Chipotle Mexican Grill chicken bowl

I made an online order asking for extra everything, there was nothing extra in the bowl not to mention when I went to pick it up whoever was on the register was being so rude because I handed her the wrong card and she gave me an attitude. Well my daughter was with me to pick it up and my daughter said hello and she literally rolled her eyes and ignored her! I was so upset by the service!

Chipotle Mexican Grill service

Hello- I am quick to complain when I have an issue- so I will let you know when I have a good experience. I am a frequent customer of the Mineola Chipotle on Jericho Turnpike. There is a young man named Gary who works the counter (m/blk/23 glasses)- he greets each and every customer as they come up to the counter and fills the order very enthusiastically - he makes you feel your order is the most important thing to him and I think it is. You can tell when he greets the regular customers as he is really friendly but all are treated the same. This cannot be taught as he works from his heart. He makes the Chipotle experience that much better. Thank You Gerard Lennon

Chipotle Mexican Grill customer service and chicken bowl with soft tacos

My bowl was missing the cheese on the side I asked for and my 3 tacos were so chewy and hard I had to throw them away...this is ridiculous! I don't get much on mine so when I ask for the 4 items that I do get, I expect to not be made to feel as if I'm begging when I'm paying...I am very upset, once again! The chicken was almost minced and she put part of my little scoop of meat back ...I'm angry! When I asked for lettuce on the side she gave me a half a cup for a whole bowl!

My complaint isn't major, I ordered a bowl from 11241 Park Blvd N, Seminole, FL 33772 and for some reason, instead of getting guacamole I was given a whole "hardened " piece of avocado mixed in with a small amount of guacamole. I usually get decent service here so their not all bad, but still a whole avocado? I'm surprised no one noticed. Thank you.

Chipotle Mexican Grill service

Went to order and out of steak, they said 35 min. How is that when you have 20 people working and on their phones. I know phones come before customers also last week same store ordered was halfway done with bowl in line and the line stopped and all went on break. They left four customers waiting so we all walked out. That place needs some help and more people there need to learn respect. I am now a lost customer at any one of your locations and I will pass the word on so know one has to have that same experience. It was wrong and uncalled for. Should of had steak ready to go when they ran out but personal lives are more important than taking care of what you are supposed to at work.

Chipotle Mexican Grill catering

You lost a $300.00 order because of your asinine policies. AND, you've lost any future orders with our group. Our group has done Dine and Donate events with your organization in the past, and large event meals as well, but as long as I'm President you can forget any further business from us.

I understand you might need more than 24 hours notice for very large catering orders, but I had 25 people, and if you're telling me an order for 25 people can't be fulfilled with notification overnight than you need better management. You need to have some leeway regarding catering orders for under 50 people and the 24 hour policy.

So, I called your competitor Moe's Southwest and they happily fulfilled my order and they were cheaper too!

I ordered 2 burrito bowls and they were supposed to have extra meat on them and we only got a regular serving of meat. They also did not add the correct items to the bowls. It was supposed to have the red hot sauce and we received the tomato salsa. We still ate the product but it was only because we were on lunch break and couldn't drive the 10 mins to get back to the establishment to fix the bowls.

Chipotle Mexican Grill double charged and no customer service

Yesterday I used Chipotle's online portal to order food. When I clicked complete order it said "oops your order couldn't be completed at this time." So I did it again. I was charged twice for this. I have been trying to get a refund from them for the past day and absolutely no response. Horrendous. Really making me rethink my support of this business which is sad because they support local farms but I don't know since they screw customers over now.

Chipotle Mexican Grill no cheese, rude staff, dirty establishment

I went in to order chicken bowl. They are out of cheese but don't tell you until you are at register. I asked for a scoop of guac instead and staff said he has to charge me for it. I said well you're out of cheese will my bill be cheaper since you cannot provide what comes with it? Seems fair doesn't it?
I thought it was fair but of course he said "no dude"
So I bought guac and chips which he then filled the guac container a quarter full just to show me up.
There was not 1 clean table to eat at, not 1 and that is no joke. Check your cameras.
Soda station/disgusting
Garbage cans/overflowing
Employees/hanging out laughing and joking around
Staff on front counter/all miserable.
I definitely will NOT be back to Chipotle.
4th visit in a row with a problem.
I'm not sure why there is so many problems but should your chain of stores really have this many complaints?
Isn't anyone worried about that? I would be if I was the district manager or an employee or any sort!
Chipotle, change now before it's too late!

Chipotle Mexican Grill chipotle online pos

On July 24 2019 a charge of $18.32 was made and now pending to my Key Bank debit card. I have never purchased anything from the Chipotle restaurant chain. The entry says signed Chipotle online POS but I have never been to the restaurant, much less signed a receipt for payment there.

Chipotle Mexican Grill food items

Hi there I ordered food today from your store in Fontana ca. I was very unpleased with the quality of food you guys have served me. I have never complained nor have I ever had an issue with your food but today was very unexceptable. To start I ordered a cheese quesadilla which had absolutely no cheese in it, also ordered 2 bowls and 1 salad which the veggie bowl had old looking fajita veggies and the chicken that were in the bowls also looked and tasted old, so with that being said I will make less frequent visits to this store, hopefully someone will let that store know so they can fix this issue for future customers.

Chipotle Mexican Grill guacamole

I took time from my lunch to go and pick up lunch.- guacamole had areas that were brown. i asked for fresh guacamole and they insisted on giving me that one stating "we just made it this am". i refused and when i get to my job they gave me the one that was brown...poor customer service and quality

Resolution desired: refund of my 11+ steak bowl.

I was charged $8.00 for a steak bowl when I ordered and was given a $6.95 steak salad. Also, usually your charge for double meat is around $2.00, and I was charged $3.35 for extra steak on my salad. I do not like the fact that when u order online and ask for a specific time ur order sits on a wire shelf near the door and gets cold. I just wasted $10 because I dont want a cold or microwaved burrito. They are made too early and sit on a rack with no heat lamp. Plus anyone can grab the order... Its already paid for so what is to stop someone else to grab it. Very poor way to do business.

Chipotle Mexican Grill night shift manager/food quality

6/18/2019 @ 6:10 pm at the chipotle location located at 2401 w Cheltenham Avenue, Philadelphia Pa 19150. So once I was ready to order the Tortilla worker was very friendly and quick to acknowledge me, she actually made my entire order because the salsa guy left the line. I ordered a half chicken and half barbacoa bowl with white rice pinto beans, fajitas, and corn salsa. I ordered two mild tomato salsa on the side and one side of regular cheese, not queso. I also ordered chips and guac. The cashier rung me up, who was also very friendly and quick by the way kudos. So left and headed to work, on the way I wanted to grab some of what I ordered, so I took a chip and tried to bite it, it was soggy, I took another one tried to bite it and it was stale. I took one more and bit it, this one wasn't stale or soggy just bland, bit was too hungry to care so I dipped in the guac( which was also bland) and suffered through 5 more tries with the chips until I gave up chips, not edible. I got to work and placed a little mild salsa on my bowl, and then almost threw up because I thought it was sour. I then tasted the mild salsa again by itself and it tasted sour. No big deal because I understand things happen in a restaurant, everything isn't always going to be 100% and tomatoes can go bad easily, I would know I eat them just about every day. I called the restaurant back and asked for a manager and was put on the phone with a TALIB is how I believe you spell his name, I told him, hey man my chips were soggy and I'm pretty sure the tomato salsa was spoiled when I came in there, He says to me "there have not been any other calls about the salsa, maybe you just don't like the way the salsa taste." After that I stopped him let him know not only does my chipotle order never change for 8 years but I know when the food is spoiled and what reason would I have to just call and complain, However through all my bad food experience, the call with him was seriously atrocious. It only takes one bad apple to spoil the bunch and through the spoiled and soggy food, it was this managers attitude that was the breaking point.
