Hello I purchased a 2021 Chrysler Pacifica mini van in March of 2022. i was told this van was brand new and it only had 3 miles on it. Let me give you a little history. I traded in a 2019 Toyota Tacoma for this Van so I could have more room with the kids. I loved this van and the color. Ok then about couple months of driving this brand new van the check engine light came on and i took it to the place i bought it which is David Taylor Chrysler in Murray KY. They could find nothing wrong with as to why the check engine was on and it read no code. So they turned light off and I went on my way. Around June the van overheated on my way home from church and I was stranded on the side of the road. Luckily some church members came by and stayed with me until i could get a wrecker to pick it up and take it to facility I bought it at. I cannot remember what was wrong with it and it was under warranty they did not give me a copy of the service that was done. Ok so that was frustrating enough then i went to have my oil changed and tires rotated. The Van drove fine before tires were rotated. I left after service was done and the van was making a horrible womping noise that sounded like the front end. Took it back to the dealership and they checked it and said it was out of line and i needed to new tires. ok brand new vehicle i am the only driver of this vehicle. I work 3 miles from my house so i would know if i had hit something bad enough to know it out of line. The dealership tried to sell me 2 new tires for 715.00. ok I am a woman and of course we always get treated like we are stupid. I text my dad because I lost my significant other 4 years ago so i depend on my 81 year old father to guide me thru things like this. He said do not pay them for new tires that we could get them cheaper somewhere else. So they said they would put the tires back like they were when I brought it in and line the front end up. which I found out later was a waste of money because if it had bad tires you could not line a vehicle up. Needless to say I left there extremely upset and told them I would never buy another Chrysler Pacifica and especially not from them. I purchased a new vehicle hoping i would not have trouble and have to depend on someone for rides but obviously this isn't the case with Chrysler products.
Desired outcome: The perfect outcome would be for them to replace this vehicle but I know that will not happen and its obvious the dealership has no pride in their Chrysler products.
