In July I received one pair of pants from a $200 order. I checked the tracking and it said that the entire order had been delivered. I called customer service, who (after a lot of research) explained that the rest of the order was not ready for shipment at the time the pants were ready (but didn't explain why they marked it as shipped) and said the rest would ship in 48 hours. A couple of weeks later I attempted to call and was not given the option to even wait for a representative. I submitted a case, and the response to the case was that they show the whole order as delivered. I then stated on hold for customer service (which tells you in advance that it may be 30 min wait) for 20 min before someone picked up the line and then promptly hung up. I'm not on hold again (going on 15 minutes)... I submitted a dispute through my credit card, but it doesn't seem like they can do much since customer service is telling them that it was delivered.

I placed an order online in August 5th, I have not received a confirmation that they have been shipped yet and it is August 14th. I have emailed them and get no response other than the message that is automatically automated. I have tried calling for 3 days straight and get the message that they are receiving a high call volume and to call back later! The clothing is for my daughter's birthday and school clothes. Very frustrated, and it appears that others are having the same problem.

it has now been 3 business days that i have tried to contact them at different hours of the day and there is always a "high call volume" and i cant get through to a rep. I am beyond upset. i had initially ordered my daughters school uniform shirts and when the package came in, it had none of the correct items. the receipt in the package was correct as gar as the items that were ordered. i called the support number and waited 45 min to be connected to a rep. then they said they would resend the items and i mentioned that she would be starting school soon so they needed to be at my home by the day before. meaning 8/14. they said i would receive a confirmation by email but that never happened. so now, i don't know if they were sent out, if they will be here on time, or even if it was approved. the customer service department for online orders is ridiculous.
I'm experiencing the same problems. 2 days now.i don't think I am buying from them again. I am so not happy.

I emailed and called August 10, 12, 13 2019 The Children Place about my ordered I placed on August 3, 2019. I received no response from my emails and when I called your customer service phone, the recording stated that you were receiving to many phones call and to call back later and hung up. After I called several times, I pressed the option for credit card services just to talk to someone. I spoke to John S he was rude and basically said to bad to sad. I than called corporate office and talk to Layla, she said that the email on the Children Place was incorrect and so was the customer service number. I told her I just want a refund due to my orders where in processing for over 10 days. Also, I wanted to talk to someone about this problem. Layla said she couldn't do that but could give me the correct phone number and email address. I told Layla I was done with that and I wanted to talk to someone in there corporate office, her response was have a nice day. I tried to cancel my orders due to they have been in processing for 10 days but it is obvious that The Children Place is avoided the issue. My order numbers are [protected] and [protected]. I placed an order for school clothes August 3rd 2019. Every time I go to my account to check the status it says "processing". I called over 20x's to get an update on when the order will be shipped.
No matter what time of day I call, an answering service comes on, and says "facing a high volume of calls call back later, and hangs up".
I sent an email and received an email back;

I am facing the same issue. I too ordered on August 3rd and those were school supplies. Have tried calling their customer service number umpteen times during different times of the day and the same recorded message appears. I too received a similar email. My order has not even shipped! Very disappointed with Children's Place.

I placed an order July 18th and August 2nd! My order from July 18th never arrived and the one from August 2nd still says processing! Customer service is impossible to reach and I honestly just want my money back! I will never shop with children's place again! I've sent 4 emails along with messages on Facebook and I've called several times a day for the past week! This is ridiculous that my money is just gone for nothing!
It’s on the site at the bottom of the page they’ll send u a email with a case number after you enter your info. Also call corporate and send another email to CustomerCare@ChildrensPlace.com. When I called corporate they claim to be trying to get everything resolved. One of my orders was canceled today but the other that they already charged me for is still sitting somewhere probably in their warehouse smh.

I have made 4 orders for my daughter's uniform pants in the last week. Each order was canceled for some reason. It is almost impossible to reach customer service.
The couple of times I spoke with representatives there were language barriers and communication difficulties. They couldn't provide a reason for the issues. This is very annoying and a major inconvenience.

I ordered my children's clothing online and when I picked it up from the department store I notice several shirts were missing I advised the young lady that I was missing items she told me I would have to call customer service I have emailed them called them and all I get is they are experiencing a high call volume . And I told her is there any other number she stated no . So I'm screwed with paying for something I never got . Children's placed stole from me and they also charged my debit card again. For my 2 orders that I already paid for prior to . Smh and that was another reason I been trying to call them no response from email nothing

I was in your store this evening trying to return an outfit that wouldn't fit my daughter I had the receipt but not the tags. They told me the receipt was old and I would have to keep the outfit. An employee by the name of Ebony who was not even working told me this. Although I was upset because I wasted my money, but I got very upset when she tells the cashier that was waiting on me "I'm going to let you deal with her." This was very unprofessional and something needs to be done about this. This is not how you treat customers. I deal with customer service everyday. I will not let this be swept under the rug because she has probably been rude to other customers.

Maybe if you loved your daughter you would know what size clothing she wears. Honey you were not mistreated. Just because you were told you cannot do something does not mean that you were mistreated. I hope that you have customers like yourself in your place of work. I get the feeling that you "forgot" to mention that you were rude and that is why Ebony was telling the other cashier to deal with you. Besides you said yourself that Ebony was not working. If she is not working, she is not being paid. Do you work when you are not being paid. Seems like you have entitlement issues.

I am so frustrated right now I can't even explain it. I submitted an order last week. You all took my money out right away then cancelled the order on me. I have been trying to call customer service and corporate for 4 days now just to hear a recording that says we are experiencing high call volumes please call back then hangs up. I have called corporate 50 times and customer service 130 times no joke with no success. I have even sent an email to your customer service department with of course no response. I see complaints from other people about these same exact issues happening to them within the past 2 weeks. I want my money back and more. I am complaining about the amount of late fees I was charged
When I went to a My Children's Place store in Sherman oaks to get help and pay my balance for my credit card and the lady said I was on time for my payment, 2 months later I get a notice that I owe 58 dollars because of 2 late fees ! I didn't even get a notice for the first one ! It's not fair that I have to pay 2 late fees because I didn't even get a native for the first one
How come I pay my full balance off just for the company to charge a late fee for a late fee? Im a single mother the company credit card is taking all the money I save back in late fees. I was shopping at the Children's Place at the Mall of Whitney Field Tuesday August 6, when i arrived there were two young ladies at the front desk on their phone. They never acknowledged myself or my grand daughter i was looking for a certain item when I inquired they continued on their phone and still never acknowledged us, when I was leaving the store I said Thank You for your help. I pray what ever was on your phone was interesting. One of the young ladies reply, to me was that she was sorry that I was a miserable old lady. I paused in awe and said, that I would me filing a complaint and she said oh really you [censored]. This all transpired in front of my 9 year old granddaughter, . I am sorry but, I do believe some customer service training is needed and also when employees are working cell phone should not be allowed

On 7/29/19 I ordered 1 item for my daughter from online. I received an email with the confirmation # [protected] right after I ordered. The money was taken from my paypal account on 8/2/19. I have had no further updates on the order and when I go online to check status, it tells me I have no recent orders. I have already emailed with no response back and have tried calling but only get a message saying that they are experiencing higher than usual call volume and to try my call later. I have heard this message for 3 days now. I would like to know why my order is not showing but my money has been taken? I just want the item that I ordered and some kind of correspondence.
