Bad customer service and bad quality clothing/Too small even though it’s my size
Ordered clothes from them that was my size, but when I got the clothes they were very small but supposed to be a large. I requested a refund because I knew I couldn't fit them just by looking at them… when I requested a refund, they said that I couldn't get my money back but I could get something else.. it's very hard to speak to anybody live and even in chat.. someone supposedly from the company was messaging me through Facebook messenger.. you can't get anybody to speak to at this clothing store or whatever it is.. I took my package to fed ex and got a tracking number and it appeared that the returns things were with them… I ordered something else and I've been waiting several weeks to get my items.. the person I've been talking to through messenger contacts me at all times in the middle of the night but shows this person be in Facebook during the day but won't respond to me until late at night…. This clothing store is horrible with bad customer service and bad quality/ too small clothing… I hate I purchased anything from them, this is very frustrating that I can't talk to anybody via chat or live..
Desired outcome: Close down or make them make better clothes and make them provide good customer service to their customers to where we can actually talk to a real live person !!
The worst customer service ever!
Once again I have to say this company has the worst customer service I have ever experienced. Horrible person called Cherry was dealing with me again. Does not care about the clients, does not know how to do her job properly and should not be working there. After sending a few nasty emails she decided to process my exchange and basically sent back the same item - a dress which I had already sent back for exchanging. I hope you don't ever have to deal with this awful person when contacting Chicme. I have spent so much money over the past few months on that site and this is how I get treated. Shocking! Not ever shopping here again. God help you if you have to deal with Cherry. Good Luck!

I can't get ahold of someone to return products. The live chat keeps saying "we're unavailable" and the email response directs me to a website in a language I can't understand. How can I get a response to return a few of the clothing items I received?
And using this complaint file, how will I get a response? There is nowhere to enter my contact info which makes me think this is one more thing from Chicme that just goes into the abyss. You post your return policy online, stating clearly you don't accept returns without contacting you first, BUT THERE IS NO WAY TO GET IN TOUCH WITH THIS COMPANY! with all the phone numbers and email addresses and live chat options, they're just dead sites with no response!

Wrote into Support at Chicme requesting a refund and then decided to go for an exchange. Received an initial email from Cherry who was very polite and helpful and then a very nasty cheeky email from Cherry saying that I cannot get a refund or exchange after they manipulated me into sending the dress back!? Wow! It was about 2 weeks ago that I first contacted them to get a refund and they are saying that since It had been over 30 days ago since I first contacted them regarding this matter that now they won't refund or exchange it? I have bought so many things from them as well. Terrible, total liers. I was in bed with Covid for a week self isolating and that's why It took me a bit longer to send it back but it was certainly not over 30 days. Awful

Below poor quality clothing and horrible service
I have had the misfortune of purchasing of this company. After paying nearly $400 to them for items of clothing and having to chase them to find out where the items were as they sent me no shipping information or confirmation of order I finally received my items. Upon opening all my items I realise they were all transparent and extremely poorly made. Every single item I bought was see-through and the worst quality material I have ever seen. After going back-and-forth with the company on their Facebook page, they openly admitted (attached is a screenshot of their comments regarding the quality of all their clothing I purchased) that they sell transparent clothing that requires underwear underneath it for it to not be see-through. I requested a refund and would happily ship these items back, they then informed me of an address that I needed to send items back to and the method in which I needed to send it which included tracking and appropriate shipping containers. All up it was going to cost me over $120 to send back items that they knowingly sent that were poor quality and not as they advertised. Do not buy from this company they are rip-off merchants. They sell absolutely rubbish for premium prices. They have tried to offer me coupon codes such as a five dollar off my next purchase or a 10% off my next purchase as compensation for this. All I want is my money back because I cannot wear items that are completely see-through on a day-to-day basis. I don't know too many people that would be comfortable wearing $400 worth of see-through clothing to work or to the shopping centre. This would be one of the worst companies I have ever dealt with. I am fortunately used after pay to pay for this purchase and not Paypal, I've lodged a complaint with after pay and they are investigating it so I can only hope that I can get my money back

I sent my return in on July 10th and waited the full 15 business days as requested. I contacted customer service in which I have given them the return tracking number but they are asking me about the weight of the package. They have received the package on July 14th so why am I still waiting for my money to be returned. The customer service agents are rude and will end your conversation without asking more question and I'd honestly just like my money back ASAP.

Poor service
I made an order of £60 which never arrived, I had to make several emails and each time I was told it's my problem to track down the courier, when chic me arranged this not me, I have no idea who the courier was. The refund was sent for £19 not the full balance the customer service team are horrendous, I have saved all messages. I have asked to rise a complaint 8 times and each time I was refused the process. I am still out of pocket and have no items.

I order three items over a month ago and I still have not received my product. I've reached out numerous times via Facebook messenger and I've been told to just wait. I finally received a tracking number from FedEx and the delivery date changed every night. I purchased 18 clothing items from ChicMe and they sent me 1 dress just to show that they have a tracking# so they could commit fraud and Paypal would think they sent me my order. Order was done 04/03/2021 and I have not received the 17 items remaining in order. I have requested that ChicMe refund for the 17 items not received to date. I have included photos to show proof that they have not sent the remaining 17 items, as well as a photo of the small package that shows 18 clothing items could not fit in that small package.

Failed to deliver products. They charged me for the goods but never delivered them. Now they say they are back ordered. Stay away. Should have checked on them. LOTS of complaints that people never get the items. These people need to lose their import license and be shut down.

Refuse to give refund
Made an order for $51.88 using the online shopping app chicme. Payment was taken. Order was not being sent to me. (customer service gave no reason to why my, order was not being processed, even tho payment was already taken off my debit card. I cancelled the order. Customer service stated, if order was cancelled before it was sent out then id get my refund 7 business days later. My order was not processed. Then after 7 days, I called to check on refund status, no update. Then 14 days called again. Still no update. So then 21 days called again. They informed me they require proof that they took my money. I gave them a copy of my order. Proof that $51.88 was taken off, my debit card. They now just send me the same message of proof is required before refund can be sent. I sent another copy of my order and the proof that the amount of $51.88 was taken off my card and not returned yet. They now state, a refund can not be issued as the "order" no, longer exist due to the "time, passed since the order was cancelled". A refund, of $51.88 is still owed back to me!

Fraud alert: this company is a scamming machine. They are not located in london, they are in china. I have ordered twice from them and the first time, the clothes were so poorly made, they started falling apart upon arrival. Regardless, I gave them the benefit of the doubt and ordered again, giant mistake. They sent me a dress that had a completely different neckline than the one advertised. When I started communicating with customer service, initially they were prompt with the responses but as I expressed my frustration at not being happy with the resolution they offered, they started taking a day for each response. They eventually put me on automated replies and ignored me. I got scammed and cheated out of my money, received a dress that did not match the pictures and most importantly, they refused to fix the problem. This company needs to be shut down. They are a complete fraud
