaving the recieved money on the register and giving back the change in "properly order" when I a did I showed the change and counted the bills and had them faced up she still got on me about having big bills first then little bills last I told her well I seen other employees pull little bills to big so then another customer comes in and I pressed 1 plu which added 5 cents to a customers total after the customer left she said I need to stop messing up I told her well it's just my second day I haven't been on the register that long to know it then she threatened me saying well you arent hired hired she still has until the last day of training if she wants to let me go I told her in not arguing with you so then she brought up the situation from earlier about the 5 cents to the other employee in training after she told both of us about my mistake. So she dragged on my mistake I told her I undertood the first time she announced my mistake she didn't have to drag on my mistake 20 minutes later she told me you can't handle constructive criticism I told ofcourse I could I understool the first time you told me now your dragging on the criticism I haven't heard you drag on anybody else's mistakes then she called and employee and said I need a break everyone go to break the energy she gave me was like she was irritated with me she was just heckling me I left on my break because I didn't like the hostility she was giving me and she kept speaking mong to the other ladies and I would get looks I felt left out and not welcomed their her training is far from professional she is very impatient I wish she would've had more patience with me especially if we only had a total of 20 minutes on a register ofcourse i'm going to make a mistake but it wasn't anything major thankfully I wish to hear from the chevron company and you guys give them another course of training about patience and mannerism. Dear Coca Cola, the community members at Lakewood Heights have made several complaints about the conditions at Chevron Foodmart located at 1683 Lakewood Ave SE, Atlanta, GA 30315 to local officials, not much as been done about the condition of food storage. I'm applaud to say that a brand such as Coca Cola would partake maybe indirectly to the storage of drink products around mold, which raises health concerns. Please help us address the issue anyway possible to uphold a standard the community is striving towards. Please help Lakewood Heights in our monthly cleanup efforts.

I have been getting fuel at the Chevron station at 63227 Hwy. 10 in Bogalusa, LA. for years, but for the last several months I have gone to other stations due to the condition of the fuel pumps. Several stay broken all the time and the others will not accept a credit or debit card. The employees said the owner knows about the problem but has made no attempt to correct it. As I stated, this is not a new problem but has been going on for months. I regret to say that if the conditions of the pumps is not corrected, I will be refueling at other stations.

I am a regular customer at this store, and most of all the girls are the sweetest, that is why I continue to shop there. I was getting a few things and as I am walking through the store this young woman of color behind the counter, who was talking loudly to a friend of hers that was there, began discussing her night before. Which entailed some foul details about her and a young man. I went to check out and as she is ringing me up she is still conversing with this friend of hers. I then asked if there was a manager present, which she replied she was not there at that time, but she was the assistant manager. I then gave her my advice which was, I didn't think it was professional for her to be using foul language and discussing her love life with customers present. Her response was shameful. She laughed and said, Okay, have a good night and then walked away to the end of counter. I remember seeing a name printed on her shirt and I cannot remember her name I know it started with a D. I have had her check me out before and she isn't as friendly as the other girls there (mainly two) but I had never had this experience with her and felt extremely disrespected. I hope that with my complaint someone can talk to her, and discuss the importance of professionalism and common respect. A cashier should never speak like this or act the way she did in front of or directly to a customer especially not an assistant manager! Thank you for your time.

Our company has been a customer for many years & it seems that throughout the years there has always been an issue. First we were being charged a fee due to not having a history with Chevron & another fee which just stated "Misc Fee" for God knows what. This took place for years, until I finally called to have these removed, as we had been in business for over 5 years at the time. They stated to keep an eye on these charges every 3 months as that is when they do their updates.
Then, come to find out that the acct was locked due to payment not being received. Now, I fully acknowledge that this was honestly an oversight on my end and also taking into account that payments until now have all been made in a timely manner, it is just ridiculous to place a business account on lockdown. When I called they stated that there is only a 3 day leeway for payment to be processed, not even a full week & that I would have to wait at least 30 minutes for the lockdown to be taken off the account.
It is just ridiculous that these types of additional charges & ridiculous rules are taking place & Chevron takes full advantage of the situation as they really don't care about their customers. My next route it to place a complaint with the BBB. Not that it will do anything to change these ridiculous policies.
